    @ACTFibernet I paid for advance rental before lockdown but once lockdown ended I went hometown and since then I'm here only and no plans to return can you please refund the remaining amount as I paused the service and there is no ACT in my area.

    This is my sincere request from @ACTFibernet that plz upgrade my router, it has been 4 days since no action has been taken, as a customer I feel sad that such a fast working company is making a delay in this process, so plz I request you to don't make a delay and take the action.

    @ACTFibernet guys its been more than 10 hours the service is down. Earlier communicated maintence window was till 6 pm. any updates? I can't work using slow @airtelindia mobile data.
