    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet . I'm an existing user of Act broadband. I was out of city for two months and so didn't recharged my broadband, but your team removed the internet cable from my home. Now I'm requesting for re-initiate the broadband service since last two months, but no response.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider in Bangalore. More than 100 complaints have been lodged but the shameless service provide doesn't seem to bother about it . Same complaint of frequent wifi disconnection have been lodged time and again .......1

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, My internet is still down. I couldn’t work for the entire day. No one from your support team contacted me. The only reason I moved out of @airtelindia was there pathetic support team and I won’t hesitate in your case also.

    @ACTFibernet We are facing the internet problem..when opened app to raise SR, it goes to the chat box and asks to enter comments..when I give comments and click send, it's not responding..how do I raise a complaint for internet problem?

    @ACTFibernet What pathetic service are you providing? I have already confirmed that I need to disconnect my connection because I have relocated. Even after clearing my dues of you involuntary extending my validity, you are still sending me bills every month 1/2

    @ACTFibernet every week internet goes off is this the act promises the customer and we have to complain again and agian and use to take two days to resolve the complaint is this fare
