    @ACTFibernet I'm absolutely fed up of your services in South Delhi. Every 3rd week your network goes down in our area. Despite repeated requests, your technicians aren't installing a dedicated box at my premises. Will disconnect 3-year old connection if the issue isn't resolved.

    @ACTFibernet There has been no internet from last night 8 but no resolution for almost 12hrs and your customer service executive is saying it will take more time to resolve and field executive will only work after 9.30. No proper response, worst customer service

    This is very poor from @ACTFibernet . This is how you treat by not responding?. You were told that you will get back to me with an update and it's been 3 days yet didn't receive any update. This is unethical and unprofessional.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet this is a routine work and must be completed within 72 hours, I can't understand why it is taking too long. Why you can't connect to a customer and explain him the situation. It is very non transparent, unprofessional and customer unfriendly approach.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. 2 days before renewal i got connectivity issues, tried calling local staff - no answer. Default system need 24 hours to resolve. This is 2021 and not 2001 where work can happen without internet. No doubt i m not renewing my plan with them.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing issues with internet since 10th of this month, since than its not resolved, so raised complaint again yesterday evening by night it has closed, without resolved or communicated SR11559567668792 has been closed, please look into it

    @ACTFibernet No it is not been resolved ur team is just fooling me that I will get refund I have filled a complaint regarding this matter and if I won't get my refund within 24hrs I will take legal action

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI so still my issue is not resolved by you. In the last six months Act fibernet has tortured me in terms of service. So many complaints registered. It is so embarrassing to ude your service. Its time to throw you on road.Govt pls help. Case is filed .

    @ACTFibernet been 3 days and ACT internet is still down. Their customer care lines are jammed. Their service reps aren't answering calls. Does anyone know if they're shutting down?
