    @ACTFibernet I have been facing speed issues and had called one of your representatives, they told me to switch off the internet and then when I say, to switch it on, and they do not talk over the phone after 10 minutes. Is this the way any customer is treated!!! Shame on you.

    @ACTFibernet When I'm okay with my connection You giving for 8 extra connections if there was any complaint regarding network for them. Your service men were visiting my working table WTF was that.....!

    @ACTFibernet I cannot tolerate this any more i have been waiting for 2 months even after making the payment i need a quick resolution asap or else ill look for any other service providers who can atleast look after their customers , This was never expected from @ACTFibernet being a brand

I am from Habsiguda,Hyderabad,500007 The Act Executive is frustrating on me when I called him

    @ACTFibernet But since last 3 days no engineer visited to start the connection again after shifting I had done a lot of mails and calls to customer care no result received yet, now I am feeling really helpless, if connection not done, I will initiate connection removal request

    @ACTFibernet First request I gave in June to cancel and disconnect my connection, and I get call from customer care regarding this and request will be closed saying it's disconnected, but again on 11th of every month amount will ve deducted. It's a big loot. Fed-up of your worst service.
