@ACTFibernet Dear Team, i had spoke with Act Customer Care saying effective 1 July 2021 I don't need connection. They said sure will take up the request accordingly. Few minutes back got message saying account got deactivated and connection got disconnected

@ACTFibernet Pathetic Service! Ur customer service agent should understand people are stuck outside Bangalore, they still want us to pay even if I am not using it. And few days back someone called and asked ur pay penalty of Rs.825 and after 2 weeks again sending another of 800.

Also @ACTFibernet check all our bills paid in past. Everytime we miss the bill due date we pay ₹100 extra fees without questioning. And now we have faced issues from ur side regarding connectivity around 15 times in past few months. We need a compensation for this now.
