We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.     Extremely frustrated with @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad! My broadband has been completely down since Friday night. I raised a complaint on Saturday and was repeatedly assured it would be fixed — first within 1-2 hours, then by Sunday 1 PM.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet After 4 days of no action on SR10180936078194, I have switched to Airtel. Demanding full refund of ₹3,878.92 (₹700 shift + ₹3,178.92 prepaid plan) within 48 hours. Service not delivered despite payment = deficiency of service. Next step: @DoT_India complaint.

    @ACTFibernet I'm tired of the constant excuses from your ground team. What's more concerning is the unethical practice. Why was the expected resolution time removed from the system? This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expect an immediate explanation and a firm resolution timeline.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down at my flat since last two days. The technician seems to be "chalta hai" type if he doesn't even know what the issue is and that he couldn't fix. Your customer care team is there to simply apologise and do nothing😕 Ticket no: SR10281007414784

    @ACTFibernet Issue is not about ETR why did your technical team just blindly updated as fibre cut where my neighbors have connection if its fibre cut whole area should face the issue or atleast my community should have problem your team has messed up something while giving new connection.

    @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky
