    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet from last 1 week, it's really frausturating to see useless service provided by you. Every day connection are getting disconnect issue. Every day some maintenance. Absolutely disaster service by Act. Check DM

    @ACTFibernet can you provide an update on the ticket SR10180709586464? My work is completely on-hold due to this. There was issue with other service providers as well but they have fixed it on priority,only act customers are facing issue in my area since yesterday #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what are you trying to do; your customer support teams calls up and asks have you raised a complaint. On me saying YES he disconnects the call; why did he call then; don’t harass please don’t need your connection

    No internet for last 7 hours. When called local technicians, no reaponse from technicians. When will it be resolved? Ticket no: SR10380773052294 @ACTFibernet @FiberAct WORST SERVICE.

    @ACTFibernet just one day, another rain, and again your internet is not working. It's just crazy. I am going yo customer court and will drag you down there.

    Had the same with @ACTFibernet . 7 years of loyalty, until a customer care said "you can disconnect if you have problem". Now using Hathway without issues. Customer care is always the problem in any field.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD From last 2 weeks I am having an internet issue - it automatically keeps disconnecting during the day and in nights it's never visible to connect. I keep calling the ACt local technician placed within our towship he never responds.

    @ACTFibernet Such a disgusting behaviour. Sr closed. No resolution. Plus Technician cutting call. I am raising it to consumer court
