    Friends please avoid @ACTFibernet at @Nelamnagala Town. U will see be screwed to the core. The way they are providing service is worst than any government office. Better to recharge ur phone and use as hotspot device.

    @ACTFibernet What kind of worst service you people are providing. I have raised "internet not working" complaint 5 times in just 2 weeks time and all I see it was closed saying resolved. ACT is not the one it used to be. High time to change the provider. #worstinternetprovider

    @Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet They asked me to come to TNagar office with a letter etc and "pay" the old bills inspite of them clearly seeing that its the same customer who has moved locations. I refused and finally this horrible solution of removing my ph no from records so that agents don't call ! horrible

    I never seen such a worst service in my life @ACTFibernet Dial to customer care and ask fr kannada. Thy will disconnect the call. Every 20 days once internet will break out. And they take 48 hours to fix it.On top of tht thr billing way is mind blowing. Reconnection charge is 150

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost a day, and no one has done anything except delaying the ETR time. When I called the customer service they don't know what the status of technical team is. As I suspected, it seems they don't want to resolve it as well.

    @Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet And once disconnected, get the "disconnected" part in writing. I had moved ACT connections between locations - the sales fellow did a "cancel-new" rather than a "move" for his benefit 1/2

    @netcitizen @ACTFibernet One of the reasons why I stopped using ACT. Too many interruptions and they still use ethernet and junctions boxes that rely on local power. Don't know when they will upgrade to optic fiber network.

    @ACTFibernet No connectivity ftom Dec 1, 2022. Raised complaint and daily calling support people. No use. Wexed with service.
