hi @ACTFibernet my internet is down from the last 10 hours and I raised a complaint regarding the same. 1st they told me my issue will be resolved by 9 pm today and now they're telling me that it'll take another 24hrs to resolve the issue. What kind of service is this.

@ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ raised a relocation ticket yesterday the router installation was done by 2PM today still the internet is not coming.I called 50times to customer care but the issue not resolved yet and everytime they are telling it would be resolved in another 30mins.
