@ACTFibernet - My internet is not working since today afternoon. I raised a ticket on your app and I got a message that it will be resolved by 9 PM tonight. It's already 10:15 PM but internet is still not working and all my attempts to reach on Customer care is just a long wait.

I did the wrong thing, it’s my worst decision ever to shift to @ACTFibernet TURLY UNPROFESSIONAL, despite saying emergency the field team didn’t install the connection, I have to take one day leave for my work. Never recommending this to anyone.

Wow @ACTFibernet its has been a whole month and still my internet issue hasn't been resolved. Can I get any proper resolution time or should i need to wait for a month extra. My ticket number SR10176662311894 and on top of this i am unable to view the ticket status on the app.
