    @ACTFibernet Broadband is not working since last 3 days. Have been complaining since day 1. Don't know how long it'll take to resolve issue.

    @JAI86COOL @ACTFibernet @BandBajaateRaho when you complain, they raise a ticket and then marked it 'resolved' without any resolution or contact 2 customer. If you call them they will say someone will call U after 2 hrs and never do! They just let you run around from pillar to post. Users let us unite and file a case.

    @ACTFibernet ETR keep revising twice daily but still no update on the issue. Internet not working from last 3 days. No customer support at all. Nobody picks up call there. Pathetic service. I vl definately switch to another operator once my prepaid plan expires.

    This stupid service @ACTFibernet doesn't even reply or solve the issues from the customers. They simply force customers with continuous calls to take a new connection

    @ACTFibernet you guys have such an stupid service, facing internet issues from 4hrs and there's no any response no customer care number getting connected I'm not getting any call back, i had a wait time over a call for 30mins and then after receiving a call ******* disconnecting

    @ACTFibernet I have been complaining since 3 days for the internet not working. When will it be resolved? Support keeps saying it will be resolved soon but no luck yet.

    @raiatul11 @ACTFibernet Because they like free money, expert in making fool to customers, I never seen this kind of company who keep changing words, as them area manager details, they won't give you. Join local providers which I m going to do soon.
