    @ACTFibernet i register a new connection and paid for 3 months plan and installation happened on jun 2nd. i’ve now received a notification saying service suspended and bill of 707 is due tomorrow. i’ve raised a ticket SR10280753231094 but i want to talk to a support person

    @ACTFibernet But again, the only resolution is paying additional for a data cable to connect the 2 routers. If you are offering such a mesh network, why is it not mentioned on the website nor explained by your salesperson before finalising the purchase?

    @ACTFibernet Another day without internet. When will you fix the issue ? 3 days without internet for work from home professional. Now you are loosing the trust we have. Need to look for alternatives

    @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.
