@ACTFibernet, Neither your app nor the IVR gives me an option to directly ask my query. Why my account was allowed to upgrade to a plan whose speed the router provided by ACT doesn't support ? Also there is no way to downgrade the plan.

@ACTFibernet B. TEAM, didn't even see basic information and addressing issue saying payment frequency cycle will be corrected at Last day of BILLING. LAST DAY OF BILLING WAS 20TH JAN . SIMPLE CHECKS WOULD HAVE ATLEAST BE MADE.

@ACTFibernet why we have issue with your network every 5 days once. We have to pay on time but the service interruption occured to us won't be solved easily and your customer support won't even attend calls.
