@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

@ACTFibernet : I have been chasing your customer support for the issues related to the monthly bill. Every time a ticket is raised and it is marked as resolved without even resolving the issue . You are literally fooling your customers. Please get my issue resolved right away.

@ACTFibernet only creates tickets but doesn't work on tickets . Before getting a new connection they will call you 10 times a day and once you paid they will go to hibernation mode. I have 2 to 3 tickets but they are sleeping every time they ask 24 hrs. It's been 4 days now.
