    @ACTFibernet Hopeless service by your team. For reactivating connection which was in safe custody, struggling from 01-Oct-2021. Your team closed the ticket without providing resolution. Are you really working on to fix the connection, or should I choose other providers?

    @ACTFibernet I cannot help you in any way here. Callback is a waste of time and you know it. Instead, forward this to your management and have something done about this massive delay in resolution of a simple issue that could be solved by customer itself.
