    @ACTFibernet Trying to reach the ACT customer care team on weekdays and no one really picks the call and the customer service is really pathetic and frequent disconnection occurs on a daily basis and I have been raising tickets on a daily basis and no one responds to those ticket

    @Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet Me too. At least once or twice a month, it has to fail. And the last time, it was around 10 days. Refused to pay the month tariff - and then they levied a penalty for late pay. Had to mail for reconciliation. Their people on the ground are pretty responsive though

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 48th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Hi team , Earlier I was facing issues of installation .now I am facing overcharged issue . I took plan of 3month .which is going to expire on 15th Jan , today I saw one email where you charged 291.5rs extra . What is this ??

    @ACTFibernet there's a power outage at my location since one day and it has not been resolved even now. If you cannot sort out these issues, I want a full refund of my annual plan payment.

    @ACTFibernet I bought 75mbps plan & getting 20 mbps speed & now no one from ur end helping to resolve the issue. Ur technician called me & ask to place new dual band router TP Link Archer C5, I placed it long back & they gave 1/1/22 as deadline but no one came back to me so far

    Thinking of disconnecting @ACTFibernet. When I was in M'luru the technician had called & said that there was issue with electricity. I checked today. The issue hasn't been resolved, yet. They're saying that it'll take 24 hrs. WTF?! It's been 15 days since the issue was detected.

    I got act connection last month paying 1500 now they are asking me disconnect, WORST INTERNET PROVIDER in India. Dont get ACT connection @ACTFibernet
