@ACTFibernet Then they delayed installation to such an extend that I had to cancel it and arrange for refund. I still have not received my hard earned money. They say it will 5-7 working days everytime.

@ACTFibernet I want to share one of the worst experience of my life which I have with ACT Fibernet. I took out new contract with a salesman Nilay Darji on 27/June/2022 who promised me installation will be in 48 hours. I was in urgent need as I work from home.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet this is 3rd time we r facing Internet issue in last 1 month. Your customer support is of no use. Technician is not coming at all to solve the issue. And why do you take more than 2 days to resolve it everytime? SR10165410478214 is my ticket no.

@ACTFibernet There is no action at all! No technician called and no one in ACT seems to be bothered. It is 25 hours and counting! If you cannot resolve the issue just say so. Atrocious service snd even more atrocious response. Act will soon have no customers left it it “Acts” this way!
