    @ACTFibernet My concern is if you provide 150 MBPS plan with latency more than 20 ms than that plan is equal to 20 MBPS plan and I have paid for 150 mbps plan for 7 months. Customer care lines are not giving me desired solution.

    @ACTFibernet Since two days irritating from your app, i want shift relocation, i filled all required information finally I got error in the end process, same thing informed to your customer, i did not any solution, please go & see your act customer rating in Play Store.

    Wow ACT service is amazing as I had raised Activation request on 26th of Mar'22 but till today NO Action..I thought of delay in service or response happens only in Govt offices..but ACT proved me wrong.@ACTFibernet..are they expecting something 🤔

    @ACTFibernet I have raised request in APP and emailed to customer support team, 8 times called customer care and 23 times called the person who visited my house.However there is no response..

    @ACTFibernet Earlier I was using local wifi service(GTPL) with 40 MBPS plan even that was giving a very good latency and speed. Do let me know if latency can be reduced otherwise I want my money back.
