@ACTFibernet is anyone Available in ACT to address customer’s problem. Shifting request given on 2nd aug but not installed. Support centre always gives falseassurances for revert and will be done today. Hope owners of ACT fibre will see condition of service

@ACTFibernet - Here at Srirampura-Nagappa block-Bangalore Fixing a junction box problem is taking forever. At present WFH situation without internet how are we supposed to work ? Unprofessional and Irresponsible service. Never ever expected this from ACT.

@ACTFibernet I have asked your customer service kindly to do PERMANENT disconnection specifically, instead temporary. Why are you calling me 5times a day with different executives asking me to pay for that damn temporary disconnection. I have closed my account before due date.
