    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @ACTFibernet Dont i’ve any other work to do?You guys are unable to fix a single problem from last 5 days. If there is some cable issue or any other issue figure it out and replace it.I believe have not taken any sponsorship from you for free for this internet by paying more than other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    @ACTFibernet so pathetic start with your service Sales and engineers promised that by Sunday the fibre will be ready and now it is getting delayed and I need to cancel and refund immediately

    @ACTFibernet No action is taken from your side regarding the issue or cancellation with refund. If you cannot resolve the issue I will have to escalate and file a complaint against you in consumer forum @jagograhakjago Sharing false info and selling subscription is a kind of fraud.
