@ACTFibernet Why is your customer service so bad? I wanted to hold my connection for a month. Instead they changed the plan to basic and told me they will raise waiver for 15 days. Everytime they say they will look into it and close the tickets but nothing happens.

@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10366554229276 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 11-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT. Not sure if ACT will stick to this ETA or will send a new ETA. ACT never updates engineer details in a ticket nor their engineer calls you and keep you informed
