    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @Jasoftw1 @ACTFibernet No :), still constant packet loss to SEA servers, games unplayable, but using Cloudfare Warp gets rid of the packet loss but adds around 20ping which is fine for me. No thanks to ACT's ****** and ignorant service.

    @ACTFibernet i am transferring out of chennai and shifting connection is not possible because ACT don’t have service in that area. I paid for 6 months plan and your team is not initiating refund. I was promised for refund when I got connection and now act team is refusing refund.

    @ACTFibernet why is it that every month your net fails and you need 2 days to resolve the same, we are fortunately or unfortunately living in the age of internet and our work suffers please let me know when you will resolve this issue of drop in connectivity every month.

    @ACTFibernet have guts to call back? Requested for call back for almost every time and not once I got a call back. 5th time the Internet is gone. At least take request to cancel the connection! - 9611144325 Cancel the bloody connection you idiots.

    @ACTFibernet This is the kind of service you are giving and then claiming to be the best ISP! SR10264479208343 still stands unresolved (We will call within 48 hrs for details.) FYI I haven't received a call and it has been 8 days since I raised a refund request. Pathetic service
