  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Today the technician named Kannan calls me and tells me I need to pay Rs 650 for reconnection, OR I have to take a new connection. When asked for reconnection, he says there will be problems with reconnection, better take new connection.

  @ACTFibernet ac no 101015540111 I had called customer 4 times and each time I called and asked for reconnection they r throwing me into IVR & asking me to wait and waiting que is only 1 but still nobody cares to answer ridiculous Need urgent reconnection..
