    @ACTFibernet You’ve closed the ticket. But issue nowhere near solved. Speeds are still below 10MBPS (as against a theoretical 400).

    @ACTFibernet Again! last time I got to know that you guys did not enable the 1gbps line from your end and I only used to receive 90mbps. Now again the internet service is bad and my speed has been reduced to 90mbps. Give me a reason why should I still continue with your services?

    @ACTFibernet called your customer care. For upgrade of plan.. but sorry to say your customer service is too worst..Lady is not understanding any thing.. when told her to give phne to senior.. first she told me to wait for 5 mins later she no senior is available..

    @ACTFibernet Being stuck in WFH, internet is the basic necessity for all IT people here. And you people are the most irresponsible service providers on the planet! I repeat, this is the 3rd freaking dowtime or outage in this month. And this is the second consequtive month!
