    hi @ACTFibernet my internet is down from the last 10 hours and I raised a complaint regarding the same. 1st they told me my issue will be resolved by 9 pm today and now they're telling me that it'll take another 24hrs to resolve the issue. What kind of service is this.

    @ACTFibernet After registering complaint , even 12 hours later ACT hasn't acted. I advise everyone not to instal these fellows for your broadband connection.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a SR (actually 2 times) for Internet slowness issue, but the issue is not resolved yet and even no one contacted (4 days passed). This is outside your SLA standards.
