    @ACTFibernet Disgusting service I have never 😤 seen. What is the use of giving 50 mbps where your Internet connection won't work 4 days a week and atlesst 20 times a month. If you can't solve permanently the issue, close service permanently in our area.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since yesterday 2 PM. Its been almost 24 hrs. When I call customer care they get frustrated when I ask them the exact cause and disconnect the call. What kind of service is this? @airtelindia how quick can you provide a fiber broadband connection?

    @ACTFibernet I stay in Chennai-Mogappair West, I have been facing Internet connection issues atleast twice or thrice a month ever since I joined ACT. Service also is ridiculous. We find it really hard to WFH. I really regret CHOOSING ACT and would recommend others not to choose.

    @ACTFibernet following it from a month, moses(senior manager) closed the ticket without acknowledgement. Naveen from escalation team is following up from month... Many customer care executives updated, I will get call within 4 hrs. But no manager has called till now..

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 116th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet The most irresponsible support ever! I had called your team to ask why my network was in suspended state today. The agent seems to bluff around and upon asking the question again, she disconnected my call! I am seriously looking for alternate internet options!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what is use of getting in touch with me when you can't solve issue permanently as we are experiencing 20 days downtime in a month and takes 4 hours to resolve even knowing where the problem is. It became habit of your network.
