The only way to reach @ACTFibernet is through Twitter. I would like to change my ACT connection shifting to an earlier date - I am not able to do this on the mobile app - please help! If I go through mobile customer service it redirects me to the app.

@ACTFibernet Sir, I am on of the user for Act fiber. Your billing system was too worst. You are maintaining billing, call center and escalation teams with no use to customers and burden to your organization. No co-ordination between them and you are paying money, just because
