    @ACTFibernet . @ACTFibernet ur technician called me again aftr i filed a complaint today & told the same thing that he will close my ticket now & fix the issue in couple of days.Absolutely unprofessional!No choice left but mov to a better ISP after the current billing cycle is over.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 11th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet worse customer service i am facing with,Act fiber net .I din expect this from your team.. the technical team does not even call and ask,if Internet is working or not ,they simply close the ticket..
