    @ACTFibernet Ticket no. SR10161385592096 Look into the history of my tickets. Have raised multiple tickets since March month but till date no resolution has been provided. With whose authority are my tickets being closed. Never got a call from your technician or team! Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Hello Team My ACT Fibernet account is not functioning,I have raised the complaint and it was mentioned that within 24 hours it will be sorted out now it is more than 50 hours but no result. SR no 10161351093012. Very pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet in last 36 hours there is a breakdown of internet services twice the initial breakdown took more than 12 hours & now there’s again a breakdown. Very poor redo from customer care. No accountability whatsoever. Disgusting company

    @ACTFibernet What's the lead time to disconnect broadband? I had informed ACT 3 days in advance. Now your "agents" are repeatedly calling me to pay the remaining amount as these people say lead time is 7-10 days! Shows pathetic customer service!
