    Was having frequent disconnections lately and today @ACTFibernet completely stops working. I file a complaint and they close it themselves. Pls do better.

    @ACTFibernet , Now my Internet is not working. I couldn’t even raise this complaint thru the app since I was told the app will work only thru WiFi. What kind of process u guys have set? Don’t understand and it’s absolutely Weird!

    Hey @ACTFibernet been using ACT since 2017 here I'm without internet for 30+ hours now, raised a ticket was said to be resolved by 7pm and there's no response and there is no way to escalate the issue, pathetic service. #worstService #ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Due to emergency for WFH I had raised request via wts app to have ACT internet connection done the same day. The agent urged to make the payment and promised that she will deliver the services same day and as said a person came enquiring the same.
