@ACTFibernet the reason why I love act broadband is they have most pathetic customer service. Thank you for closing ticket without even resolving the issue. I've never seen such wonderful customer service anywhere. You're tagline should be "We think customer's are fools"

@ACTFibernet with much regret have to post this, though I do a payment before my due date and still I get fine of 100rs just cuz it got reflected a day later in to your account. This has been happening from past 2 months. Not a good support from your customer executive as well.
