    @ACTFibernet The internet keeps disconnecting after 10 minutes.I have raised numerous complaints from the past 4 months. I have been your customer for the past 7years.Everytime I raise a complaint an Engineer calls and tells me that he is working on it and closes the complaint.

    @Mukeshag1911 @ACTFibernet Yes, they do that every time resolving tickets without following up.. Poor Cx service.. They cannot take the load.. Poor analytics.. They do not follow demand and supply rule..

    @ACTFibernet SR10557184075835 Service outrage was for 2 days and not one day as already mentioned in the complaint. If you have any issue with my request CALL ME AND TALK TO ME on my registered mobile number and don't close the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet I was assured that the stupid zee5 subscription would be cancelled a month ago. Even spoke to them, but now on my act portal, it’s saying to pay 45 rupees? Why should I pay when I was assured it would be cancelled?

    @ACTFibernet I am deeply disappointed with your service. After reaching out more than 15 times in the past 2 days I have not received any response. It's shameful to see this kind of customer service. It is currently resonating with government offices. Only Promises No Actions!!

    @ACTFibernet I've just been getting msgs to reinstate my connection, however i was told that i will be getting an offer for it, there was never a followup and iam just getting msgs for reactivation charges getting included in the bill but no proper service for paying the bill
