@ACTFibernet Bad Service on Complaints. Slow resolution. ETA for a simple fix is given almost 24 hours. Just need a technician to visit the apartment and see some wiring issue, many others in the same apartment are impacted. Ticket - SR10264895577544 raised at 1:44 PM..

@ACTFibernet entered a query for new connection - 20 calls received over 2 days. Booked and paid annual - no calls to install or able to get through call centre for over a day. Terrible service. Please return my monies AC No. 102648356495
