    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165829312154 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT 3 days completed for this ticket issue not solved yet i will discontinue my connection from @ACTFiberne worst broadband service I have ever seen.

    @ACTFibernet your customer care and service in Puppalguda area has gone down drastically over the years. There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.
