    When ever iam calling customer support they are providing a new complain number stating that it will resolve with in next 24 hours and this issue is happening twice a month worst experience with a good brand @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #balamalladi

    @ACTFibernet Is it a monthly practice to have a downtime of 24 hours? I remember on 6th Oct also there was an outage and today also it is down. Why dont you declare this on your portal that your that services will be down for a day every month. #poorservices

    @ACTFibernet last two months electricity bill was not discounted in account. TNEB wanted to remove ACT box from home because its comes under commercial not household. Requested call back. Note: i tried to connect you to customer care, no response. Take action asap

    How classic. @ACTFibernet has now raised 2 invoices against me - Oct and Nov - after they told me in Sept that they would be cancelling the connection as they are not able to provide service in the new location. Yay!
