@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

It’s been 10 days without internet in Hyderabad and ACT Fibernet has still not restored the service. No proper updates, no communication, nothing at all. We’ve registered a complaint (Ticket ID :SR10176707393914) but there has been no response so far. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage

10 days of repeated calls, but not a single proper answer from ACT Fibernet customer care. Most of the time, no one even picks up the phone. Their so called "support team" has been absolutely pathetic.. Such a horrible experience.@actfibernet #internetoutrage

It has been 5 days since internet has been affected and the only way in which we can connect with @ACTFibernet is through a chatbot. There is no way we can escalate the issue and the link to call the engineer is consistently engaged!
