    @ACTFibernet hello, I am facing some router issue and when I called the customer care the technician said he is not from technical background and asked to for a person to visit my home. In this age of online support, wonder how router setup issues couldn’t be resolved over phone?

    @ACTFibernet your team called me assured me they’ll refund the amount I paid and cancel the wifi. They cancelled the WiFi and an hour after that they have reactivated the account. What the hell are you guys doing ? #harassment #poorcustomerservice
