@ACTFibernet this is another month where I have subscribed for 1500gb plan and not even recieving 5mbps speed. There is no change after contacting your customer care. Be reasonable and justify your customers.

@ACTFibernet Very poor internet this week - keeps dropping off every 5-10 minutes. Customer care calls 4-5 times a day, closes the complaint, but problem still persists. Ticket No. SR10251087661902. If problem persists, will need to shift to another provider.
