@ACTFibernet this is mental harassment. My internet has been down since yesterday morning. I’ve called for over 20 mins multiple times same response: “please wait.” I’ve lost 2 days of work The delay is due to a powered-off junction box not even in my home.

@ACTFibernet 48 hr no net! ACT is sleeping as always.. every week this happening n no net 2-3 day thet means half of month no net!! then some a hole tells have escalated the issue bear us but no a** hole is working on it all ACT is sleeping😡😡🤬
