  @ACTFibernet Resolution was that it will be resolved before 12 pm today, still no response, when it will be resolved or it will be resolved ever, pathetic service it's as expected. Atleast help me how to cancel my service and get refund

  @ACTFibernet I got internet issue which took 2 weeks to fix so went for disconnect on April13th but still my amount is not refunded ?? It’s too horrible experience and I almost called 15 times to your customercare but no use. Can you fix this or should we reach consumer forum??

  @ACTFibernet 4 days. ₹1295 paid. 50+ customer care calls. Multiple emails. Still no ACT Fibernet connection. Every time I call, I get the same copy-paste answer with no real update. This level of negligence towards new customers is shocking. . @ACTFibernet
