@ACTFibernet Can you please let me know how to start disconnection procedure.. Not really any issue. I needed landline connection along with fibernet due to poor cellular network in my area. So I had to switch to another provider.

.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No internet at my parents’ for the past day, and the rare times it does work, it barely qualifies as functional. Complaint still not resolved, could you please expedite? WFH getting severely affected. Can’t fix it for them from B’lore each time.

@ACTFibernet @MrComplaintBox worst service ever thier customer service S***ks network goes down once a weak and when it goes down they take ""exact"" 24 hrs or more to resolve it even call to customer service for support they hesitate to respond proactively. Deserve 0 star
