    @ACTFibernet such an irresponsible service provider. Every month inam paying but your service is very poor. The router is received from you on payable basis. Now you are asking me to change the router which you are asking additional 2500. Even if that is not working you will ask

    @ACTFibernet : They always raise a request and tell that billing department will call you in 48 hours and there is no call even after raising the same issue multiple times. you are literally harassing and cheating your customers

    @ACTFibernet Your service is not up to the mark Customer support agents were very rude and arrogant There is no scope of support from customer support Kindly check SR10166059865262 If this happen to every customer you may loose many customer with in low time

    @ACTFibernet Very pathetic service and poor follow up. Only asking what’s the problem at the end of SLA doesn’t help. 2 complaints have been raised and ETA crossed still not resolved.. time to change the service

    @ACTFibernet i have been facing an internet outage for a second instance this month alone. Whenever I call them for an update they just say fiber cable got cut , it is very frustrating especially when we are working from home
