    Hi @ACTFibernet , extremely disappointed with your customer service. All is fine and Rosy as long as there are no issues but my goodness you guys take your subscribers for a ride and make them run pillar to post to resolve a simple query. And my query is still open. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, why does service requests take ages to get resolved. I wish the service requests were resolved at the speed of internet you provide, but looks like speed of service request is equal to 2G speed, not even 3G. Utterly disappointed.
