Beware before taking connection or upgrading plan from @ACTFibernet. Paid for mesh upgrade 2 weeks back and followed up 5 times, but no response from field technician. Finally asked for the refund. Absolutely horrible service. Field service at Sarjapur , bangalore is the worst

@ACTFibernet still i havent got my resolution i dont have the refund received. poor service by ACT fibernet. Stealing someone’s hard money is not at all acceptable.

@ACTFibernet How long should we wait without internet and without TV. That too on a festival day. Don’t you think it’s much time that you took in resolving the issue. It’s almost 24hours since I have given a complaint.

This is the worst customer service experience I have faced. Compared to @ACTFibernet Internet where issues are resolved within a timeline and customer support is responsive Airtel’s service quality is extremely poor. Very worst 6/

@ACTFibernet you guys don't have basic etiquette to inform users about change in plans? The audacity that you showed to raise a ticket yourself, change plans, close the ticket and then inform customer is pathetic!! Who gave authority to raise tickets on behalf of users??
