    @ACTFibernet Down again. Technician came to fix last time and forgot to connect the backup. Whenever power fails the internet is down and my house supplies power to Act Fibernet. ticket number is SR10159569075172

    @ACTFibernet Last month there was lot of issue with my act connection ..I did not paid bill and thought to discontinue ..I got call for reconnection ..they clearly said you reconnect we will address ur issue ...now this month bill I m seeing late payment charge ..what rubbish

    @ACTFibernet Hello,my issue repeats!I loose connectivity the moment power is gone. raised ticket SR10158968311502 on 2nd July, SR10159318431822 on 9th July, 2 batteries changed and The issue still continues, so either the new batteries or at fault or the tech is scamming us

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for a new connection and paid money for 6 months but have not got new connection. Tried to reach customer care and no one is responding. The response is pathetic , you took the money from customer but don’t provide the service? Worst customer service

    Wow this is a common practice of @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD company to avoid their customers problem without resolving it. They messaged me on my last tweet mentioning they will get in touch to resolve and its already been more than 24hrs. What to do ?

    @ACTFibernet Instead of these useless automated response, can you please resolve the internet not working issue. ETA breached by more than a day. Non responsive customer care and clueless technicians. On top of this, automated response to give a false impression you really care. and
