@ACTFibernet hello please change the location of my internet box as our box is in our neighbors house backside. The mcb in their house dropped so there is no power in there house and the house is locked and they will not be back soon since their is no power the internet is down

@ACTFibernet Your box has been using the power since Dec 2020 & providing continuous service to other 5 users from the same box. When I ask to waive the power consumption, you provide partial waiver for 1 year . This is completely unacceptable resolution. @ACTFibernet Justify #wifi #broadband
