    @ACTFibernet Bengaluru I have raised a complaint that my internet is not working. A person had come to my home and checked, he claimed that the problem is in the backend and that ACT will call, it’s more than 24 hrs, internet still not working

    @ACTFibernet what kinda services do u provide in Coimbatore? Your customer support sucks and of no use. For the second time in a week, I’m facing internet connectivity issue and there is no response from technicians at Coimbatore. I’m working from home and you guys r an headache.

    Raised request no proper resolution #worstInternetService #ActfibernetFrauds .The ping time is also high and I paid for 6months . @jagograhakjago please take action on @ACTFibernet they are the frauds not providing proper resolution and looting public money .

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD from past 2days no internet #act fiber is worst this days, recently i paid my bill for Nxt months i thought to take jio. Now I'll take @reliancejio for sure. Same issue repeating worst management act should quit. I want my payment back
