@ACTFibernet get things straight, ping is more than 15ms, feels like playing online game on 56kbps modem is better than your’s so called fibernet. Too much latency and hits never register. Meanwhile, when i switch to local isp, its far better than your internet.

@redhistory21 @ACTFibernet No point, gave multiple complaints but they still didn't resolve my issue. Enginner told that he should replace the cable and didn't come back yet and put a tape on cable and whenever wind comes I lose internet.

@ACTFibernet I have switched to another service provider, but your employee (vetrivel) way of approach was convincing, incase if I need ACT in future I may switch only for vetrivel. Please train your employees to approach like vetrivel to customers. This will help ACT to grow next level. ATB
