    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service guys!! Experienced >27 hours downtime twice in just a month. The query was expected to be resolved by 12 but still waiting. Though the query was queed as an Emergency Query, it just didn't work. Below is the query- SR11059388924132
