@ACTFibernet SR10864520916024 it's been 2 hrs and has no update on when it will be resolved. Act charges an extra 100rs if I pay the bill after the due date. Will you reduce my bill this month due to the disruption of service?

@ACTFibernet claims to be one of the best internet provider with best customer service!! But it doesn't hold true anymore. I took the services frequent connectivity issues came up and i had to decide to disconnect and till here it was easy!!
