    @ACTFibernet Complaints are closed without any resolution to adhere to SLA of 2 days. The worst customer support and service experience. No means to escalate. In fact, the reviews of customer support are legendary! Best place to test your patience if you have time to waste.

    @ACTFibernet List of SRs that went through the mundane cycles of create, close and reopens between 5th October, 2021 to 12 October, 2021- SR10263198758224, SR10263200640800, SR10263211541320. Total 14+ calls made to customer support since 5th October 2021 pleading a resolution.

    @ACTFibernet We have been facinginternet connectivityissue from yesterday mrng &till now noone called orvisit my place to resolve the issue. Raised an issue on app yest mrng itself& called mul times to custcare but no resolution. Acct-101546008393 Kindly resolve issue by today.

    @ACTFibernet no human contact is possible on customer care. The automated systems are lousy and very limited in options. I fully paid up but am getting threatening messages of disconnection. More nuisance than service

    @ACTFibernet Regarding SR10263236533614, your engineer came and went and did not return back, connection still not restored yet, do something fast or else I'll have to remove your connection, this is very poor service

    @ACTFibernet in act payment is first rather then service now the location manger came for installation n said here connection can not be done.But I paid my money on Sunday now they are saying no.from our end payment should done first. from ur end 5 to 6 days what is @ACTFibernet
