    @ACTFibernet I lost my connection in the morning. It hasn't been restored yet. Your customer executive said it'll be restored by 6:00pm today. but it has not. I want to know why it's being delayed. I will reach out RTI about this and complain them if don't get resolution today

    @ACTFibernet worst customer support from ACT, only reply they know is within 24hours, they don't understand within that 24hours how much and what all issues we have to face, & Technicians won't come untill it is 2days or made 10-15 calls.

    @ACTFibernet literally the worst internet service ever! The internet goes down every month without fail and it takes you guys a whole day to fix! Best to just disconnect the service. #poorcustomerservice #crooks

    @ACTFibernet I'm an existing customer with registered mobile number 9290935190. With out settling for last year power discount you disconnected my account. Your customer care is always busy and that indicates the worst service you are providing. No longer i wanted your service.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic services. Have been facing issues with your team for over 15 days now. Habe completely lost my cool over. Simply cannot replace a router even after making the payment prior and multiple reminders to the customer service. AccountNo. : 101354580753

    @ACTFibernet No offense, but taking more than 24 hrs to resolve and not providing updates is not appreciated while entire location lost connectivity. This is really poor
