    Hello @ACTFibernet, Your have the worst service. I'm facing problem with my connection more than a month and you guys unable to fix it. I paid for internet and unable to use it, who is responsible for my loss. And you guys resolve issue without visiting customer home.

    @ACTFibernet Issue will always be resolved momentarily but again after a day or two it is same. What is the purpose of resolving it

    @ACTFibernet Worst internet services. My internet services have not been working correctly for a week and I'm tired of raising complaints. It would be best if you guys had a solution; half of the day, the internet is not working.

    @ACTFibernet Since 2pm there is no internet access.. ticket SR10166319726444 has been raised but till now nobody addressed the issue.. Very poor service from you. Previous years you guys were good now it's becoming worse. Customer service nobody answers.. pathetic service

    Hi @ACTFibernet waited for more than a week for the resolution of SR 10366284354844 Your engineer asked me to call 9121212121 which is a bot IVR with no human being to talk. Next I will be forwarding to all your competitors if I do not get a human to let me know about resolution.
