    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 21-Apr(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT This is what im getting. Can I request for cancellation of the plan and refund please. I don’t want to take it anymore @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago

    Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment.

    @natarajanv88 @ACTFibernet They cannot say that. Consumer laws in India still have teeth. Deficiency in service is a worthy enough reason to file a case. Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.
