  I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

  @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

  @ACTFibernet Why every month internet issue same area and what is area head is doing about it. You have to change anything do it. I am your customer since 10 years and Deepthisree nagar area especially I am facing lot of internet issue from act internet, previous areas it s not like this
