    @ACTFibernet thank you for your wonderful service which hasn't been working at all. A guy came in and checked the box still no good, this has effected my job, food and shelter. Also, thanks to your wonderful IVR which goes silent out of nowhere.

    @ACTFibernet I would like to say..you first impression is really bad. I just now enrolled and I am already not happy. Fake promises before payment and the no service at all. Not picking calls. Defrauded the money. #pathetic

    @ACTFibernet More than 3 Days, countless number of phone calls and emails, still no resolution. I've raised multiple complaints regarding this and not only the issue didn't get resolved, now the technicians won't even respond to my calls. Way to go.

    What a worst kind of service provided by @ACTFibernet While taking new connection they run behind you like anything but when you need to relocate your connection they don't give a **** about it. @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I need to raise a minimum of Two Complaints per month always 🙄 which takes 48hrs of Resolution Time. @JioCare Need Jio Broadband in 500008 ASAP. I can't ACT with ACT Anymore. When It Comes to resolution it always "ACTs" what an appointment name. 🙏

    @TusharKantSaho3 @ACTFibernet In Bangalore? My network was also down and the service ticket said it would be resolved by 2pm today. It’s way past that and still no update!
