    When asked for refund of the cancellation, the amount is being credited in wallet and not to source account. CS says that this is according to Act’s policy. Worst ever service. Highly disappointing to see how they are cheating customers. Request immediate response. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your executives call us to inform they'll be coming to fix the fibre cable due to which I'm not able to connect to the internet and they never show up. It's been 5 days now. Your helpline number, your email ID, your app, everything is ****. Service has gone down.

    @ACTFibernet The customer service provided is very helpless . there is no proper service provided while reaching to customer service .No escalation available ,call disconnects and no resolution for concerns raised .need immediate response on this .

    @ACTFibernet hello India’s best internet service provider. This is 4th time i have raised complaint regarding internet connectivity issue. Customer service is useless . No proper technical resolution for issues 🙏🏻 complaint : SR11163830777484 raised today. Hope will get help.

    Looks like my nightmare with @ACTFibernet is never going to end. Pathetic service for which I have asked for service disconnection and refund SR10263649787461 and even after 1 month, they have my money in Act account when I asked for refund.
