    Pathetic broadband service, i had to manage about 10 days without internet in the month of March 2022 and you guy are not even ready to compensate for those 10 days, customer care is least bothered and even the service engineer.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi ceo In a month 4 times we face internet connectivity issue and Evey time you take 24 to 48 hrs to fix the issue than what is point of taking postpaid connection with high tarrif plan. Can anyone resolved this ASAP

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider in Chennai. Every month I’m facing issues. Frequent Disconnection, DBBox Power issues, even now. The service engineers are worst and unreachable.Scam “Don’t raise ticket sir, just call me I’ll come and fix”

    Hi @ACTFibernet Since u didn't provide gud service I had to disconnect in the 1st month itself. But see I registered disconnect request on 29th March and app still shows I have active connection even my network gone 4 days ago. Didn't provide gud service nd 6 months refund.😠

    This is the 3rd time this month alone i am facing no internet with @airtelindia broadband. They only go for temporary solutions fix and leave and then after few days again their is not internet. I found a permanent solution shifting to @ACTFibernet.
