  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the next day 6 to 8 ppl came to lay the cable amidst a pandemic.. dey couldn’t complete the work saying there’s some blockage.. 2 days ve passed and no update yet.. try to update the customer the real status so that we can look for other options for wfh.. thank you

  @ACTFibernet This is the worst experience i am going through. Every now and then internet disconnects and i will have to follow up more than days to get this resolved. I am fed up of raising complaints. Check my complaints and resolve soon.

  @ACTFibernet It's been 24 hours that I have raised the compliant and I haven't heard from anyone.....every time I call the customer care representative they respond me with different timelines....I want to disconnect all my connections and want the refund back
