@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

@ACTFibernet but that 4hours never comes - even after waiting for 24+hours ...no one calls... if you call the number for status check - there you go with another surprise - SIR, THERE IS NO SUCH REQUEST FOR CALL BACK THAT IS REGISTERED... AND THIS CYCLE CONTINUES

@ACTFibernet I haven't used anything as bad as your service. Poor technical support and frequent connection disturbance which is yet to be solved even after contacting your team for more than a dozen time. Worst experience ever. #ActFibernet

@ACTFibernet in bill generation and payment collection . . the last 1month of experience with ACT has been nothing less than an harrassement ask the customer care to transfer the call to supervisor - no such option. They take a request to arrange for a callback with 4hours -
