    @Airtel_Presence I already have broadband service with Airtel and I am happy with the service. However from past 1 months there was couple of instances of unplanned outages and die to which I purchased a back up network of @ACTFibernet who cannot provide a decent service at all.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD no internet service from past 5 hours. Raised a ticket and in reply I got it's going to take 24 hrs to resolve. To restore connection can't u send ur tech to verify why 24hrs for that. U need to upgrade on ur services.

    Amazing service by @ACTFibernet - kudos! Neighboring house construction is ongoing - they cut the cable by mistake - complaint to resolution in 2 hours, Mr Pradeep Gowda who came to attend the issue fixed it in 10min - really happy with the service!

    My account is fully paid till 31st August 2022. I had requested @ACTFibernet to stop service on 31st July 2022 and my internet stopped today itself. Can you reinstate the account and schedule stoppage on the date requested?
