How can a customer be with patience for such long. Even today I called the customer care and they wanted me to wait 7 more days. Pathetic service provider

No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!

Tech News (@DevxExtra) reportedHey @ACTFibernet don't offer customer support until 12 AM if you can't hire competent, alert staff at this time. My sleepy technician only made me do a router restart and wasn't helpful. There is a huge routing problem from your end which causing me packet loss and ping issues.
