    @ACTFibernet I do not want your internet anymore, bcz at this point your are just making a fool out of your customer and mocking them. You are wasting our times, and if you have such a ****** support, you shouldnt have scaled your customer base to this scale.

    @ACTFibernet , I was told a representative will call me in 48 hours, no one did Earlier they said it’s junction box issue, then main line issue, now they are claiming flooding Who is incharge ? All of my work has come to a halt and I am facing penalty

    @ACTFibernet Every Saturday Internet stops working. Why can't the technicians fix it properly. Technician disconnecting the call. Not responding to calls or messages.
