@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

@akaasi @ACTFibernet All outsourced service providers do this. Their engagement terms say that they should close a complaint within xx hours. So they just close them, whether the problem is solved or not. You are now forced to make a fresh service request.

@mythilitvb @akaasi @ACTFibernet Yes, I believe this is the root cause. They don’t realise it impacts customer satisfaction in a big way. Not only do they close before i vehicle, their service engineers often ask me not to raise another request and instead call them directly. Very poor process.
