  People of .@ACTFibernet Delhi. I don't have internet connectivity since 10pm 2nd of July. Your customer support people are clueless as to what has happened and all they have to say is sorry. Over 30 hours without your service or logical response. Really Sad! Total Disappointment.

  I thought @ACTFibernet was bad. But then I installed @excitel_rocks. And now my respect for act is sky high even though ACT also have deficient services. But excitel is cancer. I'm gonna go back to installing act. @excitel_rocks please let me know the refund procedure.

  @ACTFibernet This is the second time in a week. Please check how many times this had happened in this year. Every month I am getting troubled. I am loosing my credibility infront of my superiors. Hope you guys are wise enough to understand my situation. I have mentioned same in my complaint.

  @ACTFibernet Internet services are down from last 2 days, and support persons won't help at all. From last 2 days support people are telling issue gets resolved in 24 hrs, and issue still exisits .

  @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I've logged so many complaints many times for the intermittent internet connectivity. But the team has not fully resolved the issue. Today again raised complaint for no connectivy, let me see if this resolved atleast this time. From Hyderabad.
