    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    Hi team! @ACTFibernet for the great experience, less than 14 hours and my connection is up! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please disconnect my account, already a lot of time is wasted, more than 2 weeks and 0 response received till now, forget about resolution.

    @ACTFibernet The customer support needs true caring for customer. The team is eager to close the ticket than resolving. Ticket SR10263701208813 closed two times without a proper resolution. The app is a huge constraint as it doesn’t allow to raise an issue which is not listed.

    @ACTFibernet I’m fed up with this fibernet service man.. It’s been 9 days since I’ve been trying to get my issues resolved.. I had made multiple calls to customer executives.. they simply raise the tickets and close them within a day without resolving the issue..

    @ACTFibernet again this month same pblm on my bill updation.. Threatening msgs stating line will be disconnected despite making the payment. Very poor service.. Im Thinking to cancel the connection itself..
