    @ACTFibernet I haven't received any call regarding the issue, expecting a call today, else I will escalate the issue to TRAI and file legal complaint regarding the theft of junction box

    @ACTFibernet What's the status of the reported issue? There is no update yet from your end. I ask your reps to not close the ticket without resolving the issue. Today I again mentioned to the filthy bastard - Dinesh who interacted with me for name sake. But that's closed and i have re-opened

    @ACTFibernet Hi 102018037147 I am getting packet loss in csgo servers since a month everytime I call your customer care they are not able understand the issue at all they do is update it as service not working or other reasons any technician can resolve this problem?.
