@ACTFibernet Have opened 3 tickets in past month to resolve the cable issues at our apartment complex and so far every ticket has been closed with no resolution, is this what you call customer service….

@ACTFibernet Today, It will be 2nd day and internet is still down in Thaltej area of Ahmedabad. When I called for assistance, everytime, I get the same response in terms of, just raise the complain in app and our team will look into the problem ASAP but still pending!!!!
