Dear @ACTFibernet 10 days before renewal of plans email, whatsapp inbox and SMS inbox is filled with your mssgs to renew the plan. But, when there is an issue you just raise a ticket & keep shifting the resolution time as per your choice with 0 contact point. It's time to shift.

Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet has been down for 5 days despite raising a complaint (Ticket ID: SR10176728931784). The complete lack of urgency is unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately, I will terminate my connection and escalate this matter to consumer forums & TRAI.
