  @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

  @ACTFibernet 45 days 10+ emails, multiple calls. You've finally collected router but my refund of ₹6,614 is still missing. Every reply is a copy-paste from a different agent. Consumer court complaint already filed. Acc-101799520914. When do I get my money back? @jagograhakjago

  @ACTFibernet It’s Wi-Fi drop issue… already technician visited 2 weeks back and told other also facing similar issue in the town. After that no resolution provided. Please work the original ticket and make the things fast.
