    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The service person came directly and told me it will be fixed within the next 10 mins yesterday evening and post which he ignored all my calls and still not fixed.. Lost my 2 days pay as I'm working from home. Thanks ACT

    @ACTFibernet You and your technicians clearly don’t understand the issue. I called to report it, but no one answered. Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?
