    @ACTFibernet my ticket number is 11058552166310 and my issue is that there is some reconstruction going on in neighborhood and fiber cable is in the way. I just simply asked your team to reconstruct the wire but no one showed. It's been a month.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Dear ACT Fiber, your customer service is really unsatisfactory and disgusting. Im trying to reach you since past 4 days, and a no. Of attempts everyday but everytime my call will be in queue and the count down decreases from 10+ to around 4,3,2..

    I requested for disconnection of my account after 31-July but you immediately disconnected it. This is completely unacceptable, now I need to wait in long queues to restore my connection. This is not the first time I'm facing issues with your service. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet I work in Bangalore. In my office, my laptop has no issues. But when i connect to ACT at home, timezone automatically change to Hongkong. Why? Am i using ACT Hongkong? @HathwayBrdband any suggestions?

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days i need the problem to be fixed but you are saying that you will arrange a call. Still you don't know what is the issue? Y they are not able to fix it? What the supervisor's and manager's doing if the issue is not resolved for 3 days
