@ACTFibernet I have taken new connection on July 1, 2021 as a changeover from Hathway due to slower network and frequent disconnection. I have opted for a plan that is 3 time costlier than the previous one for uninterrupted network.

@ACTFibernet But It seems I have made a wrong choice as ACT Fibernet is providing much inferior services . Despite making multiple calls and logging numerous services tickets, the complaint of frequent disconnection and slower speed is still not resolved.

@ACTFibernet it has taken so much time to get a simple thing resolved .6 days ??? there is no proper interactive customer service to get a job done. . i loose 6 days of internet which means you are causing a lot of damage but you are not serious about our grievances .
