  @ACTFibernet So the issue is still unresolved.. One of your technicians said something is wrong with our router. So I spent Rs. 1700 and bought a new router thinking it was the router which was the problem. But the issue is still persisting. I raised the ticket.

  @ACTFibernet How come you guys don’t even bother to call us. We don’t want to pay for the services we are not getting. I am calling daily for disconnection and my call always gets disconnected and i never get a call back. I am not going to call again or pay the bill anymore.

  @ACTFibernet Now your technician says it's not the router but it's your box which is giving the problem.. So you made me shell out 1700 bucks for no reason? You either refund my money or I'm unsubscribing next month. People are telling me airtel or hathway is better than Act now
