@ACTFibernet No signal, mostly poor signal internet doesn’t work.Loose wirings in the service lanes warped with electricity and telepone poles of mtnl. Lose wiring in the lanes to be removed. people paying every month but bad service.

@ACTFibernet really don't know how your billing system works. After speaking to your customer care... Adjusted amount was appearing .. Once I paid that.. Additional amount is appearing.

@ACTFibernet Who resolved? The resolution is when you either start giving the connection to independent houses or you remove your spider web cables both hasn't happened yet.

@ACTFibernet I took a connection yesterday, stating clearly that I needed it urgently. Installation and connection happened within 5 hours. Less than 24 hours later, I have no internet and resolution will take 24 hours? If I knew the service was like this I wouldn't have taken it

@ACTFibernet Internet is back now. I overreacted because the net went off just before my working hours and I wasn't receiving any updates regarding my complaint. Thanks for the response. Please keep it up! And please keep customers updated about the status of their queries.
