    @ACTFibernet what rubbish service. No internet since yesterday. When asked the technician he said that the building owner has told to remove power source of the connections. Is it our problem? We have paid for the monthly plan and now we are suffering. @TRAI

    Hi @ACTFibernet - parents in Hyderabad are unable to connect to the internet for the past 2 days, although the router shows no connection issues and the network is available. Can you kindly send a technician to check and rectify? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, there is no internet connection from yesterday morning. I have raised the ticket and your team informed me this will be solved today 16 oct by 7pm. But without resolving my issue ticket has been closed from your end. I see a worst service from your end.

    @ACTFibernet Absolute sham this company is.. I paid for 12 months +2 months rapid plus.. After 12 months got over, they just suspended my account without giving 2 months free.. Raised multiple tickets but no resolution
