    @ACTFibernet I need the internet today. Not after 24 hours. Also, when I'm paying for 3 months, I would expect full internet for 3 months. If issues like this come once in a month, then I've lost 3 days of internet usage. Will ACT give me a bill for 3 days later in that case?

    @ACTFibernet On my complaint through Twitter as I do every month, Yesterday at about 12 AM one Mr Rohit from ACT team called me n apologised for frequent wrong SMSs n IVRS phone calls regarding suspension of internet service before due date i.e 15th of the month as reflects

    @ACTFibernet once the power is down, i loose internet immediately though I get DG power. This issue raised is 3 times already. So far you haven't worked on it. Please tell me if i should move to your competitors. You can check my DM for my account details.
