  @ACTFibernet We had applied for an account transfer which was supposed to be resolved by the 4th of April and it's 8th today with no signs of resolution until now. I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done.   @ACTFibernet Raised relocation request on April 2, paid Rs. 950, but no service provided and delays till April 5 for next step when technician suggested installing junction box at my premises. Decided to disconnect, requesting full refund (Ticket ID: SR10179677073496).

  @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11079755958424 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

  Hey! @ACTFibernet Simply horrible you are& shameless too. Your local team never respond & your customer care is simply a post office. As far as your net is concerned , it can’t stay healthy even for 48 hrs. Will you refund for downtime periods from your monthly bill.

  @ACTFibernet my internet is down from from last night. Raised a ticket and resolution showe eod. That's nearly 24 hours downtime. Can you fix this ASAP, I've an interview today? 🥹
