@ACTFibernet Worst Customer Service! from the ACT customer team.I applied for a new connection more than a week ago and have been following every single day since then to get the connection. I even visited the ACT office and the issue is still not resolved.
@ACTFibernet #SR10233369611772, Service request acknowledgement message says, expected to resolve by 12/10/2019 9:00 PM. Nothing happened yet. Your switch that provides the connection to my home is off for the past two days. In my router, it showing wan port unplugged.
