    Hey @ACTFibernet , Internet is down from yesterday night. But no progress from your side . And I can't raise a new ticket because I raised a slow speed ticket before internet going down .

    @ACTFibernet NO. They're calling to find out why I discontinued. They are front-end junior staff that don't seem to recognise valuable customer feedback even if it hits them in the face. You should understand the more they call, the less likely I'll ever renew and recommend ACT to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet You're the worst wifi company ever had paid our installation charges three days ago but still no person has contacted us and when we try to reach out they cut the call please look into this
