  @ACTFibernet I am trying to connect to your customer care and when I select Kannada as a language, every time it connects to English speaking executive. I have spoken to 8-10 executives nobody can speak Kannada. Is it mandatory to know English to get your service?

  @ACTFibernet , i had a concern and reached out to customer care upfront, however, the employee from ACT called Bhaskar behavior was very rude, why you ACT has such as awkward employees when they cannot support the customer with issues, SHAME ON YOU GUYS

  @ACTFibernet no internet connection since 2nd August 9:30 pm. No reply to complaint raised. Unable to work. Chennai Kodambakkam. Poor customer service and connectivity issues happen every week.
