    @ACTFibernet Service suspended over disputed OTT charges (₹267) even after plan upgrade with OTT included. Issue was raised earlier and acknowledged by your rep. Disconnecting service during a billing dispute is unacceptable. Restore service ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet This is a very poor service from the @ACTFibernet after wasting 12hrs I am told that we will update you in 24hrs. The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.

    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended for a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet.

    @ACTFibernet facing multiple disconnects and slow speed issue this is unacceptable day by day this service is getting very poor my plan is 450Mbbs now I’m getting 1 mbbs speed what’s going in here ?? Why cheating customers in name of fake plans ??

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet - You folks are the worst service providers. Everytime we face issue with Internet you take 24-36 hrs to resolve the issue. Especially in financial district and I want to say you have the worst team who caters to financial distirct. Get your “Act” right and serve customers better. Unfortunately we feel locked with the exclusivity in apartments
