    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    I was behind them for more than two weeks - no one responded I was lost and thought the money I paid was gone. Later a really good person (will not name him here) who was also not happy with the service ACT is providing really helped me get the refund after 3 weeks. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet From two days im hearing this only from your side but till now their is no solution.i thought from here i would get the help as early as possible but it is also of no use. my whole business got struck because of no wifi from two days if today it got not rectified refund my money

    @ACTFibernet In my area, frequently getting network issue, it takes more time to resolve, there is no waiver amount provided to the customer. This is not all fair
