    @ACTFibernet I have purchased ACT lightening plan , which provides us 350 Mbps speed guess what I am not even getting 200mbps stable speed There is lot of fluctuation in network and. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

    Friendly advise do not take an @ACTFibernet connection, their contact center is impossible to reach, app won’t allow you to raise a service ticket and they won’t allow you to downgraded your plan. “If we allow that the customer will reduce his plan” … meaning and we lose revenue

    @ACTFibernet still nobody not attend,nearly 30 hours left but you are not noticed, we are suffering with out net ,so please instruct concern staff for rectify the problem by war foot basic.your techinical staff not working properly

    @airtelindia so lethargic is the service of airtel broadband..that even the bill has hell lot of mistakes...the name the address etc...to top the cake the wifi broadband constantly flutters every 10 min...@ACTFibernet may do a good job..
