    @ACTFibernet why we have issue with your network every 5 days once. We have to pay on time but the service interruption occured to us won't be solved easily and your customer support won't even attend calls.

    @ACTFibernet Your agent Prabakar +919912223963 took money from me for New service activation. He is just doing time pass with customers, Not answering calls, no refund also. Please dont have these Agents, Your services will be impacted.

    @Mahesh60117091 @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    @ACTFibernet, Neither your app nor the IVR gives me an option to directly ask my query. Why my account was allowed to upgrade to a plan whose speed the router provided by ACT doesn't support ? Also there is no way to downgrade the plan.

    @ACTFibernet When i asked for connection termination, the customer care guy qas more than happy to disconnect rather than trying to find a mutually benficial solution...This is how u work!!!
