    @ACTFibernet Very poor experience after reconnecting your service. Raised 5 complaints in 1 month for frequent disconnections & slow speed. Latest ticket open for 2 days with no action. Service quality hasn’t improved at all. #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet Been following up via calls for my connection shift request for one week. First ETA via email was 26 Apr, second ETA via app was 28 Apr, today it's 1 May. Also, your team says my shifting address is not their problem to solve for connection shifting. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet please help me in resolution for this ticket #SR10280058860234. It has been more than 72 hrs. No one has come to install the router yet nor picking the call. Is it so much difficult to get an internet connection in Bangalore for last 3 days ? ENgineer is not picking.

    @thatguypraveen @ACTFibernet Heights of irony. Headquartered in Bengaluru but doesn't have customer service state's native/official language. Maybe they learnt from gothilla minister @DrParameshwara that Kannada is not needed in an "international cosmopolitan city" but yeah migrants languages are needed.

    @ACTFibernet This is not acceptable Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 02-May(DD/MM) 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT It’s 3 days and only ACT subscribers are suffering outage. Please ACT on this ASAP.
