pradeep bhat (@pradeep_br) reported@ACTFibernet : internet is not working since 2 hours. Reason given is there is a powercut in the area where the box has been kept. Ups backup gives only 2hours. Shouldn't this be handled from your end? This is happening 2nd time this week.
