  @ACTFibernet It's been a week but I haven't got my refund. They are money suckers. take away the money and don't care to install a new connection and neither willing to process the refund. Please go for a different service provider who will give you better after sales service.

  @ACTFibernet Visakhapatnam act Fibrenet service has been really bad . We are experiencing frequent connectivity issues and they are not resolving it till 2 Days minimum . Please take necessary actions .

  @ACTFibernet Received call back. And simply told that I will get call back in 4-5 days fr billing dept. Closed the ticket.. what a terrible customer support team.. @ACTFibernet shameful. Improve the support team. I am even tired of asking now.

  @ACTFibernet A little bit of rains in Chennai and your service quality drops. Invariably, disruptions are caused during online audio or video calls by ACT Fibernet dropping. It has not been stable for the past 7 days. Can you please attend to this? 9841011942
