@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

@ACTFibernet Prospect ID: 103778112478, it's been over 15 days since they confirmed that wifi cannot be setup in my building, but refund hasn't been initiated yet. No proper response from the sales rep too. This is too bad.
