    @ACTFibernet ACT has the most pathetic internet service. I'm repeatedly calling them every week now because that's how frequent their disconnections are. The customer care is so useless and rude. I'm so tired of raising complaints every week. They tell they will put permanant fix

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service and worst connection. Internet Service gets disconnected every alternate week. Customer care person attends the call and keep speaking with someone else nearby in their regional language.

    Hi @ACTFibernet ticket number: SR10265261405107. I’m supposed to get a call back from someone to fix the issue but as soon as I pick up the call and give them info they disconnect the call. Is this the service I’m supposed to be going through as a customer? I have call recordings

    @ACTFibernet is there anyone to help for issues.. 2nd day without internet.. customer support is mot bothered.. reading same verbiages.. not sure in which world your technicians are.. they cannot fix the issue.. the kind of network ACT has you guys should be lot quick in resolvin
