    @FiberAct @ACT_Issues executive requested for 8 hr down time, but still we are unable to use wifi, executive is not answering call anymore,it's more than 8 hours. I don't understand where should we connect for the issue. Ticket number -WO102801308032 #ACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Issue resolved, prime lite activated and reached out amazon prime executive for "Device Limit reached" issue. So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, one thing you did very fast is service Disconnection ticket raised and it Disconnected with in same day, thanks for that, along with me and 2 other who has connections from same CP box has switched to Airtel. Can you look in to the CP box shifting ticket which is pending

    @methalafan @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    @ACTFibernet you'll keep on changing the resolution time. This is one of the worst services. In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.

    @ACTFibernet it has been many Days since my complaint has not been processed. SR11079977593464 & SR11080136047134 and SR11080125165924. First time I saw such negligence.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised multiple complaints over the past few weeks with zero progress. Providing a refurbished router has not resolved the underlying issue. I need an actual service intervention, not more scripted follow-up calls without action.
