@ACTFibernet Internet is down from yesterday morning. SR10263736209594 still not resolved. Called customer care 3 times, but not getting any answer and they disconnect the call. How to give the discontinue request what about the refund amount because opting for JioFiber now.

@ACTFibernet And it took you 3 days to close the ticket. I want refund of monthly charges on pro rata basis for providing proper service for just 20-25 days in a month.

@ACTFibernet my internet is down since evening impacting my work. This is due to the main box switched off by the present landlord. Looks like you ignored his follow-up for about couple of weeks to remove the box from his residence. Can't we think proactively? SR10163747575814
