    @ACTFibernet Any update on this yet? Billing issue not fixed yet and mu account shows near disconnection. Sort this billing issue ASAP so i can pay the bill. I am unable to pay the bill amount as it wouldn’t let me unless the issue i raised is fixed

    @ACTFibernet Your Support Team said Internet will restore at 9PM but the internet haven't been restored you guys are fooling us or what tell us correct time of restoration we're facing issue due to no internet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet i took the Mesh connection yesterday. I was told the Mesh router will take up when I move around. But its not working that way. The person who deployed saying "that he is an inventory person". The apartment spoc is not reachable. Is it a scam?

    @ACTFibernet It has been 8 days since i raised the shifting request, and the issue is still unresolved. Every time i call customer care, I’m told it will be done within 24 hours, but many 24 hours have passed with no resolution. Technician is not even answering the call.
