  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct Hello Team, i have raised request to install wifi at my place money has been taken in advance already on sunday 29th march 2026 and till today there is no one coming to us to install wifi. we even tried to contact customer care but everytime they say someone will reach our place in 1 hour. I would request the team to personally look into the request.

  After multiple confirmations from @ACTFibernet sales team that service is available at my location, I paid 3 months in advance. Now informed installation isn’t possible due to junction box full. Why collect payment if service can’t be provided? My money is now blocked.
