@ACTFibernet I am unable to connect to my office vpn and if somehow it gets connected (using a different location), the internet speed is dead slow. My office IT said that "security needs to be disabled" by ACT, then the vpn issue will be resolved. Please help.

@ACTFibernet If downtime is 2-3 days minimum every month, you need to get to the bottom of it and resolve, not send customer service template messages as it doesn't do you any good. Or is it time to move to other ISP?
