    In Today's every service provider are striving to provide the best service to the customer , few have no regards till date , one such entity that I have come across is ACT fibernet . Once or twice is a mistake but such repetitive action just shows incompetency.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Horrible experience so far in shifting my existing connection within the city. You are ready to provide a new connection within a few hours but to shift it to a new location there is no response at all.

    @ACTFibernet This was supposed to be taken care on the 1st of July and today is the 3rd of July and there is no resolution to this. Your employees don't have the decency to answer the phone calls of your customers

    @ACTFibernet 3) I am not sure why you are pushing for disconnecting a line? Or you are deliberately asking your customer to leave for other ISP? If safe custody is not even a policy then why its there in your support options. whats the procedure to temporarily hold my line.

    @ACTFibernet 1) Regarding my safe custody request SR10365268655844. You are promoting safe custody for temporary hold of your service on a chargeable basis. I requested for 1 month of safe custody abd even i am ok paying the custody charges.

    @ACTFibernet God save me 4 days passed till now no internet.... Act fibernet is not taking my complain seriously till today no service man called me...1 year advance package amount they hav taken n 0 service..
