    @ACTFibernet Your team is looking into this issue definitely and then they close it without any proper resolution..however I get monthly bill without any delay..why can't you maintain the same level punctuality while providing services or in resolving issues

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I've received no resolution on this. They said high speed router is only available with 100Mbps or 6 Month plan. Nobody from your sales team communicated this to me before selling me the plan I subscribed to. Why would u provide a low speed router with a high speed plan?

    @ACTFibernet There's no need for a callback. Your customer care person said that my disconnection request has been accepted w.e.f. march 1, 2023. Just send me the confirmation, take your box and stop your services. You're now harassing the customer.

    @ACTFibernet requesting for monthly invoices but did not receive any email. Tried calling to customer support, written email, pinged over WhatsApp but did not receive. Why should we survive to get our invoices? Why can't you mail it by default or put a option on app
