    Never expected this from @ACTFibernet service guys are behind new connection targets rather than customer service and satisfaction. Why make false promises if you are not able to provide service as mentioned…even after several follow ups they say 10min sir and nothing happens

    @ACTFibernet Advise : Never go for ACT. Pathetic service. Using it for last many years just because of inertia of changing the service providers. Always remain disconnected or poor speed, Calling customer care is like talking to wall. Plz return my money back at pro rata basis.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 40th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
