Nodal officer did nothing and the 4 tickets got closed without any resolution. Do you want me to continue with ACT?

Vishnu Prashanth (@VisHprashantH) reported@ACTFibernet I am not sure why it is taking 50+ hours just to get the hub repaired or replaced. I have no internet since 50+ hours. Even after repeated calls to customer care, nothing worked. Very bad methodology to take up complaints. I may have to go for disconnection.

Gaurav Kumar (@Aharyan06Me413) reported@ACTFibernet Its more than 24 hours since no Internet, promised to resolve by today evening 6 pm but till time no resolution, Ticket No: SR11055397560142. Full day down, even no one is bothered to reply till now. Its happening quiet frequently now, second time in 2 weeks.
