    I never seen such a worst service in my life @ACTFibernet Dial to customer care and ask fr kannada. Thy will disconnect the call. Every 20 days once internet will break out. And they take 48 hours to fix it.On top of tht thr billing way is mind blowing. Reconnection charge is 150

    This is really insane. Expected resolution time is 07.30 PM today. Seriously whole day we have to suffer without internet but will have to pay Total Bill on or before 10th of every month? @ACTFibernet @Bidhubhusan1984 #worstACTFibernetService

    Friends please avoid @ACTFibernet at @Nelamnagala Town. U will see be screwed to the core. The way they are providing service is worst than any government office. Better to recharge ur phone and use as hotspot device.

    @ACTFibernet wrost service, not proper response, we have raised the ticket for shifting, alredy three days completed still my problem is not resolved, they close the ticket with out any work 9742243751

    @chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet : Trying to get someone to fix what seems to be a broken cable(helpdesk info) for the last 24 hrs only to be told it's being escalated. The deadline keeps getting revised after i call the helpdesk. It's an insane amount of time to fix a broken cable
