@ACTFibernet You must publish the escalation contact numbers if cusyomers are having long pending issues. Always your CC executives will say that they will escalate the issue but nothing happens. Allow customers to escalate.

@storm70769259 @ACTFibernet It's worst ISP ever I have seen. For any issues they need minimum 24 hours to fix. They do not have idea about how much 24 hours of down time cost to customer. Absolutely frustrated Act customer from Hyderabad..

And please improve your automated help system, it asks stupid questions and provides negligible support. How am I supposed to open "google" when my internet is down. Every month I face an issue or the other. It's better to switch to a different service provider. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I feel that your executives don't have sense to understand the written comments for a complaint and come for resolution.

@ACTFibernet I was informed about the internet outage for three hours around 11 am today but I still can't access the internet using the ACT Broadband, been trying to get my issue resolved but there's been no response as such! Pathetic customer service. Remove your connection.

@ACTFibernet Hello, I recently disconnected from Act as I moved to a place where you don't service. For the refund initiation, they simply told me it all deducted as router charges. Which was installed for free a few years back. How can you deduct that now?? WHERE IS MY REFUND?
