    @ACTFibernet : I am not sure whether I will receive help or not but still trying. I disconnected my ACT Fibernet services on 1st October and returned the router as per the policy. It’s been more than 1 month and I have not received my security deposit back. SR11966095352401

    @ACTFibernet I raised shifting request more than 1 week ago and no one contacted me and whe I call customer care the say it will take 48 hours to resolve. These 48 hours passed more than 3 times now. I think it's time to move to @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet Your service is extremely useless, it gets disconnected frequently, there is alot of lag, there is no speed

    @ACTFibernet something wrong with the router, 400mbps subscription, but I am getting hardly 90mbps, customer service onsite told, I need to replace the modem (provided by you) with a new one and that would cost me extra. Is this fair?

    @ACTFibernet all your customer service associates are rude, your agent called me and didn't bother to listen to my complain I guess he kept the phone aside later and the phone was left was around 12 mins I have recorded the call , please get in touch I will share the call recording.

    @ACTFibernet may be they need to change the box . Every thing is clumsy and wiring is bad

    @ACTFibernet even after changing the router to whatever technician says we are facing issues . They are simply blaming routers and not doing anything about speed and connectivity. I need alternative to this @ACTFibernet , oh god 🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet I’ve subscribed to ACT after using Airtel for over 5 years expecting 500mbps as promised. Thinking my speed will increase by 10times from 40mbps of Airtel. But last 1 week is a nightmare & not a day I had no issue. No speed is fine no Internet is becoming daily issue

    @ACTFibernet Hello, As I mentioned I am in touch with Regional Technical team from last 15 days, so I believe they have done something or efforts put in to solve it and still it is not been solved. Thus, I reach out to you to notify management staff to look into it ASAP. Hoping for resolution
