    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    @ACTFibernet you moved me from Lighting to Giga Plan which costs 3x, on your own.I realised this when I saw the bill.Upon complaining,customer support accepted it was done by mistake from ur end but still I was never sent the corrected bill even after raising issue multiple times

    @ACTFibernet you have the worst possible customer service. Moved me from Lighting to Giga Plan which costs (3x) on their own. Sent Bill for Giga Plan. On complaining customer support accepted it was their mistake but still they never sent the actual corrected bill.

    @ACTFibernet what is the status of my ticket SR10266972598904. The internet connection was supposed to be restored today at 12 pm, but still now it is not resolved. Very bad service. Utterly disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet I am an existing customer and as there was an option to opt for ACT+Netflix I did change the plan accordingly and paid the prorated balance and when I tried to claim the Netflix it says, you have no Netflix account. Not able to resolve this issue. No clarity....
