    @ACTFibernet Bangalore, This is the second time I am raising complaint for poor bandwidth speed & there is no proper resolution for this issue.. very poor customer service and people here pay money for good service and not for the buffering and error page .. #actbroadband👎🏻

    @ACTFibernet Taken new connection paying advance payment for 3 months on 03.02.2023 & installation not completed. Sales person is not answering call & customer care is asking 24 hours time for resolution. VERY BAD SERVICE.

    @ACTFibernet ..Service was good. SR11267217082421 Team ACTTechnician Narsing and his TL Simhadri helped me to resolve my issue,Even though sales person gave fake promise this Service guys are made it corrected and provided good service. Thanks to service guys not for Sales guys.

    Hey @ACTFibernet what is wrong with your customer service? They're picking the call but eventually don't want to speak at all? Been 3 calls on the trot now. When you want me to pay the bill, you call 15-20 times as a reminder.(1/n)
