    No matter how many complaints we raise, the only thing that your company responds is “we’re looking into it” but there has been no recognition and rectification of the problem as nobody has come on site to even look into what has happened. It’s been 30 hours @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Reopened the ticket SR11162752843772. Within less than 24 hrs internet disconnected. Is anyone working in act support team or not.(6/n).
