    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service. Your have not been able to resolve a billing issue since two months after I was assured it was fixed last month. Your executives resolve tickets giving mediocre reasons. Pathetic!

    @ACTFibernet am not going to recommend this broadband to anyone, one of the worst customer service and till today i am receiving all communication with incorrect name. Had wasted my 4hrs of time and still the issue didnt got resolved. I wont recommend this provider to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days after paying online but still I haven't received any installation call. When I tried contacting the guy(Santosh) who was helping at the time of selecting plan he stopped picking up my call. I was very disappointed in the service you guys are giving

    @ACTFibernet Even customer service is giving false ETAs and not helping at all! Not even assigning a customer rep to talk to. NEEDED TO START WORK 2 hours ago! What is the point of such an Internet connection in times where we are so dependent on a broadband connection!

    @ACTFibernet , im having issues with my router. Lodged a complaint. The agent hung up on me just as i was explaining the problem. Second time its happened without any resolution to the problem. its a bit unprofessional dont you say ?

    @ACTFibernet My first experience with Act customer care team is horrible. My name was incorrectly registered by the ACT team and have asked them to update with correct name and regenerate the invoice with correct details since i opted for 6 months plan.

    @ACTFibernet customer care team is attending my call and reading the notes in ticket and placing the call on hold and then call is getting disconnected . Almost 2 hrs i tried calling them, same thing happened again and again
