ManiAC (@HereIsMani13) reported@ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised a request for relocation with ticket number: SR10381244929734. I raised it around July 20 and we had no support with the reinstallation. I called support and tried chat, but to no avail. If this the support I'll get, I'd better switch to Jio-Fiber.

I am not leaving city, I got fed up with frequent disruptions in service. Further mail says Current Due Amount: 8488.92, due for what??

Charan Chinthapalli (@CH24393) reported@ACTFibernet It's literally come to a point where my current plan has ended and I wanted to shift to a mesh plan and I need to wait for the router delivery before I can pay. They will not even take money in the app, and now I've got no internet service.
