    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD 8 days passed from the date of relocation and internet connection issues no action taken yet. This is how existing customer get harashed though all my due are clear still

    Usless #actfiber @ACTFibernet I have been asking for replacing battery in the junction box, I have raised 3 requests all being closed with no solution. And your service tickets are worst. No number works. What kind of service is this. Updated your numbers.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am really pissed off by your team services. It's been almost 7 days my internet is not working. From 7th December I am raising a ticket daily. The worst part is they are marking the ticket as resolved without even resolving the same.

    @ACTFibernet it has been more than a month and till now this request SR10250916053877 has not been actioned till date very pathetic service, if this not completed by tomorrow will cut off the cables as we are starting the construction on the building, hoping this will be actioned
