    @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet @PrabuPrithik Primarily ask your staff Mr Sriram to respond to multiple calls (8925820780)for service,next advice him to be calml while your customer calls out of frustration.Advice him not to shout around with your client,we are not receiving free service.More than 20 calls went unattended.
