    At this point, @ACTfibernet should change its name because there is absolutely no "ACT" happening. Internet goes down constantly, and waiting 30 mins on hold for support is a joke. Can I get a refund for the hours spent listening to your hold music? 🙄

    @ACTFibernet your internet services are as bad as BSNL. EVERYTIME IT RAINS IN BANGALORE, MY INTERNET STOPS WORKING. I have taken the mesh router and pay way high for it. And your customer service is so bad. Can't even get in touch with your Customer service team. #bangalore

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct my worst decision was choosing you. I recently shifted to a place your employe is fooling me around not picking my calls and he has taken 500 rs at the time of registration from me said he will return it. Please take action, i dont want your connection now
