    @ACTFibernet I'm facing connectivity issues at my place from morning and it is still not resolved. Now when I call customer service they are saying it will take 24 hrs to resolve. SR10265210285884 I need immediate assistance and fix or i need compensation for the loss of so hrs.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @actfiberhyderabad so many issues with act fiber in aditya nagar, srinivasa colony. Multiple internet cuts happening in a month. Request to give Internet for this colony.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet its more than 15 hrs & still no internet. There is no etr for ticket. U charge highest among providers with less number of benefits & additionally zero customer service & satisfaction. In this digital age, u have 2 options, perform or perish #highprice #worstservice

    @ACTFibernet Let's see this how long it will take after I put my complaint here. Whichever team cal me they shd mgr level.bcoz engineer not picking my calls, I don't wants names to be put here. Final stage I will tell all name who I try calling them & no response.

    @ACTFibernet I hv given complaint on 3rd June, complaint cable hanging one side & other side hanging in EB line which happens to apartment line. Till now it's has solved the problem & I get only ur tentative time/ date change every 2days, nobody bothered to cal me for update.

    @ACTFibernet we have request for an internal transfer connection request before 2 weeks back and it’s still not been resolved. We have done multiple follow ups but no resolution. Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10365104850292. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet no internet from few hours and raised a complaint SR10265209520104. Call cs and was told it will be fixed in 24 hrs 😳 #highprice #belowaverage service and no additional benefits compared to other providers. High time to shift to others

    @ACTFibernet Now team had connected the box to neighbour's electricity meter. But problem remains. In case electricity supply is disrupted, even if I have power back up, i am still going to face no internet. So let's simplify it, give my connection power from my electricity supply.
