    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @ACTFibernet Connection keeps having issues every now and then. Support agents are rude. They have no idea what they are doing (Last guy I spoke to is Sheikh Buden. Please audit the conversation). I have another Act connection at home and that's working but mine doesn't. Why?

    @ACTFibernet I am facing issues with your service now third time in 2 months. Every time it takes 2 days to resolve. Its affecting my work as i work from home. As an act customer for more than 5 years, do you think i should change my service provider now?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Any reason why you dont allow downgrade plan option in the app for broadband services. We have been told by the customer service team to cancel the plan and reapply for basic plan. It should be pay as per the usage model.
