@ACTFibernet It is pathetic service! Why don't you check the battery in your box if it is dead? When there is an outage, the internet stops working even if we have an inverter! Because the battery in your box is dead! Please get your act together!

@ACTFibernet @sachinak_ @ACTFibernet You don't have a Madurai gateway so the data is routed through Chennai servers. My previous ISP pings are less than 10ms to Chennai while in ACT it's over 30ms? I've paid for long term and my usage is ruined because of choosing your network. Fix or refund my money!

@ACTFibernet Iam having a very bad experience from past 2 months . Every week there is connection lost and take 2 days to get it fixed and again on the next week getting the issue . There are no leads no supervisiors who we can talk to regarding the issue . No net as of now .

@ACTFibernet @Srinathreddy_A Fix latency for Madurai users. Getting over 30ms to Chennai gateway is not acceptable at all. You've acknowledged the issue, and I will keep tweeting until you resolve the issue.

@Thegujjuchokro @ACTFibernet I have terrible ping issues with @ACTFibernet too. But they are just ignoring me after taking my money. Worst support from any ISP I've ever used. They won't even acknowledge my complaints now.
