    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended for a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet.

    @ACTFibernet , I am really disappointed and regretting for taking act connection two days back, I’m not getting speed, created a ticket SR10379874434644, your technician visited not able to solve the issue, when I called to your customer care, your agent said nothing can be done

    @ACTFibernet Still your sony liv not working. I was assured in writing that it will work from 12 April. What's happening with your co.? Customer care calls again to ask Only for the problem and extends the date. Pathetic service. Disapponited with act

    @ACTFibernet you guys are the worst. Every week there is an issue with your interest. Your customer service agents vijay and that supervisor srinath can't even help because their systems don't work. Just close your company already. You guys are not even good compared to startups
