Disappointed with ACT Fibernet service today. At the time of booking, I was clearly told there was a 6-month plan with one extra month free and a free router. After receiving the payment, they suddenly changed their statement and said the router is chargeable #ACTFibernet

Extremely disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. Raised a reconnection request on 2nd Feb, but till now no action or resolution has been taken. Multiple follow-ups, zero response. Is this how customers are treated? Please take immediate action. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetCares
