    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet finally able to raise ticket SR10279946371274. They say 5g doesn't work in another room in a rented home too, now even 2g is not working

Make sure you hear this first. The sales pitch says: “Issues get resolved within 1–2 hours.”
Reality: It regularly takes 24+ hours. Every single time. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetIssues

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Tech visited and confirmed that there is no feasibility for connection at my location.. I'm still wondering how can you take the connection payment without any location pre checks of feasibility?? Please cancel the request and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.
