@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It's already 6pm and till now I haven't received a call from the service technician. As per SR (SR10161459260772) it should have been resolved by 6pm. It's more than 24 hours now that we are without internet. You should take your customers seriously. Unprofessional

@ACTFibernet We are providing the power supply to the power box for ACT internet service from past year( Aug 2020) and we have been promised of power refund. But its not fullfilled.Worst servies ever.

@ACTFibernet What are you located looking at? The customer support team has disconnected the call twice now... They say the resolution time is 28th... No internet from 25th where I have paid 3658 for 6 months and you are holding the account for 251 rupees.
