Guys, do not take @ACTFibernet connection. Wrong billings and they disconnect service before due date without giving notice. They do what they feel like & each support staff make their own rules. Change of plan takes a week! Pathetic service

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD my request is not completed yet .. Your request SR10159894543422 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/21/2021 05:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app How many days to you need. Is it cheating customer.

@ACTFibernet ticket number SR10259774668412 was raised a day ago and was resolved. Today the internet is down again. Do remediate the issue asap, cannot have internet going down every other day.

Just go for some other internet connection like @ACTFibernet , but don't consider @excitel_rocks broadband they just bad and their customer support is worst.
