@ACTFibernet I had a WORST experience for the first time with ACT. I’m victim of their sales agent’s FRAUD/SCAM scheme. To escalate the same issue, I raised a ticket SR10163251866281 then I received a call from their executive and I explained the issue upon asking (1/2)

@actfibernet without my consent my plan has been changed and when I contacted support 9 time they’re just escalating and no resolution yet. Tomorrow is my disconnection date. If this cannot be resolved today. I’ll move the business somewhere else.

@ACTFibernet what kind of a service is this? Internet stopped working yesterday morning and its not resolved yet. Called customer support 3 times and all 3 gave me 1 hour as ETA and no one called. Had to take a leave yesterday and today also no fix SR10263250364384 #internetdown

What's happening to Act every 1 week I can't understand what's your prblm. My internet is not working once for every week. I'm not a happy customer. Time to change the provider. And when I call your CC they will rudely respond insteard of resolving the issue @ACTFibernet
