  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30 PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it
