    @ACTFibernet worst experience regarding your services. Technician not coming, they are not resolving the issue. From yesterday morning 10 am I am not getting internet. Please let me know if you are not able to provide proper service. Very unprofessional behaviour.

    @ACTFibernet hi every month there are issues with the network even last evening network went down and still there is no progress , customer care service also answering bit rude when will it get resolved ? And may i know why there is lot issue with connection in the last 6 months

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 weeks and the internet disconnects in the middle of work hours, a ticket daily with no service or resolution. You stealing bandwidth to give your commercial customers?

    @ACTFibernet Hi, repeated issue, Within 10 minutes of power cut , wifi getting disconnected. How many times I have to face this issue? Why no proper wifi power back up is provided?
