@ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

@ACTFibernet this is yet to be resolved. Keep getting responses saying that it’ll be taken up on priority but no action yet.Why should I continue to provide connection to junction box when I’m not using your service. when u r not bothered about downstream impact, why should I ???

what a worst network @ACTFibernet twice in two weeks that wifi has stopped working. and you take more than a day to fix the problem. what do you want me to do on a sunday without wifi? probably the worst service .
