    @ACTFibernet My account ID - 102510828447 there was a service request created to fix this issue asking engineer to put back internet supply junction box I'm WFH my work has already started now I don't have internet service provided even though my account shows active.

    @ACTFibernet... from yesterday internet got disconnected... i have been informed that today 8 PM it gets fixed....no ph call or msg i got after that... its very tough to work from home with this kind of service... 24 hours no status update from ACT

    @ACTFibernet @TraiIndia Why are you collecting late payment fee, when you are billing in advance every month and we are paying in advance for the service to be availed? Is there a service provider who does this? This is legally untenable, please refund all the late payment fees.
