    @ACTFibernet The speed of ur internet replicates the speed of ur service aswell. Pathetic.... for a request raised yesterday u have responded today and now saying it will take another 24 to 48 hrs to receive a resolution. What is the use when internet doesn't work while working from home

    @ACTFibernet By soon u mean still tomorrow right? I need it right now. I work in night shiftsso i have raised the complaint by 2pm itself so it could be resolved by 5pm There is always a problem with this atleast once in a few weeks i am considering to disconnect the connection by next month

    @ACTFibernet Is it the responsibilty of the homeowner or the BROADBAND Company where to install the Junction box to provide connection to a customer?? Who's responsible for this organisational failure??
