Kashif Zain (@KashifZain) reported@ACTFibernet Absolutely rubbish service, it’s been 5 days and still no proper response. Everyday same lies that it will be fixed today, before 9 am, then 11 am or by 12 pm and then a message comes pushed back to another 24 hours. Ridiculous!

Promised installation yesterday or today by Navya (97408 31843). Since then, there has been no response to calls/WhatsApp. Customer support escalation also unresolved.

However, after taking the payment, they are neither answering my calls nor providing the connection. This is very unprofessional. Please resolve this issue urgently
