Dear @ACTFibernet , I am totally devastated by the service I have received over the issue of internet connection being fluctuating. The field engineers visiting my house are not responsive and lack minimum courtesy of enquiring and resolving the complete issue.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Every ACT person tells different things about problem resolution.Instead of FTR closure after every call or email, solve customer problems. How do you check whether customer problem is solved or not ??

@ACTFibernet I’ve put a request for shifting my connection to a new place.Really disappointed to see the kind of response I am receiving it’s been almost 12 days no one has come to resolve the problem. I call on the helpline every day just to hear we are putting it on priority.
