@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

@ACTFibernet We have filed 100s of complaint for frequent disconnection. but always the same problem occurs and speed is also not as per the commitment. its like people are getting fooled. Check our how many complaint raised from ID 103427483941. We are paying for 1 whole year.

@ACTFibernet Guys don't use act fiber I was placed shifting compliant on 20th November 11 days completed still my compliant did solved worst Act service even i'm informing to call center They also Taking Lite today 2nd December still they are not informing about shifting details
