    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet your service become worst now. In this week 3rd time it's down 3rd ticket is open now. Act service resolution time also 24 hours. Instead giving 750GB data give stable internet for 250GB or less.

    @ACTFibernet complaint no SR10263319028504. What is wrong with your network? Recently we are facing downtime every now and then in our area. Worst is when you have an online meeting and your service fails. Guys, Act instead of acting before I change my mind.
