@ACTFibernet will auto subscribe you to their add-on service without consent and add the charges to your bill. But you can only cancel it by calling the customer care people and not via the app. What's this bullying?

@ACTFibernet Kindly resolve the issue in Hyderabad as well, we don't have internet connection since 9th sep noon. I have also raised a ticket on the App whose ETR has been updated to 10th. As working from home like this is getting difficult. Kindly look in to the issue ASAP Thanks!
