Your team didn't give connection and no refund till today also. Very very bad experience with Act and not trustworthy. Complained several times but not response yet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am facing the problem & raising the complaint since 3 years but no resolution from anyone.If calling customer care listening to the issue and keeping the call on hold for hours but no resolution.Very cheap service not fulfilling the given promise.
