    @ACTFibernet In Lucknow , why engineers request us to not raise ticket and call them to get your issues sorted and when you call them without raising ticket they often take 24 hours to react. All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM

    @ACTFibernet They resoved today connectivity issues. But as soon as power goes its getting disconnected, we have power backup, but looks like ACT network doesnt have. We tired opening complaints. Its very unprofessional.

    I think all are scammers even the @ACTFibernet guys are also scammers and fraudsters. They took money but from day 1 internet is not working. Hyderabad Patancheru people are pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet This ticket needs immediate attention for refund SR10180200565819. Cannot be cheating customer by charging for 500 mbps and providing only 100 mbps.

    @ACTFibernet Resolution was that it will be resolved before 12 pm today, still no response, when it will be resolved or it will be resolved ever, pathetic service it's as expected. Atleast help me how to cancel my service and get refund
