    @HathwayBrdband i am fed up with your ****** service. It was advised by your sales executive that my plans won't lapse incase if i upgrade before the due date But it got lapsed. I followed hathway many times regarding this, but no response. I have to change to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ur service in Coimbatore. Have been ur customer for 8 years now from Chennai and now in Cbe, but your customer service is down the drains. No one is even patient to hear what my issue is. Infact, your customer care ladies are yelling at me(1/2)
