@ACTFibernet worst customer service ever. I trusted you guys for my internet connection, but turned out to be the worst service ever. Frequent disconnections and no proper assistance. The field officers are of no use. I have raised multiple complaints for same issue

@ACTFibernet How much time do you take to provide internet service after a connection transfer has happened? I am waiting to use the internet for last two days , your customer care service is pathetic. NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE AN ANSWER AND PUT THE CALL ON HOLD UNTILL IT DISCONNECT.

@ACTFibernet Horrible service I have been facing for the past two months. Previous month the internet was not working for 3 days and this month 2 days and still waiting for it to be fixed. I am thinking of changing the provider and withdraw connection from ACT.
