    @ACTFibernet WE NEED AN UPDATE ON OUR NEW BROAD BAND CONNECTION! Every call we make to your customer ends up with "Please wait for 24 hours" update. It's been 5 of those 24 hours now. I don't know why it has come down to this to get an update from you guys. Just pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet The worst customer care by @ACTFibernet experienced for my case SR10153507837392. I am also an handicap person but your on field and on call staff are very rude. They don't have etiquette of dealing with customer, forget about handicap people like me.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I raised a disconnection request, due to delay at your end service was disconnected on 10th, still I am expected to make a payment for full month, why?
