@ACTFibernet Yes, it is resolved for now. But your field engineer said there might be 4 to 5 hrs outage due to wiring work in this location in next week. I hope it will also be fixed soon avoiding future outages. Thank you for now.🙏
@ACTFibernet I have placed a request for immediate disconnection of my Internet Broadband connection, however,have not received any reply from your end. Can someone please revert back with a resolution.
@ACTFibernet The above SR is closed without fixing the issue. No internet since morning. Is the Act team capable of resolving this permanently. The technician never comes to the residence to check. Witness to worst customer care service.

@ACTFibernet I have requested to shift my connection to from C-1 to A-1 Janakpuri on 02.08.21, surprisingly no action has been taken. Your customer care just assure to arrange call only . Should we switch to other. Effecting studies of kids.
