    @ACTFibernet I am using ACT fibre My account no 101316705838 every week 2 to 3 times my internet is not working. So many times I raise complaint it's solved but same problem. One of the technician called me to don't raise complaint in online please call me I solved.

    @ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG Im not sure how many i have called to the Tech Support for a simple connection shifting request. More than 72+ hours and no proper response from @ACTFibernet . If I’m not getting a callback in next 30 mins, please have this connection closed.

    @ACTFibernet before doing anything, work on your support system. Any problem comes, u guys will check after 24 hours. minimum 24 hours u take to reply to mail Worst support, I have seen ever. Ur call support just say one thing, "Yes sir your ticket has been priorties" but no use

    Hello @ACTFibernet team, I raised complaint regarding plan change, but there is no response from your team even after complaint ticket raised. This the bad experience ever faced from your end. Really disappointed. If you can't resolve, I want to deactivate my account.

    hey @ACTFibernet what does it take to get a response from you folks? Any complaint I raise on your app is closed in 24h without resolution. Our office internet hasn't been working for weeks & it's impossible to speak to a human. This is just after we renewed the sub for 6 months.
