@ACTFibernet Your customer services need to understand the people's problems due to these slow speeds. This is not a dial-up connection from 2000. Opening Google web page is not working connectivity. I'm paying for the 300Mbps plan. Not this crap speed.

@ACTFibernet Your customer service is the worst, at the time of applying for a connection I was told that pay 6 months in advance and I'll be given a router free of cost, little did I know that it would be the most basic pathetic router that cannot even serve a 2BHK (1/3)

@ACTFibernet Yours is a classic example of 'Customer is King only till the time he/she is being onboarded' after that Customer may even die a slow (internet) death and you wouldn't care a bit because I have already paid for those 6 months. PATHETIC SERVICE.

Glad to share that I got rid of ACTFiber Internet connection for the pathetic customer support by @ACTFibernet after repeated calls to their call centre for ticket resolution. Really pathetic service. Hope #balamalladi is listening...

@ACTFibernet Why is the outstanding amount same as for all 6 months when I availed the facility only for 6 days. When I change service provider because you provide poor service why should I pay for whole cycle, this is unfair

@ACTFibernet Team not sure why your technical team it’s unable to fix the frequent fiber cut issues. This is 2nd time I’m facing main fiber cut issue.
