@ACTFibernet You people are the worst. No internet service from yesterday. When called they say it's a junction box issue and will be fixed in few hours. Got promised a manager call back as well. No call backs and now if i call it gets automatically cut or goes into Mute. WOW 👏🏽

@ACTFibernet How can you close an issue that is raised by a customer without the customer's consent? I raised an issue this Friday and It was closed on Saturday without my consent. And how come users don't have an option to reopen an issue? at least for the next 24hrs!!

In this trend of WFH, can anyone bear an internet blackout? @ACTFibernet Your service is almost as keen as any other service, acknowledge that fact before you act. It's been the same for the past 3 months and I am on the verge of shifting to a better service provider.

@ACTFibernet This Junction box issue is going on from the time of my connection. Every month i i get the same issue and i was promised by a L2 manager that this will be fixed permanently which was in November, 2021. Look how pathetic your service and promises are!!
