@ACTFibernet customer service is very bad. I had given complaints got a call customer care team. They arw not listening the problems telling we don't seen any issues on backend. Simply disconnected the call without any resolution.

@ACTFibernet why is internet not working these days at night? I am working women and i have to work at night time and its literally 3 to 6 mbps internet when my plan is 75? What am I supposed to do? Last time i registered complaint an agent came after 3 days and did nothing.

Hello @ACTFibernet , ur service team only keep reopening one after another SR but no resolution. A simple request (SR11863954526914) to change the ownership and change 1 month plan to 6 month is taking eternity to resolve and my broadband has been disconnected for last 2 day.

@shreyakhedia @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

Worst experience I am facing with @ACTFibernet I have registered 2-3 times regarding internet box replacement till now it is not resolved yet from last 3-4 months #balamalladi #SunderRaju I will goahead cut my internet connection.
