    wish i would have jio fibre or airtel in my area. I'm using act as a fate. Im disappointed with the worst service and it happens each month.The customer service provides terrible answers. After 2 days they reply we have solved ur grievance hopeless @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet @KTRoffice very rude customer service. 3rd class service provider in Hyderabad. Last time it was 5 days with no internet and I disconnected the account. Again they called me and said issue resolved. Tct#SR10153862979162. No response from this 3rd grade service provider

    @ACTFibernet horrible service. I have made the payment a week back but till dateI did not get any response. The service guy called 100 times for the payment but after the payment there is no response. One of the worst service provider @jagograhakjago @ConsumerAffairs

    @ACTFibernet raisED SR10253766638597 On 14th March and till now no resolution instead of that nonsense reason saying customer is unable to reach hence closing the SR I have not got any call at all. I have emailed as well but no resolution till now.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please let me know the procedure or the ways on how to cancel the subscription? I have been trying to reach you guys by all means but failing. All I get is the constant notification for the payment due which is completely absurd.

    hello @ACTFibernet Every month you forget to deduct amount for giving power connection to your box. Keeps issue in pending. Finally then you adds Rs.100 late payment penalty next month, that too without giving power deduction again. My account no: 106376747991
