@ACTFibernet One of the worst ISPs in the city, connection goes down every alternate day. Does not have own power backup, Area : Meenakshi Layout, Thubarahalli Bengaluru. Never Take ACT here.

I have been trying to reach @ACTFibernet for a query which is not listed in IVR or WhatsApp. When I lodged a complaint for Internet connectivity issue, which is the closest, the person calling said he cannot help address my query. Are u using IVR to avoid customers? @OdiaCulture

@ACTFibernet the worst service possible I’ve received from any company. Problem not yet resolved. Please guide me to cnacel the connection which is also not an option available on your app. Stop using their Actfibernet if you dont want to cry.
