@ACTFibernet When I'm connected to Lan cable it's fine ,but in WiFi ,few times I get good speed ,but many times it's less than 10 kbps . previously used fibernet ,but I was not getting this issue and the WiFi was provided by ACT fibernet team only and it's not far ,only from hall to room .

@ACTFibernet As soon as they gave connections and went ,I was facing this issue and immediately I informed them about this issue to them ,but no positive response from them ,so today also I faced this issue ,I informed them and also raised complaint .

@ACTFibernet Every month, in the bill, Zee5 subscription amount is included. I had already raised ticket previously about this since I have not subscribed for Zee5. Ticket was closed mentioning that issue is resolved but yet again, it has been charged. A/c : 102513059169

@ACTFibernet down for me since 1pm yesterday (1-Jul). It's been more than 24 hrs and no resolution in sight despite multiple calls to customer care & raising a ticket through the app (SR10158928277412). This is the last time I'm following up - next would be to cancel the service.

@ACTFibernet I raised a complaint today for slow connectivity. I received a call during office hrs & the lady had to call me post 5PM. I didn’t receive a call but the ticket was closed. I reopened it and in no time it was closed again w/o resolution. CAN YOU FIX OR NOT?

@ACTFibernet Need refund. Trying since a month but internet is horrible. When asked the customer service tells to purchase a box worth 9000. Says that dlink routers have a problem. When other networks are giving free router what audacity does act have to tell a customer
