@ACTFibernet Since 2 weeks I am constantly raising tickets for slow speed. It gets fixed for a day and later again back to 2.5-3 mbps where in by plan is of 75 mbps. Today since morning there is no internet and no action on my ticket as well.

@ACTFibernet The actions were not appropriate. For 10-15min work ACT team has taken almost 48hrs to resolve the issue. Could not work for two days when everyone including children's are also working /reading from home. I know what will be your reply. But request to give two days extra to me

@ACTFibernet Never had a such unprofessional interaction with any customer care service. I had raised 2 billing related ticket since I did not have internet for around 10 in April. First ticket was closed with any communication and second ticket was closed with any resolution
