@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has been offering the worst service in my area, cbe south, it's been 3 days of internet down .SR no 10076823999. Airtel engineers are not picking up the call and not yet visited the house yet. Its time for me to switch to @ACTFibernet .

@ACTFibernet Please solve the issue when I get a message that it will be resolved in 24 hrs, it should have been resolved. I called customer service twice, they gave vague replies, they don't even know about the issue..unable to connect me to their manager This is pathetic! @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet How can u guys sleep over things like net being down. Your guys tell us that some server is down somewhere and they're not sure of recovery. It's been off since yesterday night in yemalur area . All this with wfh. Is it better to choose Airtel again over u guys?
