    My situation today: @ACTFibernet down. The technical team wants to help me on phone. Need to troubleshoot my internet on phone call, but router is inside the house where my Mobile Networks (@Airtel_Presence @JioCare) are bad and call drops. Need for Landline!!!

    @ACTFibernet account mobile no. 9739904413. Connection disconnected by u guyz frm yesterday without any notice. No sevice person came to resolve the issue. Ur customer care people r most impolite ,rude ,arrongant guyz. If not solved today plz disconnect da connection #Epicfail
