    @ACTFibernet day by day connection is getting worse. 3-4 outages per week. . During the pandemic time, it really sucks. SR10364103025834 . Always get call next day asking if it's fixed and closing the ticket. Pls try to fix asap. It's hampering work

    @ACTFibernet services are down for more than 36 hours in the whole locality and yet no action taken. WFH has increased the need of availability of internet but the ETA on resolution is way too long(approximately 36hours). And worst service ever seen or experienced. Worst mgmt.

    @ACTFibernet I recived a call from your local team members on 06-02-2022, he asked the details of the issues and how much payment due should be settled to me and who took the cheque, but there is no update till now regarding the status of the concern/issue, iam not at all satisfied.@DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet you charged late payment fee even for 1 day delay. But frequently internet is not working and it stopped working from this evening. It happened multiple times. So will you pay me penalty for your service interruption?

    @ACTFibernet Don't know what wrong is going on till yesterday (9/02/2022) , I have raised the refund issue and now the representatives are saying I received the amount on 4th February and in the night I talked to one of your representative by saying I will get refund in 3-4day

    @ACTFibernet so far the worst wifi provider in my area code 600080. Even complaining and logging multiple times the network still sucks and not worth of any money paying towards it. Not even working with one device at time and always giving me issue. Not a recommended for anyone

    @ACTFibernet I've been having issues with my connection for 2 weeks now. Pings take >1s and cxn drops for a min or 2 every now and then. I've raised tickets multiple times now. Your executive visited twice and atleast 5 tickets got closed without a resolution.
