    @ACTFibernet pathetic internet service which gets interrupted every now and then ....asking engineers to visit the compound ..no one does that .. very bad service ..thinking of moving to Jio Worst service ever

Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.
