    @ACTFibernet I'm a new and unhappy customer, internet stops working as soon as the power is down. Not sure if your junction box has power backup. AC NO. 108652896135. Need help and a permanent fix for this issue.

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working for last 2 days. Complaint raised and still pending. Worst part is, there is no contact that we can connect with for an update. This keeps happening frequently and there is no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Three Service Requests closed without issue getting resolved, no emails no phone calls, 4th SR raised today, I am not going to stop till I get a refund, have also raised a complaint with the public grievance portal of yhe Central Government

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10765447774086 has been registered. Our team will ensure fastest possible action. The sr is pending from 23-07-2022 it has been closed by your team three times I've reopened the request expecting a Faster resolution and the update.

    @ACTFibernet: From morning itself I have network issues. Yet not the issue was solved. My one day net waste, my one day job waste, my one day salary waste. Act fibre won't provide one due day extra right and they won't compensate my salary also.
