@ACTFibernet I just had a visit from technician and he mentioned the laptops can't have more than 140 mbps speed . If ACT can't provide wifi service. Kindly refund my money . I WILL GO WITH OTHER DISTRIBUTOR. KINDLY HELP

@ACTFibernet I have requested for new connection request on 19th July and made 6 months subscription payment on the same day. The installation was never done till date. Despite several escalations and follow up with the customer care, nothing happened. So what should I do now ?

@ACTFibernet - one of the worst customer support ever I have experienced. Since 13/07/2021 I am complaining about a simple issue is that Internet is not working and unfortunately there is no positive action and proper support provided.
