@rockyandmayur @ACTFibernet Well @actfibernet is a good internet provider, but horribly irresponsible when it comes to managing, you can see them dangling as low as 7 feet, prone to break during heavy winds dur to branches, but any difficulty with the connection the are prompt to fix it.

@ACTFibernet your service is so pathetic ! I had filed a complaint for poor Internet speed and change of GX Box on May 5th. Till today, no action has been taken. Every time I need to call up customer care it is such a cumbersome process and each time a new person comes on line

@arunbothra @ACTFibernet - they've got a useless chatbot which we are put through to in order to raise a complaint. The bot is of no use except for wasting your time before being able to raise a complaint.
