@ACTFibernet why does a simple request to joint Cables take more than 2 days to resolve? If it works....no issues but if Stops....very difficult to restart again!!! Hopefully my request will be addressed soon🤞

@ACTFibernet u cant either change plan for an existing customer with a compatible router or deliver a router not less than 7 working days...do ur Technicians come by walk to deliver a router??why 7 working days?? U must be following stone age procedures. I paid 6 months bill.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. I have both Internet and Cable. Issue with cable subscribed channels not coming. Email/Phone/WA queries sent, no response. BTW, ACT fibernet people are not even aware that there is cable service also
