    I suggest people of #HYDERABAD to not subscribe for @ACTFibernet, Frequent ntwrk outage, pathetic service and useless Customer support team. No proper update on resolution, Even few CS executives ask us why did we call them, worst ever....!

    @ACTFibernet it is getting over 4 days of bad experience for requesting reconnection with ACT Fibernet. I had to temporarily disconnect my broadband now need to reconnect , Tried connecting customer care but no success. Plz help as getting affected my work. #poorcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet it has been a very infuriating experience trying to get a resolution on an incorrect billing issue. If during a relocation request, your field agents make no physical changes and tells me that there will be no charges, then why does your customer get billed?

    @ACTFibernet You take money in advance and in that few days internet will not be working or slow internet, till now I have not got money back for that days I faced issue,

    @ACTFibernet if we calculate let's say you have 10k customer in that 5k has issue for 1day which means u r saving 40-100rs per day from 1 customer so 100x50k is 50 lakh and u just need to rotate customer every month as you will be having more than 50k combination u can do it for a long time
