@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

@ACTFibernet Hi Act, I am not going to pay the amount of the wifi for the month of January till i get a good network. I'll wait till the 10th of January and if I don't get my issue resolved please disconnect my network I have already sent an email but i haven't got a response.

@ACTFibernet For 3 days I have been trying to shift my connection. I talked repeatedly to customer care, was told the technician was coming only to get a message each time that the relocation is rescheduled. I will soon cancel my subscription because of your terrible service.
