Hey @ACTFibernet, what's the lifecycle for a customer request? Is it just Open -> Closed? I don't see my requests are getting resolved. I open a ticket and after 2 days the ticket gets closed without resolving or notifying the customer even. Best among d worst service providers!

@khushal_singh_ @ACTFibernet Act service is very poor I paid 6 months renewal of Rs 7222. The broadband was not for more than 10 days and I surrendered the connection. Now ACT is not refunding the money I paid. Before taking ACT kindly note this poor service od ACT
