    I have been facing an Internet outage for more than 24 hours with @ACTFibernet. Despite raising the issue, every time I call customer care I only hear that the waiting list is more than usual and I’m asked to check the mobile app. Unfortunately, even on the app, there has been no proper response or resolution. As a customer who pays bills on time (and even receives multiple reminders to do so), I expect the same level of efficiency and reliability in service. It is very frustrating to experience such long downtime without proper communication or support. Request @ACTFibernetHYD to kindly resolve this at the earliest and ensure better customer support.

    @ACTFibernet my network is down since 20 days. There has been no response or resolution. ACT is the worst internet provider in Hyderabad. I wrote an email to your CEO for lack of response.

    @ACTFibernet Why promise timelines you can't keep? No prior notice, same issue for days, endless hold on support calls, and zero resolution. Even less developed regions have better service. Fix this ASAP. #ACTFibernet #InternetDown

    @ACTFibernet Either it gets restored by tomorrow or you gonna be loosing a customer whose been an active user since year 2009 hell with your excuses i had painful interview process because of lack of proper internet i didn't prepared anything as my notes materials are all online.

    @ACTFibernet account no 102701601704 services down for more than 24 hours. Registered complaint and followed up multiple times but no valid reasons given. Also no resolution time given. What the hell is happening. Useless customer care.

    @ACTFibernet SR11077269255664 It's about to be 9 pm still your wifi is not working. This is literally the second downtime within 10 days of installing your router.

    @ACTFibernet i have raised disconnection due to non availability of internet on sept 15th 2025. Service agent is closing ticket saying prepaid. Why exit process is worst .. we expect hassle free process in this fast paced environments.
