@ACTFibernet Earlier your disconnection team said there will be no refund if disconnection is requested. But this is your issue and you are not able to provide the service and so I requested the refund. Is it really correct for your team to say, we are unable to provide service and no refund

@ACTFibernet struggling with your service for 2 months. No Internet yday & today. Your technicians have the audacity to tell me to switch service to Airtel. Call centre folks only give assurances. Have to spend 1 hour daily to raise complaints & tickets get closed w/o resolution

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working from 21st of August,they need to renew abd signup new agreement in mycommunity but nonebof yourvteam is not ready to do that,on sun suddenly it started working suddenly

@OnlyStats_259 I have been tweeting at least once a day yet @ACTFibernet is not resolving my issue. I scoutted around to see if any Act personnel are working but I don't see any that means no work happening. I have decided to port to @JioCare for broadband
