    @ACTFibernet ..Service was good. SR11267217082421 Team ACTTechnician Narsing and his TL Simhadri helped me to resolve my issue,Even though sales person gave fake promise this Service guys are made it corrected and provided good service. Thanks to service guys not for Sales guys.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Taken new connection paying advance payment for 3 months on 03.03.2023 & installation not completed. Sales person is not answering call & customer care is asking 24 hours time for resolution. VERY BAD SERVICE.

    @ACTFibernet what is this ?. i told to disconnect but torchuring for money ? Acc id: 102637162136. mine was pre billing so told to cancel and disconnect instead changed my plan and asking for money ?

    @ACTFibernet is such a fraud here in Bangalore! First you try to convince customers to pay 6-12 months at once to avoid installation fees and then show the true colors with worst service, cheating on FUP and then refuse to even disconnect/refund prorated!

    @ACTFibernet Bangalore, This is the second time I am raising complaint for poor bandwidth speed & there is no proper resolution for this issue.. very poor customer service and people here pay money for good service and not for the buffering and error page .. #actbroadband👎🏻

    hi @ACTFibernet please improve your service in Lucknow’s Jankipuram area, I have raised the complaint many time but still facing same issue. If it won’t get resolved I will cancel the subscription.
