    @actfibernet it's been over 2 weeks since I paid to upgrade my plan to a mesh based plan. Repeated delays poor network connectivity and false promises. Complaint no.SR10281389697064 At this time I don't even know for what service I have paid.

    .ACT, your customer service IVR is lousy. I have tried lodging a complaint about wifi at home and the recorded voice says it is working. Internet down for nearly four hours. No response yet. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I paid ₹700 for relocating my ACT Fibernet connection, but the relocation is still pending. I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet

    Dear @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days without internet. I've called your customer support nearly 10 times, and every time I was promised the issue would be resolved "within the next 4 hours." Not a single technician has visited or even attempted to diagnose the problem.
