@ACTFibernet again your connection is not working for more then 24 hrs. You have pathetic line of connection every 2nd week your internet is down. Looks like il have to switch my internet.

@ACTFibernet your services are not up to mark. You charged very high amount comparing to other internet. Every month 2-3 times I have to raise a complaint for internet issue. After paying you on timely why do we have to face issues? Surely will disconnect your services. Thanks!

@ACTFibernet how can u close my ticket SR10263210781768 without any resolution. How dare one of ur advisor from escalation team calling me & saying that u won't refund my pending amount and I have to return router, whereas one advisor on 7/10/21 told me that I paid for router.

@ACTFibernet Mailed Act Fibernet for 2 times about disconnection but in 2 days they cant even provide the Ticket ID. As their technician needs Ticket ID to further disconnection. Worst Service Act Fibernet Jaipur. Installation quickly but disconnection lately why so low tactics?
