    @ACTFibernet Our internet not working for 4 days now. For 3 days we complained on WhatsApp newACT , we get msg that complaint registered. No action taken till now and today when we again tried to register a complaint the msg says no account exists with the mobile no. Bad

    @ACTFibernet They resoved today connectivity issues. But as soon as power goes its getting disconnected, we have power backup, but looks like ACT network doesnt have. We tired opening complaints. Its very unprofessional.

    @ACTFibernet Worst support from ACT internet team. From last 2months, they are not refunding my security deposit amount, even I have cleared all dues, returned devices. Multiple calls, Visited office, mails, tickets. No one is responding. Don't choose ACT, they are cheating us.
