@ACTFibernet I am using ACT since it is launched in Hyderabad with account no 101000673745. Since 30 days days I faced 4 days outage and bad response. Can't take it as my kids and me completely depend on internet as we are work from home. Will be going with another ISP.

Now I’ve 2 options - Either I’ll not make any payment and discontinue the services or I’ll make the payment and still discontinue the services. I’ll revert to my old service provider @ACTFibernet now.

@ACTFibernet Seriously, facing a lot of trouble for corporate act fiber reconnection for since last 5-6 days Hyderabad, staff are not polite to their so-called customers, not understanding customers needs.

@ACTFibernet Chennai @ActfiberC very worst customer service. Past 6 months facing regular disconnectivity. Now past few weeks, every week facing issue. No proper resolution or no proper update of issue to us. Now new ticket ID is SR10363201542164. WORST CUSTOMER CARE.

@ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.
