  @ACTFibernet I live next to your regional office and the local area connection box is at my house. Every few day your techs visit to check the box but now when I am having issue ?

  @ACTFibernet Worst service ever from your team. My billing from last 2 months is incorrect and I have called more than 15 times to customer care. Everytime I talk representative will inform issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but my concern is overdue from last 1.5 months.

  request SR10157491234592. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Its been 3 days now and 5 people have visited to solve the problem and each one says that Its not his department to resolve. He then leaves advising someone will resolve in 2 hrs. That 2 hrs are since 3 days now
