    @ACTFibernetHYD for 1 service request they took 8 days to resolve from6 months I'm bearing same issue and No one responnding they resolve the issue by there own time (i.e) 8 - 10 days they won't bother about customers I request dear friends don't take actfibernet connection

    @ACTFibernet I have a ACT SOHO Incredible plan which is supposed to give me 300mbps. But the connection seems unstable & its highly unreliable. Speed drops to less than 20mbps at least 10 times a week & it's exhausting to contact support everytime. Could you please look into it?

    @ACTFibernet i asked your sales rep. 5 times before paying whether service is available in my area. Now saying connection nt possible. refund wil take 15 days. I hope ur cpny 2 faces fin. issues and u'll realise peoples pain. Pay after installtion. Dnt pay b4 hand. #cheaters

    @ACTFibernet I made advance payment of three months, but my connection is disrupted at the end of every month. It's been 15 days since they disconnect. What's the point of paying three months of service in advance. Pathetic!! No resolution yet. @ConsumerReports

    @ACTFibernet Continuously taking money from.customers in name of installation and then saying service is not available... Never pay companies before getting installation. This seems to be a strategy check other peoples tweets before going for the connection. Nvr pay b4 a cnctn
