Hi @ACTFibernet I got a new connection 4 days before and from the day 1 I have been provided with a old router which is not working. After several request also none are taking actions. My work is totally affected . @TRAI this is @ACTFibernet cheats.

@TRAI @ACTFibernet Request TRAI to take severe action against Actfiber Hyderabad as they are cheating people and not providing service as per theit terms and conditions. There is no internet service from last 5 days and even multiple calls to their customer care are useless.

@ACTFibernet I am waiting for one more day. If issue is not fixed I Will be raising a consumer case as my money was held for more than 12 days and no service was given and everytime a new excuse to get my plan upgraded was made. Also will disconnect existing connection.

@ACTFibernet Not a good service provider. No resolution and response to customer complaints over call or emails to the complaints on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, app. Neither they are sending me revised bill nor disconnecting the connection. Should be taken to consumer forum.
