    @ACTFibernet ordered new internet connection for 6 months, but the process is very hassle. There is no sync between installation technician and customer care, asking me to call customer care .. disconnected my call poor behavior

    @ACTFibernet why ACT team is unable to take action upon the managers, even though they are just closing the ticket by mentioning as spoke with customer. The managers and floor supervisors are not calling.. Please check call recordings, they are closing tickets and having fun.
