    So, @ACTFibernet has a company policy where if you pay them for any plan and subsequently move to a location where they don’t have service before the plan ends, they’ll NOT REFUND ANY MONEY. Whatever excess, they’ll keep! @MIB_India and @GoI_MeitY please note. This is robbery.

    @ACTFibernet SR10180604686864 this ticket is opened since Friday. Daily the ETR keeps on changing. When will you fix this. Last year also same thing happen

    @ACTFibernet You can shove the ETR and ticket up your... I know you guys keep changing the ETR and timelines as per your convenience,so don't give me that crap.I want a strong escalation against your service guy Naveed who has been fooling me to save his own job.That retard needs to be fired.

    @ACTFibernet I have been following up with ACT on an open case SR10380613665854.Have sent details & my location map in DM.ACT Engineer spoke promising to reconnect but it was not done despite repeated follow up.I have GX installation & have NO dues.Need HELP/connection URGENTLY.

    @ACTFibernet SR11980618359974. My Office connection is down for more then 24 hours and the issue is a disconnected wire at the DP. Now all i am getting is my ETR being postponed since yesterday. Kindly fix it or take my disconnection request so that i can move to Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet Merely saying "thank you" achieves nothing; it is essential to resolve the issue within the timeframe you specified. Constantly changing the schedule day after day does not solve the problem.

    Asked customer exec to downgrade my plan. The executive says they're "unable to do due to some issue" but can't explain what the issue is or when it will be fixed. Funny how upgrading works instantly, but downgrading becomes impossible. @TRAI @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
