@ACTFibernet Don’t trust on ActFibernet Services. It’s big scam. They failed to provide agreed plan service and failed to fix the issues. Now they are not ready to refund. They are trying to refund very less amount, as they failed to provide service from day 1.@TRAI #ACTSCAM #WorstServiceACT

@ACTFibernet Tried again this morning to submit a request to cancel my service via your app. This time it says my service has been disconnected due to non-payment. WTF? I thought my internet was down due to some technical issues. You disconnected it?

@ACTFibernet my broadband is not working since morning. I have raised SR10167646594194 but didn’t get any response and no resolution time. All the reason to switch to jio fibre.
