    @metalrider94 @ACTFibernet Exactly, as all of know we are now working from home. We have opted yearly subscription bcz we need your service. I am not even able to login to selfcare website. It's really pathetic. I stay in Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur.

    @ACTFibernet I have been having slow speed issues since 2 months, ur tech told me to take a new router so I cancelled my connection and took a new connection + router from ACT, now I still have the same slow speed connection, I have a 300 mpbs plan and am just receiving 130 mbps.

    @ACTFibernet Multiple factors? I have another connection in my house with your ACT router on a 150 mbps plan which is giving me 140 mbps speed, the slow connection issue has a 300 mbos plan and stilbi get 130 mbps so are u guys gonna fix it or should I go to consumer court?
