    @HathwayBrdband @HathwayBrdband Don't Fall for their 100 Mbps claim. In reality it's 20-30 Mbps speed through Wi-Fi. As per customer support 100 Mbps is only through direct LAN cable also they won't refund (3 month advance) .So go for @ACTFibernet they deliver what they claim. (AC No:1185635122)

    @ACTFibernet has the worst service I have ever experienced. We lost our mobile number (number itself is dead) and unfortunately that is connected with our Act account. Trying to change it using app, No use. Trying to contact them by a call, executive put us in endless call loop!

    @ACTFibernet @JagoGrahakJago_ My last one month I am facing internet speed raised several complaints ACT couldn't fix it. My plan is 300mbps, but I constantly got less than 50mbps. Now ACT forcing me to pay the bill according to 300mbps.

    @ACTFibernet very very bad network... frequently facing network issues.. it is true that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs...but that doesn't mean issue will arise every 3-4 days... you can check how many times we faced network issues with my account number 107015272803
