    (1/2) @ACTFibernet I have raised request for new broadband connection in Gayathri Nagar, Hyd. Told specifically that I'll need it in a day or two. Although that was promised before payment, that guy from act in our area is saying it'll take *10 days* due to some technical issue.

    @ACTFibernet seems like you got a very bad customer service supporting Hyderbad region. Complain number :SR10154075596422. Working from home experience is made worst. I got 4 people in the same building we will shift the connection to JIo

    @ACTFibernet My service req is being closed without fixing it. This is 3rd time within a day. My req id is SR11454088849542.ACT app is also not showing my tkt anymore. It jst says 'no open ticket and happy browsing' #fedup May be ACT can help me to browse happily without internet

    Dear @ACTFibernet, I do not understand why do I need to create a service ticket every second day when the service goes down. Can you please automate the ticketing system and create an automatic ticket for me as you’re unable to keep your promise?
