    @ACTFibernet Dear Customer, we have registered your query about online payment not reflecting in your ACT account with Ref No SR10153635081453. This is being looked into and you would receive an update in 72 hours. **Unfortunately, no update since March 10th.**

    @ACTFibernet hello ACT Management, your customer care team taking complaints and giving TAT to us but the reality no One working on that complaint just see my case I contacting your team from 1st of this month almost 7 times but no One working on my complaint, kindly focus.

    @ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

    @ACTFibernet dont know how to. Resolv the issue.... Shut the technician department.... And stop giving salaries.... Last 6months so many complaints no resolution.... Now today i am going to disconnect the power supply untill the issue gets resolved.....

    Very bad experience with @ACTFibernet. Since last 3 days my issue has not been resolved. My ticket no: SR10166364280264. What a pathetic broadband. Work from home is getting harder with this broadband.

    @ACTFibernet poor poor service for installation and internet activation in hyderabad. It has been 7 days since payment but installation has not been done. I daily beg to your team ( shrawan kumar is the lead) and they ignore the request. Worst possible service.

    Worst ISP in Delhi NCR , 10th connection failure in past 3 months ..in the times of 5G and Internet dependency there are ISPs like @ACTFibernet making fool of client in name of best Fibre.. neither sales nor service responds once you buy there product @jagograhakjago @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down from afternoon around 2pm, and is is not yet resolved. I see frequent internet down in last 2 months and you take 24 hours atleast to restore it. I am very disappointed with such down time.

    @ACTFibernet shame to raise again n agin issues for same problem . Its working day and such a poor Sevice no internet since mrng.. the local technician says hes not available and customer service just updates tickets and gives lame resons.. such a pathetic management

    @ACTFibernet Last week 2 before i raised a complaint about the billing issue. But still my ticket is open and no response. I was calling customers 10 to 15 times simply saying you will get a call back within 1hrs. I never got any callback from your billing team.worst experience
