@ACTFibernet Delhi Ticket Number SR11066084379960 No internet connection available from 6:30 PM. Yesterday also Internet went down same time, but got back after an hour. But today no response. No response from support team as well. Kindly look into it.

@ACTFibernet Your customer service is worst. Waiting period of 30 minutes always. For every query the resolution provided is to restart router. Chat Bots are unable to understand the problem. Where should I port my connection to ? @reliancejio @airtelindia

Dear @ACTFibernet team,please instruct your customer service person to be more responsive as we work from home and internet connection should be available to a maximum. Whenever a service ticket is raised please send an SMS mentioning the details of PoC who can resolve the issue.
