@ACTFibernet Worst Network I have seen.. I've paid 4K For 6 Months.. Not Connected One Month even.. Waste Network.. Don't Believe This.. It is a Co without a Proper customer service. In case of fault they are not available,but bill is recd in time... Do Not believe them..

Just spoke to Rambabu from @ACTFibernet abd when he was unable to explain the lack of call back he disconnected the call. That's the customer service of Act #ActBroadbandIsADisgrace

@ACTFibernet Today's update! Probably, you wouldn't have got this info. 4 calls received, 2 engineers visited and no resolution so far. Net is completely dead. Several messages received reminding for payment!!!

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore mess of a service, service requests are closed without even resolving? How awful is that? Here we are assuming our issues are being looked into and on the other side, it just doesn’t matter! It’s been three days and Internet problem is not rectified.
