    @Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet I just thought of this a few hours earlier. I have been using my mobile data a lot before I figured that my Cherrinet router to extender was a Cat5 cable & hence the slow speed. Changed to Cat6 & this solved. Might be something of that sort. Just check with someone. ACT is good.

    @ACTFibernet Your network is erratic. Workmen don't come even after raising complaint. This state of affairs is pathetic. If you can't run efficiently , get out of this business.

    @ACTFibernet @ACT The internet is not working after installation of just 3 days. WAN connection light is not blinking in the router . It is One of the wrong connections. Fix this **** asab or else refund the koney

    @ACTFibernet Junction box installed in my house, not getting discount due to being ineligible as only 1 connection going through it (i.e. my conn) as per customer support. Does the junction box not need electricity for 1 connection? Who will reimburse for power consumption?

    then please disconnect the service and I'll look for other options. You guys should atleast have the. courtesy to inform this to us prior to removing the internet connection. Horrible experience. @ACTFibernet
