    @ACTFibernet Got connection in July '22. Wasn't able to connect to office RDP server (also on ACT plan). Resolution given was to provide static IP free of charge. However, every month I'm billed for static IP charges and I've to raise ticket to reverse it. Need permanent solution

    @ACTFibernet when they will call back and fix this issue, tell us the time when it will get fixed, don't act too smart, we know that u are worst service provider, as said the before the fix to be done by today and i demanding my today LOP from ACT, keeping cc @Airtel_Presence @JioFiberVoice
