    @ACTFibernet Just speed is not the problem. The Internet is getting disconnected every 30 minutes and my meetings are getting effected. Anyways I have shared my account details with you. Not sure if this finally gets fixed as I have tried to approach you guys every possible ways since 2 month

    @ACTFibernet u guys r just looting customer by promising false things to customer and by recruiting sales manager who after the installation of connection, abuses customer and on top of it, doesn't have any mechanism to address any query.(account no 110665944569)

    @ACTFibernet I have raised complaint yesterday but till now issue not resolved and we have office work at home and if disconnected these many hours how we can work use ur service

    @ACTFibernet This is not the first time, every week this happens. Your service people are pathetic. Give them proper training. You take money on time by calling 100 times a day, but when it comes to service, you won't respond even if we make 100 calls. I am anyway changing your connection.

    @ACTFibernet For 3 days I have been trying to shift my connection. I talked repeatedly to customer care, was told the technician was coming only to get a message each time that the relocation is rescheduled. I will soon cancel my subscription because of your terrible service.
