  As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet — Is this how you treat paying customers? Ticket SR1108149816874 was raised for an internet service issue, with an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. Yet customers are left without a working service and expected to keep chasing support for basic resolution.

  @ACTFibernet For the past one week it has been repetitive issues with my internet connection. Ref ticket no. SR10881447523214. If this persists iam switching over to different ISP. Rectify this permanently else iam not going to continue your connection.
