  @ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised a request for relocation with ticket number: SR10381244929734. I raised it around July 20 and we had no support with the reinstallation. I called support and tried chat, but to no avail. If this the support I'll get, I'd better switch to Jio-Fiber.

  It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

  @ACTFibernet What you need to do is take some accountability. Your support staff headed by a Mr. Abhishek (who is in charge of South Delhi I assume, n who sits in okhla office) does not have a clear line of communication. The team under him takes huge amounts of time just to note a complaint!

  @actfibernet it's been over 2 weeks since I paid to upgrade my plan to a mesh based plan. Repeated delays poor network connectivity and false promises. Complaint no.SR10281389697064 At this time I don't even know for what service I have paid.
