Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

Subrahmanya S Hegade 🥷🥷 (@Beinghegade) reported@ACTFibernet Raised ticket SR10280695130624 and support blamed "6 devices" for my speed dropping that's not it. On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement
