@ACTFibernet no reimbursement of electricity for the box placed customer care agents days that because I changed my plan from 6 months to one month therefore 1 month waiver only whereas they are suppose to give entire 7 month waiver

@ACTFibernet - Team, I am facing slow issues repeatedly every 15 days. Each time I complain,team fixes it temporarily & again it happens. I can see my connection is stretched from a building which is 100/150 mtr far, I guess the issue is due to the distance.Plz, fix it.

@ACTFibernet It's been 48 hrs since your systems went down. Our work is stalled and we're facing flack from our work places beacuse of your teams unresponsive behaviour. Need a timeline by when it'll be up and running. We all are serious about Airtel as an alternative to act over here.
