@ACTFibernet Shame. It's been nearly one month we asked for proper wiring on our society terrace and all ACT could do is pretend acting on issue. Apt to name ACT. No progress except site visit, no plan, no update, nothing.

@ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

@ACTFibernet If you as a corporate have an iota of shame, start caring for the customers before some competitor takes it away from you. And finally, it's 48hrs, and my problem is yet to be attended and resolved. Fix it.
