    @ACTFibernet I placed complaint yesterday evening Problem is not solved yet. It exceeded more than 24hrs this is the poor service @ACTFibernet and notice that no technician contacted. Its absolutely poor servicing provider

    @ACTFibernet Have been struggling to transfer old connection to my new house for last 3-4 days. Pathetic service.All this is despite our new apartment having a hub. Multiple tickets raised. First one is SR10361503373942 You guys won't last long if you take customers for a ride.

    @ACTFibernet i want to downgrade my plan from A max 1075 to A max 700, seems like it’s a tedious process to downgrade the plan, i am trying to reach customer care from 1 hr, but couldn’t, you ‘great’ app has only updgrade option, plan to move to other broadband provider

    @ACTFibernet it's been only a month since I got the services, and there was a lock in period of 3-4 months to avail the service (already paid). Howevr the services are stoppd due to non payment. A complaint was already registered and no action is taken frm last 2days. #pathetic
