    @Tulasi53047403 @ACTFibernet They will not disconnect the internet. Instead they will call you and offer you discount and they handover to another person saying your credit card bill is pending and the due date is today to make fun of this problem. Don't expect them to reply.

    @ACTFibernet under repair for 2 days. No sign of it being restored and no one to talk to. Dreadful. Never happened with @BSNL_CHTD . A time when I could actually hear a human voice to complain. Why did we kill it? #WiFi #actwifi

    @ACTFibernet Don't think your people are responsible enough to act swiftly and take up the necessary action/remedy. Once such a nice service provider ,now very very atrocious. Sorry to say but atleast u will be having atleast 1 dissatisfied customer by EOD. I need ACTION !!

    @ACTFibernet team, I am really frustrated with the customer care. I have called your customer care 8 times today. Everyone is saying I will get call back in 1hour, 10 mins, 20 mins etc. I have received no calls till now. My internet is down and no resolution at sight!

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday and no action has been taken yet, SR10263568799764 is complaint number but nothing has been fixed yet. This is impacting my work. Fix the internet fast.
