I seriously don't know what say. I've never ever faced such pathetic service till date. I couldn't complete my work because of your network issue today @ACTFibernet . Even after raising a complain, no one bother to even come and check. Such a shame.

.@ACTFibernet, its been more than 14 hours I raised SR to fix internet connection, yet didn’t get it fixed or any response from you. This is a really bad service example. The frequency of getting this issue is annoying..it affects my office. If it cant fix quickly, let me know.
