@ACTFibernet We have very bad experience with ACT in nellore. Weeky twice internet connectivity problem and asking 48h time to resolve. Then when can we use the internet? Only we should pay money but don't expect service? Is this moto of ACT? Ticket number is SR10465673851164

@ACTFibernet why ACT technician are all worried about to close the ticket as soon as possible even when the problem is not fixed. I have been complaining about an issue with my broadband from a long time.. nothing is fixed so far

@ACTFibernet I am your customer for the last 7 years. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to ask you guys to remove the junction box installed in my premises (from last 6) years. Now from 18/8 i don't have internet. Your sluggish response wants me to switch to other ISP.

@ACTFibernet Iam having a very bad experience from past 2 months . Every week there is connection lost and take 2 days to get it fixed and again on the next week getting the issue . There are no leads no supervisiors who we can talk to regarding the issue . No net as of now .

@ACTFibernet Hlo sir i am himanshu. My act id is :-110654204833 i purchase 150 mbps speed (6+1) plan on 20 july. I pay whole amount of Rs 5657 but today my act connection is deactivated why??? If u want i will send screen shots of payments... Plz help
