    @ACTFibernet "I am following up on my formal complaint regarding the 'CHN AMZ STREAMING MESH POD' plan (ID: 103686970808). Despite fixing the speed, you have still not addressed the hardware mismatch. Providing Archer C5 routers instead of the advertised Mesh Pods is a misleading advertising

    @ACTFibernet The support person checked and confirmed yesterday that the device needs to be replaced and he will replace it by this morning but till now no response. It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

    @ACTFibernet Your field level engineers have been excellent, prompt and unwaveringly decent and understanding. The back end however is being deliberately unhelpful. They have closed two tickets this month without my concent and any resolution

    Everyone Please disconnect your connection with @ACTFibernet. They never help. If you trust @ACTFibernet, you could lose your job. I went through this myself after I disconnected my connection.

    @ACTFibernet is arguably the worst internet service provider ever, in chennai. The internet connection has been down since yesterday and nobody seems to know what the issue is and tells you that someone is going to call you back but nobody ever calls you!!!

    @ACTFibernet Very poor experience with ACT Fibernet. Payment for new connection completed 5 days ago,but no action installation still pending. Sales executive Krsihna (871260846) stopped answering 📞 after payment. Need immediate installation or refund.
