  @Shivu2032 @ACTFibernet Same issue i requested for connection on July 3 after being promised installation within 24 hours. It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I am always facing internet issue and i have raised a complaint still i am issue is not resolved if this sceniario happens i will quit the service and go for other internet services SR10181149037714 please look into the issue and fix it or i will change the service

  @ACTFibernet Where is your resolution? Still no update. Worst response by your executives. They promised the new connection will be installed yesterday for sure. Still not resolved. They are saying another 24 hours. It's totally fraud. Get it done this evening or just refund the money back.

  @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection 2 days ago. Installation was promised yesterday, but no one has contacted me.I paid ₹2,035. The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.

  @ACTFibernet Hi. I also have a mesh pod request pending for weeks now. Your service folks say there is a short supply. Can u fix it? How is the company installing new connections if it is so cropped by device shortage
