    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @ACTFibernet Your services are truly not up to the mark. I’ve been facing issues for so many days. I’m facing internet connectivity issues right now, during my working hours and there is no support. The ACT box has issues yet there is no accountability for this. Poor service.

    2/3 @ACTFibernet Your technicians later said a junction box must be installed inside my rented house. to be used by other households, which my house owner rightfully refused due to electricity cost.Despite multiple emails & complaints, no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet dear ACT people when we raise a ticket generally it should get attended in prompt time, its been 3 days still my internet is not working. First thing pls focus on your customer service team.then the ground team they are the king

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is a total failure. Data is consumed without any usage, and fake data activity is shown even when systems are idle. This is a business connection(static ip) not acceptable. Resolve immediately or we will terminate and switch to Airtel or Jio. #Urgent

    @ACTFibernet SR10278394052274 marked resolved without actually knowing the issue. Got text 4m your employee stating the issue been resolved n mentioned 2 call the same if not resolved. Did spoke 2 him,he promised me 2 replace ups as the backup 4m it was reduced. no one turned up.
