@ACTFibernet May i know by when? I haven’t faced connection issues at least once with @reliancejio fiber in 14 months. This is the very reason i disconnected from ACT. Now at my new place, unfortunately ACT is the only option🤮🤮

@ACTFibernet Every time it taks minimum 2 or 3 days for an issue to resolve so this time Im pretty much sure if the connection doesn't fixed today Im moving to other brand & I wont pay the pending bill amount since Im not satisfied with your ******* brand @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet The worst internet connection I had experienced even BSNL is good in customer support. I had my internet connection gone by 12.30 PM and raised complaint on Nov 3 2021 1.30PM the ticket id ( SR10363396369054 ) still now the connection not resolved.

@ACTFibernet Dear Act, in a month more than 4 to 5 days ther is no absolute internet! Ur executive confirmed on such events we wil automatically deduct downtime and reduce bill amount in upcoming bill ! Bil has come, not a penny reduced !Caled up customer care and request raised!
