Absolutely disgusted with the service from @ACTFibernet. It's been over two weeks, I have an unresolved data dispute (a ridiculous claim of 725GB per day usage!), and your team provides zero proof. Instead of a solution, I get harassed with non-stop spam calls.

Can anyone suggest another service provider other than @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare in Bangalore? @ACTFibernet doesn’t have good presence in my area, so it is risky to go with them

@ACTFibernet, please escalate this to the senior technical team and provide an immediate and permanent fix, not another temporary patch. I expect a response and resolution at the earliest.

@ACTFibernet I have been spammed with calls where I have to explain the issue from scratch every single time. I explicitly asked them to STOP CALLING and communicate via email. They ignored that and called me again. @ACTFibernet, do you not respect your customers?
