@ACTFibernet has been fooling us for the past 10 days, repeatedly saying they will resolve the issue. Every day, they raise a new ticket and close it without resolving. Their service has been extremely poor since they received our payment, they’ve been giving us the runaround.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet when can I expect the resolution? As of now, I still have the issue. Do not say 10 AM tomorrow as it is already mentioned on the ticket. There is no use of me escalating the issue if you are still saying 10 AM tomorrow as the resolution time.

@ACTFibernet is fraud. Again 2nd time within a month; net is not working and I file for cancellation of subscribtion as from last 3 days I am chasing act but customer care providing irrelevant ans and technician ignoring calls. Telling no refund @jagograhakjago
