    It’s been 4 days since ticket SR10263327173464 has been raised! Still there is internet only in my house! Even after complaining to appellate authority of @ACTFibernet. Min 4 to 5 outages every month for over a year. Is this the way you give service is to customers? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 15 days and counting. No internet and no word from your personnel. I have to call them up everyday only to be told ' tomorrow madam tomorrow'. Clearly tomorrow never comes for #ACTfibre @ACTFibernet
