    @ACTFibernet ACT fibernet connection is down and unable to connect to the internet. Even ACT app is not opening. Also unable to login using the website too (OTP not getting delivered). Making it impossible to complain through any means. Pathetic service. From Chennai

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service. Never thought it will take 48 hours to fix cable. Even government people have done it in few hours. They don't provide local technician number to speak.

    @ACTFibernet Facing the internet issue since from yesterday afternoon and after so many complaints and 14 calls to the customer service still it's not working. Pathetic service from ACT and it's happening on a regular basis. Complaint number is SR10263199695834

    @ACTFibernet why are complaints closed before confirmation from the customer that the issue is resolved. I am losing connection every month for at least 3 days. And your customer service is pitiful.
