    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours since my internet connection is down and @ACTFibernet is least bothered about rectification. Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.

It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet
