    @ACTFibernet Too poor service, I never seen this type of service, I have raised multiple complaint but without resolution and my knowledge they closed the ticket. The customer agents are talking like we are the servent of their they don't know how to behave with a customer.

    @VijayGopal_ @hydcitypolice @ACTFibernet This is fraud company.. they have reactivated my connection without my consent at a place where am not there.. when I reached out to them they took 1 week to disconnect but sent a bill for the services which I have never used..and still not remved it from my name😡 #ActFiberFraud

    @ACTFibernet internet down since yesterday service request placed but no action taken internet has become an essential as schools and colleges are online immediate rectification required, it's more than 24 hours now request you to kindly depute immediately. SR10258286058632

    @ACTFibernet What a nice service of Act I have make a complaint on 14/06 and today is 19 But no response When call ur customer care they will told give me 24 hour How much long 24 hour in ur company Can u explain it Account nmbr is 102493669827 If possible please do anything

    @ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

    @ACTFibernet how dare you guys don't fix the internet connection issues on production day and business hours, do you want us to loose ours jobs because we selected your internet connection..do you really work on SLA's, do you know what service impact means??? Feeling disgusting

    The service quality and the support of @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is the WORST!! 😓😓 They charge you instantly for a new connection but don't give a **** even after 10 days. No wonder the downfall of a famous Brand. 😐
