    Moreover the alert was that the downtime would be from 7AM to 11AM instead it went down at around 3PM. Seriously?? And it has never been up until now. 10:30 in the evening. Careless and poor service!! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet very bad customers care service. The Customer Care Executive kept the call on hold for more than 45 minutes and when it is connected, they remained silent until the call is disconnected by me.

    @MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet These are the ones who bring down trees down during a storm with haphazard cables all over. They have found the cause of failure. Now you have to raise another complaint to replace cable. May be so,
