    @excitel_rocks Your Twitter handle says excitel rocks. But in reality it's exactly opposite to that. Very pathetic customer service. Your supervisors are not calling us back inspite of requesting call back multiple times. @ACTFibernet @airtelindia is way better than your network.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI heights of service by AcT broadband, query is open till date, when checked with customer service no response & disconnecting the line. We don’t have any other channel to raise the concern and no managers are available in CS as per their executive

    @ACTFibernet , why does one have to wait a whole day if someone mistakenly types incorrect password multiple times. Unable to login to actportal and hence not able to use internet. please help asap.

    ad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.

    ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10266773116214 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT. Ticket being closed without contacting resolving. No one answering the call. Anil is the TL who never responds to calls or WhatsApp messages. @ACTFibernet
