    @ACTFibernet Dear act fiber net it's been 4 days since I have made payment for connection,your service executives have come and said that it's not possible to give connection in my house because there were no space available in boxes . That's fine I accept but where is my payment

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD on repeat complaint and creating SR for discontinue in service when power goes off your team has not taken any action on it . They just simply close tickets . Was not expecting this kind of customer support. #internetgoesdownwhenpowergoesdown

    @ACTFibernet I believe I'll have to wait for another month for the issue to be resolve and ACT will generate another bill for this non-service period including GST.

    @ACTFibernet After repeated complaints internet issue still exists . Technicians are rude after asking them to come home and check physical connection no one turned up #EpicFail
