@ACTFibernet Really have frustrating customer care team where they cannot even generate a simple monthly receipt and send even after following for 1 month with them. Only the best thing they can do is raise new ticket and disconnect the call.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing a major billing issue. I was offered a discount of 50% for 3 months in August and I made an upfront payment. But guess what you guys billed me again in sept. STOP CHEATING PEOPLE!! Worst experience one can have!

@ACTFibernet If u r not able to handle issues related to the addon services like Zee5 etc. Plz don't suggest buying these subscriptions from ur App. It is just a waste of time for the users. Also it is reducing the trust/value customers are having on ACT.
