    @ACTFibernet within just 10 days, ur wifi is not working. Ticket raised Technician visited y'day>but no soln. Tried calling him n times>not picking calls. Customer support assured a call back>not recvd any. In app req'sted callback from engineer>But no calls>Frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet why am I unable to access my account via the app? I've registered my phone number and email address and yet your app tells me my number is NOT REGISTERED as a customer??? What is the issue here????

    Hi @ACTFibernet Buffering issue still persist. I m unable to watch movies online. For this issue I hv raised complaints multiple times, technicians always provide temprary solutions & gt a lot of showoff calls 4m cust care 2 know the reason bt no permanent resoln provided yet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Act Fibernet account 1xxxxxx9 of xxx Broadband is not working for the past 7 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: xxxxx16. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    @ACTFibernet The Team just visited and mentioned there is no “main box” around - he went back and said we need to fix a main box first for which team will call and visit tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My Account still reflecting the same Rs. 800 overdue? You teams are just busy closing the tickets but not solving the issues? Can anyone take responsibility and close it completely? Or I will close the issue by closing the account i think then we would completely close the issue
