@ACTFibernet At a time when a large number of ppl are working from home, one would except you folk would do better to make life easier & ensure steady internet service. But maybe thats too much to expect of y'all. I'd like to know a time by when this will be resolved.

Hey Guys, Any thoughts of migrate to another ISP? I suggest never choose @ACTFibernet especially for @ACTFibernetHYD. Can u imagine ur interest goes down 4th time in a month and take 2 days to fix everytime? That’s what happens with ACT.

@ACTFibernet I did a call from your executive who explained that I have to pay twice as compared to new customers because I am an OLD customer. So I have decided to disconnect all the 3 ACT connections I have also inform all my friends about this ongoing cheating by #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I've been experiencing this with ACT for over a year now. It's 12+ hrs since we made the complaint. There is no update on the status of the complaint raised & the internet continues to be down. What seems to be the problem & why can't someone from your team get in touch?!
