    I was unable to work because of your issue. You people are still saying that there is no issue found from your end. This is a highly careless act from your end. I was been informed that the issue will be resolved by 3PMtoday. But no luck. When can I expect resolution @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Not able to work properly due to your bad service This is the 5th time in this week I am raising 'Internet not working' complaint. Can't you guys provide permanent fixes for such recurring issue.

    @ACTFibernet useless service i have made a complaint for slowness someone called me and changes the router settings etc after that my full internet down.... dont u have a knowledged person ?

    @ACTFibernet It is perfectly ok if the downtime is 2-3 hours. But 9-10 hours of downtime resulted in loss of a full working day for me. Issue still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Your people are not even picking up calls. I have heard this more than hairs on my head. Assist asap or refund me that's it. I am done with you. You never care about your customers that I have learned. The small issue you are taking 2 days to resolve. seriously!
