    @ACTFibernet This is not the first time I have faced this issue. Whenever I call any person from your company they never respond or don't give satisfactory answer. If such things will continue I would apply for disconnection. This is the worst broadband connection I have ever got.

    I just lost complete faith on act custumer service they are not at all responding to our complaint this is not the first time. They are not even connecting customer with service provider. so please kindly look into this. I hope you resolve my problem ASAP. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issue since yesterday and it's still not resolved yet despite of getting message that it would be resolved by 8 pm. Have not received any further update. Very pathetic customer service.

    "FEELING THE DISADVANTGE OF USING ACT"have paid my bill on 10th sep 2021..but still you have suspended my connection you have a process of suspending the connection even after paying the bill in no time but you dont have a process to resolve the issue in short time...@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 4 days over! Still you could not resolve the issue..Your executive said there is a "Junction box issue and we are looking to find the place for the installation of junction box".. How much long should we wait from here!? @ACTFibernet need an answer @ACTFibernet
