    @ACTFibernet Wi-Fi has been down since morning. I’ve raised multiple tickets. No response from your team. No calls get thru your fake numbers online. What sort of service is this ??? Fix this or cancel my connection

    @ACTFibernet I called sales 4 times. Spoke with 4 different people. The first lady's name i did not get. She was very rude. She did not understand the issue and kept saying it cannot be done today. Then came Merlin, who promised to get a supervisor online.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a week since I’ve been trying to register a complaint to cancel my subscription as I’m moving to a new location where ACT Fibernet is not available. I still have around 2 months left in my current plan. Kindly refund the proportionate amount along with my remaining cashback balance at the earliest. Requesting your urgent support.     SR closes again Every day new person calls and promises to call back after getting a resolution 2 months gone SRs silently gets closed without any resolution Made me pay extra for your fault @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down at my flat since last two days. The technician seems to be "chalta hai" type if he doesn't even know what the issue is and that he couldn't fix. Your customer care team is there to simply apologise and do nothing😕 Ticket no: SR10281007414784

    @ACTFibernet Worst onboarding experience in Chennai. It's been 3 days since I paid for a new connection, yet installation is still pending. My home already has ACT wiring, but your sales team and field engineers seem completely uncoordinated. Very disappointing for a new customer
