@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I got a service which is exactly opposite to the reputation act has . I was denied service even after making payments, reason they wanted me to buy 6 months plan upfront. Am still awaiting refund.

@ACTFibernet After 15 days they disconnected my account without service and they asked to pay when I called cx service they resolved but this month again bill generated even after deactivated account. For solution customer care people are pathetic and rude.

@ACTFibernet I can't understand that how much time it will take inform the status of connection to customer. If the customer apply for new connection with in hours you are getting approach to them and make payment also but coming to resolve issue taking time.
