@ACTFibernet worst customer service ever. I trusted you guys for my internet connection, but turned out to be the worst service ever. Frequent disconnections and no proper assistance. The field officers are of no use. I have raised multiple complaints for same issue

@ACTFibernet Your service has gone from bad to worse. Service disruptions have become far too frequent, and this time it's been over 16 hours without internet, despite multiple follow-ups. Hearing that there's an issue with junction box, but have not heard about the solution yet. Sadly, the service industry in #India continues to treat paying customers with disregard, as if we're cattle class. Truly disappointing.

@ACTFibernet am facing issue after account transfer, i have got credit balances and internet not good now , when I enquired they told me to pay again through new account to resume good internet service. Refund request has been raised with may take 48 hrs, please help to resolve.

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working since 24 hours. This is pathetic service. your customer care is responding. I’ll be cancelling subscription. I think other network providers are responsive atleast.
