    @ACTFibernet Reviving this thread bec there has been no response to the DMs since today morning. Need an ETA on the progress. In the DMs it's been mentioned that I will be receiving an update on the app but unfortunately there's been no update yet. Requesting a speedier resolution

    Hi @ACTFibernet, a junction box has been installed in my home using my electricity for 12 years, and I haven’t received the special discount for it. I’ve raised this issue over email after months of follow-up, but the only response I get is “please clear your dues.” #Nellore

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet And again similar issue. What a pathetic ISP. Will soon port out to either Airtel or Jio. Internet stopped working again! SR11077822726884 ticket raised. Impossible to work from home when you have a disgraceful ISP like Act.

    @ACTFibernet Your service has always been very good and without problems in Bengaluru but the quality is Chennai is so poor. There has been an outage almost every week since early October and the ticket doesn’t get picked up until the next day.
