    @ACTFibernet This wifi suck. The area dealer don't listen to the problem's. And, when we talk to customer care they even don't listen to use. The worst wifi I have ever taken or will take..... @ACTFibernet #sucks

    Dear @ACTFibernet, SR10264501805884 At the time taking new connection, you promised a solution in 4 hours, but my complaint has been pending for 1 day and there is no update. I am facing network down issue every alternative days looking for permanent fix.

    @ACTFibernet The user experience of the app really sucks. Not able to place shifting request at all. Many technical errors while using the app. There is not option to contact customer care phone number also. Please contact asap.

    @ACTFibernet which kind of service you are providing, i have took the new connection (on same number) for 150mbps. And I am getting only 4 Mbps teqm mentioned router is not working you have to pay and take router even though I am taking 3months plan. #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet Your executive is not trying to solve the problem, simply say we don't have option, I requested for disconnection and then I will take new connection on same name and number for 3 months plan, I think that time you will give me router. Which is wrong

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 03-Apr 13:00 to 16:00. Inconvenience caused is Regretted. Team ACT I think same default msg is sharing by ACT team, what can we expect from worst internet service provider
