    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet there is absolutely no amount pending, first of all, it's a prepaid plan and how the hell the amount can be pending, and in spite of telling your customer care it's my own router, your guys threaten us..! I am recording every call now on and will take legal action

    @ACTFibernet marvelous service, when i called for shift, some one ask me pay if i need connection by the same day. I did pay and witout checking fesbilty they asked and i paid. No one adress my refund, no esclatn thank you for looting. Tkt sr10164573240045

    @ACTFibernet Issue is not resolved yet and it is marked as resolved. The guy who called me said the account will be on hold due to some box issue. Please be informed that I want full month of internet when the account becomes activate or just give me full refund.

    @ACTFibernet ticketno#SR10164587577274 raised from morning internet not working,no one came to resolve the issue. Why can't you guys assign like other Apps where we can see the slot and time for service engineer with details. WFH and no internet pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet worst worst worst worst service provider ever!! Facing slow internet issues since last month still not able to resolve my issue.. fraud customer care Officer , disconnecting my calls , service technician also disconnecting and kept my number in blocked..

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the quick response. Today it's all good, I'm reporting when I face the issue next time. On Tuesday it got disconnected frequently having red for internet in modem. I'll continue to monitor.
