    @ACTFibernet @scvivek_chandra @ACTBangalore My service request raised on 02 Aug for installation of new broadband connection closed by ACT..neither installation done nor annual subscription paid has been refunded but service request closed..Guys avoid ACT..cheaters, malpractices & harassment.. its what u get if choose ACT

    @ACTFibernet customer services is telling us to disconnect the connection for this reason. This is for one, surprising and second, sad to acknowledge. I never expected ACT to give bad services in such a way.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please respond to our issues regarding billing, I got a call back from Your billing department and they said they are busy and in 25 sec they cut the phone as if you people are only choice in Hyderabad.Learn lessons before we customers teach you.

    @ACTFibernet Where is the solution for issue... It's been 3 days.. I am working from home.. 3 working days without broadband internet.. look at my situation.. how terrible it is..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet until you fix the issue ,because I subscribed for a long term plan(because ping was fine earlier, now its too high) I just need prompt action and not false promises. I was getting 9-12ms last month, and other ISP pings are less than 15ms to Chennai.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, every month once or twice, I have to raise a complain for internet not working. I think we have to rely on mobile networks only. Your service is not at all helping, just raising bill every month and collecting money.

    @ACTFibernet speed is very slow, your tariff says 100mbps but the actual speed is not even 30 Mbps.
