    @ACTFibernet I am really sick of hearing 'We regret your inconvenience', when are you going to take a step for resolution. Always trying to skip from service. There should be a service check of connection on every quarter. Always NETWORK fluctuations.

    @ACTFibernet you day, Dear Customer, Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no:SR10138851479472 has been registered. We find ACT connection is intact and working. In case issues, we recommend you to please switch off your router, wait for 10 mins and switch on. Fyi, Mylord ROUTER not installed

    @ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

    @youbroadband powered by @VodafoneGroup is the second worst internet service provider in Hyderabad I have ever seen. First is @ACTFibernet.. After giving complaint for 3 days still not resolved.. Disgusting.. I got contact no of Mr. Suresh who never answers the call.

    @ACTFibernet Service box is installed but they have not set any name or change in password to my router. They have asked to use default router id and password. That is not secured plz ask technician to do the needful.
