@ACTFibernet I don't need any resolution. I'm asking for the disconnection . How foolish people you are, even don't you understand what I am asking for? Or don't you even know how to read?

@ACTFibernet Provider even after we are asked to pay a huge sum of money compared to other service providers. Try to behave responsible way and don't chest the customers in the name of better service and speed. #ACTCHENNAI #ACTFIBERNET #ACTFIBERNETCHENNAI .

@JioCare @JioCare I’m completely disappointed with JioFiber. 56+ hrs without internet and your useless support system still hasn’t restored my connection. Learn from @ACTFibernet they address failures within 24hrs, if unresolved, extend the plan for the outage period. That’s cust. service

@ACTFibernet Bill date is 15th, yet getting repeated calls/msgs to pay early — please stop. Also facing frequent internet disconnections for the past week, WFH badly affected. Support said "some work going on" with no ETA. A/C: 123786297660. Please resolve urgently.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10181511731864 Frustrated with the service. I upgraded to 200 Mbps, but now I’m told my copper cable doesn’t support it. Raised a ticket to fix the issue, but no response. Now I’m being asked to pull the cable internally myself. Poor service!
