  @ACTFibernet Yes, it was resolved after 18 hours. Issue was power failure ( MCB trip) at your equipment. Resolution as definitely not fast as expected.

Customer service agent will pick up the call (after you wait for more than 10mins), put you on hold and then disconnect the call. #avoidACTFibernet Will suggest here in public, please don't get @ACTFibernet even if they offer for FREE
