    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    URGENT: @ACTFibernet could u plz ask ur team to fix the issue on high priority. It's been 3 days since the tckt wz raised and still didn't hear anything from ur staff, instead they closed the earlier tckt by themselves. FYI: SR10259819524932

    @ACTFibernet Hello act team, Giving me a horrible service from your end and whenever i use to call on customer service they Just disconnect my call. If you guys don't want to resolve these customers query than it is waste of keeping @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet worst customer services. Customer care executives are not having any knowledge on how to deal with the customers? Simply disconnecting the calls. Not allowing to communicate with their superior also. Worst services. Switching to other services.

If u r not capable please don't give online tickets raise or closing option. Please visit site and resolve with person in consent.
