    @mukundiyer1995 @ACTFibernet If they know how to handle customer, no customer wants change. But their customer care officer literally disconnected my call which made me more angry and disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet When actfibernet is a prepaid service and when I didn't renew my 6 month plan, what was the point of putting extra charge on my account and then when I reconnected after 800 INR month plan, why disconnect aftee 15 days; nothing makes sense here; internet still not working though

    @ACTFibernet you are not responding on twitter and your customer care go in silence while asking more questions. How can you expect almost a 20 hours downtime? Need proper justification & a solution ASAP. Very pathetic that I bought such an unreliable broadband.
