Ticket# SR10263481699147 Registered mobile number: 7483246580 It has been more than 2 days since my internet is not working but still it hasn't been resolved. @ACTFibernet takes 6-7 months prepayment and then in that half of the time there is no internet and no compensation.

@SUNIL2636 @ACTFibernet 100% agree with your Sunil. One of the worst service providers in Bangalore with frequent disconnection every 2 days. Already encouraging my neighbours and friends to dump ACT and switch to Airtel or Jio

Such a frustrauting service from @ACTFibernet forces to pay the money immediately promising for immediate installation after payment no calls and on that day itself i cancelled and was told I will get refund in 7 days but there is no response cx care disconnected my call.

@ACTFibernet This is frustrating, I was told by ACT customer support agent that refund will be processed by Monday morning , Now ticket is closed without giving resolution, extremely bad experience. @TRAI @consumerforum_

@ACTFibernet this is so ridiculous support & service from Act team. I have a relocation request raised 3days ago & made my payment for installing a new connection. I've been told that site engineer would give a call & will try to fix the issue by same day.

@Airtel_Presence I reprtd for freqt disconnection (10001525012) but full day connection gone. Am registering complaints since 2 or 3 months, but all efforts r in vain in-spite of static IP . Am nt sure u guys r going 2 help/fix. May have 2 migrate to Act. @ACTFibernet offers plz
