    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    Unethical behaviour form @ACTFibernet. Their internet shuts down for days, and there is no refund or compensation, but if you are one day late in paying your bill, they will suspend the account. Why are consumer laws so weak in India, where businesses loot even for no service?

    Hey @ACTFibernet , after I have done the payment now someone from ACT called and told me that area is not feasible to provide service. Now either give the internet connection or refund my amount.

    This is the second time I'm escalating the issue @ACTFibernet I have upgraded the plans and it's been 4 days I'm not getting proper speed. Also why don't you have any good customer service support?? I tried everywhere, no one is here to resolve the matter.

    Hi @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet , This is to make you aware that your services in Hyderabad are the worst. I have raised 3 complaints since past 3 days. 2 tickets got closed without any resolution. One ticket SR10167317277714 is still active but no resolution till now.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I have been using ACT for the past 7 years , no complaint in the speed but please choose the house where you want to place the master router, the one in my locality keeps switching off the router often and we are without wifi despite paying bills in time
