    Most pathetic company and service. Was promised a mesh router set, but a basic C5 Archer router was bundled. You made me pay the full package advance and provided this junk,, and mesh does not even work properly. 2 units cover 3 rooms, horrible service. @ACTFibernet

    Yet another issue. WiFi stays in red whenever there is a power cut and when it comes back. Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I will be moving onto a better service provider and stop using ACT going forward from next month. Sick of the ****** service you guys provide with no solution nor fixes.
