    @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

    No resolution for the failed internet connection. And the audacity to say the internet will be restored shortly without providing an ETA. POOR SUPPORT AND PATHETIC SERVICE. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet wifi is down from 3 hours and your team response is to wait till 9pm 🤡 What a **** service from you. Didn’t expect thsi from act fibernet. How do i work now? I need stable internet connection ASAP. Location: Shilpa Nagar, Nagaram.

    @ACTFibernet So your fibre has issue that's what was told, and resolution would take end of the day but you charge customer for full day

    @ACTFibernet so in delhi their internet stops working within 15 days of installation think about other states and they couldn't resolve it , the worst part is they are unable to even provide ETA. They hired few staff and even they are untrained, Avoid ACT

    @ACTFibernet - I have raised a complaint about internet service outage on 28-Aug-2026 and issue is still open. The issue remains unresolved as on today morning and despite promises from customer service, issue is open. Complaint ID: SR10381779208664
