    @ACTFibernet SR10280477582234. Last two days, the internet has not been working. Please let me know if the issue cannot be resolved today. I will switch to another provider, as their service is working fine in my apartment and their support is much better.

    No internet since day before yesterday at 10 AM The Resolution time on the @ACTFibernet is still showing of 10 AM yesterday - and has not been updated. On the call centre number, nobody has a clue and they are only asking me to wait Very poor service in Dwarka

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet, Please disconnect my connection and refund the remaining balance amount. A technician visited now and said the issue will be fixed tomorrow. Too many false assurances and delays. This is unacceptable.Please proceed with disconnection immediately.

    1) Dear @ACTFibernet, My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon. I registered a complaint through your app immediately, but after generating a ticket there has been no update, no resolution, and no communication from your team. It's been over 24 hours without service.
