    Is it really justified to wait for the resolution..@ACTFibernet ..how long I have to wait...I was promised by Pratap that the issue will be resolved by EOD....are the field technicians really incapable to fulfill customer's necessity

    @maheishsundhar @ACTFibernet I had several outages and if it happened on a Friday I was stuck till Monday. It was very bad :(

    @Chinmayi @srini_r_twit You are wrong. If I report after 6pm mostly it gets resolved befor 6pmon the next day irrespective of the day @ACTFibernet customer care is best I would away as I’ve been user of another isp briefly

    @ACTFibernet I am still waiting for your update. Please tell me the process to close the connection? I was using act since 2012 when it was beamtele. I can’t take it anymore with stupid login error.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI Raised a complaint 3 days back as "Internet is not working", but no proper communication at all from you which made me reach your help desk multiple times (worst part waiting for long time in queue and getting a same answer as the field engineer will reach you)

    @reliancejio @JioCare YOUR SERVICES ARE GETTING FROM BAD TO WORSE. The internet stops working at least 5 times a day. Do you expect us to complain 5 times a day? Pathetic 😡 REFUND our money in case you can’t provide proper services. Regretting switching from @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet : pls improve your service. It just sucks. Raising daily complains for a router reconfiguartion and things not getting sorted. Not able to get escalation matrix too.

    @ACTFibernet Trying to report issues with my connection but call centre people just pick up and do not speak. After some time the customer will automatically hangup. It is hampering my work. Please refund my money. Disconnect my connection. I will take it from some other operator
