  @ACTFibernet You have the most pathetic internet. On- Off internet connectivity issue in the last 1 month that has made life miserable. You keep changing the batteries of the internet device but it looks like you use refurbished batteries User ID 11380734

  Dear @ACTFibernet , Highly disappointed with your service, applied for new connection on 22/08/22 at 12:30 pm, they have been saying that connection will be made in 1 hr since then, still not received, last reply was it will be done tomorrow. Kindly procedure for refund asap.

  @ACTFibernet Day 5 - INTERNET WAS DOWN till about 5 pm.Seeing no resolution in sight have initiated the disconnection of your service SR10265700959134 decided to move to other service provider.....Atleast complete this SR before the ETR...Thanks
