    @ACTFibernet never experienced such a worst network provider, I feel ashamed to tell that I’ve been using this service for 8+ years. I was give a wrong router telling that it has more speed paid extra bucks, now I am asked to change again and pay.

    @ACTFibernet no internet since more than 24 hours, issue was supposed to be resolved by 2pm today. Escalated but no resolution received. When can I expect my internet connection to be restored?

    @ACTFibernet The grievance is resolved after 4 days. There is a loss of service. How is your company planning to compensate.

    @ACTFibernet has the worst post sales customer support. I’m shocked at how little they care about customers once the money has been paid. Work has been totally wrecked thanks to them #ACTwifiSCAM

    @ACTFibernet During nov 2021 I had asked for a new ACT connect and the concerned person help to get the request raised and payment was made. Later they said that connect was not possible in my area. The request got cancelled in a week, but the money is not yet refunded.
