    @ACTFibernet Please close the ticket, your backend expert acknowledged that it is not possible for him to fix the issue as he is not able to find the root cause. I understand that your team is little behind in terms of expertise and it’s okay. Plesee movie forward to close the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet Internet dropped during power cuts despite router backup. ACT technician made it worse—now no internet at all. Raised 1 ticket, they created 3, no resolution. Blamed socket & told me to get electrician. Called cust. care, but of no use. #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. My plan upgraded 500 mbps but noone told TP link C5 Router provided by you is unstable for the plan. After several months, I am told to change router. I Signed up for 6 months plan with free router no update till now

    @ACTFibernet i always prepay for half of the year so that i don’t have to be irritated by the payment reminders or internet issues , it’ll be way better if your executive respond to our problems instead of giving fake assurances Ticket id : SR11076396219664

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue is not resolved. For the past two days there is no internet and tickets are being closed without solution. Worst experience ever. People don't go with ACT in future.
