@puskin_singh @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia I had paid for 3months for free installation and router totally 4195INR, after that 3 engineers visited my location and after 4days they are asking me extra 2400Rs due to they have to fix server in my location so I simply rejected because it's not for my requirement

@EVRa2910 @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia Yes the problem is that if we trust on the brand and give money before the delivery then they have to trust will the sales agent help in this matter because mine Agent says they have to setup a power box I refused that for it now let see what technician says

@ACTFibernet And finally I got internet after 55hrs, during this made 7 calls to customer care, sent 5 emails to support team, and of course sent few tweets...not sure if these many efforts needed every time !

@ACTFibernet : ur customer care seems to be authorised to disconnect calls wow and waiting for some better and stable Internet service provider to enter my area so I can trash ur service once for all.. pathetic and hopeless service
