    @ACTFibernet Its been 22 hours since complain raised and no resolution yet... Customer care agents told will arrange technical team in morning but no response yet Pathetic service... I have suffered and your team doesn't value customers. I will never recommend ACT to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet They have a pathetic customer support and you are eager to increase sales collecting money before the service. I also spoke to customer care; they have standard answer to respond. No response to Refund request and callback received. PLEASE DONT TAKE ACT CONNECTION

    @ACTFibernet I am facing network connectivity issue from yesterday and had raised the ticket, which was supposed to be resolve by 9PM on 23rd Mar but haven't got any response or resolution Neither the customer service executive are giving the appropriate response

    @ACTFibernet Net is too slow in West Mambalam Area for the past 4 days. Now its totally down. In the App, as per new changes I cant lodge complaints, issues. Pls do the needful
