@ACTFibernet minimum ping in ACT fibernet madurai is over 26-27ms, even in the SAME CITY. while other ISPs pings would be less than 10ms. We pay for the service. You advertise low latency. Fix the routing issue.

@ACTFibernet I have raised an ticket for low speed issues with id SR10263522224384. Engineer visited my place and inform me to change the router to dual band. Now 'ACT' is dening to provide me with same. They say " 75 Mbps is only if you connect through ethernet. Not via WiFi"

Dear @ACTFibernet please train your customer care team to take questions from customers. They should not go on mute if questions asked. Like Mr Prashant form Bangalore did. Please maintain power backups for your devices, instead of depending on BESCOM line

@ACTFibernet seriously every day i have to raise ticket for wifi issue , an I'll just get a call after few hours an without even my concern resolved the ticket will be closed. Experiencing a worst service.
