    @ACTFibernet Need box installation for our 10 flat apartment with 8 flat owners are ACT customers, despite we are having wires from neighbor building, wires are hanging like ****. We have internal wiring in our flats, still because of no box, we have given connection from windows

    @ACTFibernet u got a very worst customer support and app, in net banking there is no option to pay through ICICI, unable to reach customer care, ur AI is worst which can handle few FAQs, right now I have only Icici how could I pay my bill

I’ve some emergency work in progress and it’s further appalling as even I’m not able to submit a service ticket on ACT App. There is no prior intimation from ACT, if there is any maintenance work going on and this is HORRIFIC experience. I need the “ISSUE RESOLVED ASAP.”
