    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Most fraud internet service provider I have met. I raised refund ticket on Dec 2nd and I got mail saying within 5 days you will get refund. Act cust care called me and after then they told if SR is open then refund could not be done.they closed it.

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than a week and still no call or resolution. It shows your commitment towards customer issues. U r best in market in terms of wifi service but u have to be good in customer service too @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI act is serving stupid services to me.they activated some vas without otp and asking to pay bill..In mid night they disconnected connection stupid services...airtel is better then u stupid service act provider..

    @ACTFibernet Why is your customer care so unprofessional. The services haven't been restored yet pleass expedite. Despite the given time for restoration of services by 1 PM, it's still not been restored. There's no internet in your junkbox of a modem.

    @ACTFibernet still no action on this? Here is another image showing loss. And before you ask, didn’t face this with @airtelindia Mobile data, so it’s definitely ACT’s problem.
