@ACTFibernet I disconnected my first connection because of customer service three years back, now going to cancel one more after 3 years, the guy has put me on hold for change of plan query after waiting for 15 minutes on hold call dropped, absolute garbage...from top to bottom.

@ACTFibernet How can we escalate an issue to get a quicker resolution? Today is day 2 without internet after processing the owner name change. All ur Agents are singing the same song that it will be resolved shortly. Could you please define the word “shortly”?
