  @ACTFibernet This is the 6th day still the issue not resolved, they have tested with testing router on 3th Jul and updated the same to field engineer and they told to me wait for router replacement. Still how many days I have to wait and don't say get a call from team and need resolution

  @ACTFibernet #supportact broadband is down since afternoon. Atleast have the decency to inform the consumer the reason behind the downtime and how long will it be for. SR11059087722092 has been raised. customer care number there is no response.

  @ACTFibernet This service disruption is quite rampant these days. I live in apartment with atleast half of the residents being ACT subscribers. I confirmed none of my neighbours are encountering this issue then why only me?
