  Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service!

  @ACTFibernet hey guys last week three outages. I have got two separate lines from you both down. Today I can’t even open a support ticket even that system is down. How do you expect your customers to complain if you don’t accept tickets. This is next level operations.

  So, @ACTFibernet has a company policy where if you pay them for any plan and subsequently move to a location where they don’t have service before the plan ends, they’ll NOT REFUND ANY MONEY. Whatever excess, they’ll keep! @MIB_India and @GoI_MeitY please note. This is robbery.

  @ACTFibernet What is the ETA? I have been using ACT for more than 10 years and looks like support has degraded to lowest these days. Let me know if you can fix it or will go for @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare. You need 8 days to fix the issue?

  @ACTFibernet Since this morning, my internet connection has been down. I raised Service Request SR10180590954094, but it is still unresolved. This level of delay is disappointing, especially in a Tier-1 city. Kindly prioritize this issue and restore my internet connection.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with the complete lack of response and support from the team regarding my issue for ticket id SR10180566938884 .No updates, no follow-up, and no effort to even contact me to resolve the problem. Customer support should do better
