    @ACTFibernet What is the ETA? I have been using ACT for more than 10 years and looks like support has degraded to lowest these days. Let me know if you can fix it or will go for @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare. You need 8 days to fix the issue?

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACT_Issues I had Actfibernet at home. Due to very poor services, I had to get it deactivated with effect from 06 June 26. My subscription is till Oct 26. Request refund balance amount for 4 months.

    Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. I've had no internet for the last 3–4 days due to a router/Wi-Fi issue. Ticket SR11880636732714 was raised days ago, but there has been no response or resolution. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.

    As I said, this wifi service is pathetic and goes down every week! Punctuality at its best, never misses a week, my ticket - SR11080611760224 for today’s struggle with ACT wifi. Can’t you guys work on it and fix it in my area for good? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What about the situation when you employee is threatening me to kill me? Will @ACTFibernet will be responsible for the same if any theft happens of any unfortunate incident either happens with me or my family?
