    I’ve upgraded my ACT Fiber plan from 30Mb/s to 150 and while doing the agent didn’t informed me that the basic modem won’t support this speed and now I’m overpaying for using the same speed?? Time to change to other ISP where they provide more services than this @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Unfortunately, the resolution was a stop-gap arrangement. Woke up in the morning to see that the #WiFi is #MLAColony #Hyderabad has again gone.

    Is it just me or does @ACTFibernet is a pain for everyone? 1. No quick resolution of tickets - Takes 1 day to resume. 2. No accountable individual for your service outage 3. Customer service aren't trained to speak beyond the template Any better alternatives?

    @ACTFibernet I trusted so much ACT but you let me down in terms of service. I raised request for relocation and technician came and tried something something and then said it cannot be installed here some internal power issue get it fixed by technician.
