    @ACTFibernet Been following up via calls for my connection shift request for one week. First ETA via email was 26 Apr, second ETA via app was 28 Apr, today it's 1 May. Also, your team says my shifting address is not their problem to solve for connection shifting. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet there is no internet since yesterday. We also past the resolution time provided on the ticket. There is no option to escalate. We tried the on call support but no resolution. This is impacting our work from home severely and is highly inconvenient. SR10179974943164

    @ACTFibernet I purchased your plan for 6 months and it’s been 1 week WiFi didn’t get installed. No one from installation team is picking our phone. I called 20 times today. Worst service @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct
