    @ACTFibernet is slipping badly. It has been more than 24 hours and there is no sign of their services being restored. Is it time to move on to another service provider? I think most certainly.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i got to to know that shifting requests are not handled on priority where many people faced such issues and new connections are on the top priority thats really bad i have raised my ticket on 28th with zero support from the team.

    @ACTFibernet This is the response. Asking to wait for another 2 day.poor support team..Your Service request SR10380219261938 is expected to be resolved by 12-May between 13:00 to 16:00.

    @ACTFibernet : our corporate internet connection not working since yesterday we have raised Service Request No: SR11880181013044 after that engineer visited site and simply told us that surrender your connection he is not able to resolve the issue, worst service of act Fibernet

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with the irresponsible service from @ACT_Issues. After a week of "24-hour" installation promises, a technician just informed me it'll take another 2 days. Your customer care team seems to have zero visibility into reality. Do better.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD hello fraud network service provider, how many still I need to wait for the refund. It's been 20days from the cancellation of my service, but till now no one collected the wifi router. Such a shameless service provider and fraudsters working in it

    @ACTFibernet fraud by team, Hey team, I bought ACT fibernet a week ago by paying 3k plus and paid 750 rs for an Amazon Firestick, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten it. When I call your team member, they don't pick up, and they didn't even register the request. Customer care says it was registered on May 6th, but I paid on May 3rd. If we don't pay for a single day, there's a disconnection, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten a resolution. I need compensation for the delayed days and the Firestick delivered today.

    I wonder how irresponsible a brand like ACT Fiber could turn in AI Era. Wake up @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD All official channels emails bounce back although they list them on their official website. I pay for 500 mbps connection each month but get only 100 mbps speed as the internal wire which supports only 100 mbps speed never got changed on my new connection. Now when I complaint about speed issues the whole internet
