    @ACTFibernet SR10381179589144, the original resolution time promised was 15/7 21:00. The ticket was raised around 15/7 15:03. It’s been almost 20 hours and still nobody showed up. If you cannot keep up the promise why even bother to give a resolution time.

    @ACTFibernet I am always facing internet issue and i have raised a complaint still i am issue is not resolved if this sceniario happens i will quit the service and go for other internet services SR10181149037714 please look into the issue and fix it or i will change the service

    @ACTFibernet you talk to me late night just to take money by giving false 200% promise of immediate wifi installation. Post that even you stop attending call. Is this the kind of support and promise at which u operate

    @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

    @ACTFibernet I booked a new connection in chennai yesterday, your agent promised immediate installation and made me pay the money he stopped picking my call after the payment & no installation done.plz refund my money, your service is pathetic even before the installation!
