    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 12 hours the internet is down and I have raised several complaints. It's not yet resolved. I was given a timeline of 5PM and the customer service is also pathetic. They give us false promises.

    @ACTFibernet I have a recurring problem for 6+ months: internet goes down with power cut. Your engineers either don’t come or say they don’t have battery and close complaint.. Can you fix ASAP or do I switch to @Airtel_Presence broadband? They Recently upgraded speeds in my area
