@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your team closes ticket without getting consent. Had raised billing issue and person called me at 1.20pm to which I replied to call back at 2pm so that I can finish lunch and they closed my ticket. I cannot raise the ticket again. Pathetic.

I am @ACTFibernet user for past 2-3 days my net is not working. today also since 10am my net is not working but nobody bother to pick up the call.I called to Act customer care but they are saying it will take 24hrs pathetic service they are just good in taking money on time.
