    @ACTFibernet NO. They're calling to find out why I discontinued. They are front-end junior staff that don't seem to recognise valuable customer feedback even if it hits them in the face. You should understand the more they call, the less likely I'll ever renew and recommend ACT to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet SR10254855653042 not resolved but marked as completed. Pathetic customer service and internet connectivity. Fix the issue permanently. Cannot raise tickets every month for your mistakes.

    @ACTFibernet, I login to work in 2 hours and the issue better be fixed by then. My neighbors use actfiber and they seem to be doing just fine. I pay my bills on time and I am stuck with mobile hotspot This is the Service Request number : 10154875070462 fix this
