It’s been a week now and my @ACTFibernet is not working properly everytime i try to contact the helpline it says that wifi is working great from their end please turn off and on the modem. Can you please tell my how to switch off and on it or fix it as soon as possible.

@stfuixalmao @ACTFibernet No use shouting at them, Ixa. Deactivate at the end of this month becoz anyways they will charge you for March. Hathway service is really fast. Net apapo tension pannum but they respond immediately.
