    @ACTFibernet Hi, another 24hrs crossed but still no solution. I haven’t received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Before payment, I received continuous calls. After payment, no proper response. Internet installation was delayed, ACT StreamTV4K setup is still pending, and every day I hear "today"or "tomorrow."Please cancel myconnection and refund my money

    @ACTFibernet My subscription is active till August end. Hope ur incompetent engineers see it and do it only after that day. I am fedup.. imagine disconnect request soley due to service guys,after being customer for what 10 + years

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD currently I am using ur service, observed continuous service interruption, this week out of 7days 4days we faced service interruption, provide worst service, no response for service team, no dedicated service staff in community

    SR11081098980454 refer, this has become habit, not resolving the issue on time and keep on changing etr without any reason, last time I requested disconnection and your representative convinced me that now this will never happen again, i requested into disconnect @ACTFibernet
