    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @Srinivasa After multiple calls & emails, @ACTFibernet has closed my ticket without resolving my refund issue. Router already returned (have video proof), yet refund kept on hold for months.Ticket no :SR10279644165026, I have all most following up on daily basis.

    Highlighting @ACTFibernet scam. They close ticket without resolving . Tabrez technical person closed the ticket yesterday without sorting the issue. No update. No response. Today is the third day. @BlrCityPolice @jagograhakjago how is this running ? They are scamming us

    @ACTFibernet Our internet service had been down for over 30 hours. This company has stopped responding and has blocked all calls / any channel for live help! I can’t even cancel my subscription online. Is anyone accountable for them?

    @ACTFibernet there is no internet since yesterday. We also past the resolution time provided on the ticket. There is no option to escalate. We tried the on call support but no resolution. This is impacting our work from home severely and is highly inconvenient. SR10179974943164

    @ACTFibernet Raised this SR10279995684184 yesterday but no resolution till now. It is hampering my office work. In the same building, first floor people is also having ACT connection and they are able to use. Frustrating to see this. Please help
