    @ACTFibernet inspite of two weeks of continuous follow up with customer care and the nodal officer, i am not getting the invoice. I have got a wrong amount. Nodal officer did nothing and the 4 tickets got closed without any resolution. Do you want me to continue with ACT?

    @ACTFibernet Hello sir, It’s been a week that I’m having no internet service and have logged a ticket SR10255357493982 So far none have contacted me nor any solution. Without resolution, the ticket is closed. This is so cheap & 3rd class service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet it's the same story.. After a great issue was resolved for 2 weeks. Issue is back, it's a dead connection. Internet is not working.. account number is 104540660625. As usual no response from TL as well.

    @ACTFibernet we lost connectivity on Saturday and no action has been taken till now. I have called the support number multiple times but they haven't been able to escalate the issue to get the problem fixed. Can you please help out?

    I have been facing issue of account suspended in @ACTFibernet and Customer care is saying that you have already paid your due bill. And this is the glitch from our side and we will fix it in next 4hours but 3-4 days already passed. #actfibernate @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
