    @SenthilGan30970 @ACTFibernet I have paid the amount of 1944 for new connection but after the payment sales person is not lifting the calls and he is lifting the calls from new numbers, you people are frauding the people solve my problem ASAP other wise refund the money.

    Guys, it is advisable to refrain from purchasing ACT Fiber, particularly in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas. The service provided is subpar, and issues arise consistently each month. It appears that @ACTFibernet is unlikely to improve.

    @ACTFibernet Is something SERIOUSLY wrong at ACT? Are the field personnel doing disgrace to Customer by not allowing Customers to raise official Complaints. Worse part, they are not addressing the issue.
