@ACTFibernet having issue with frequent internet disconnect from Act for last 4 weeks.Raised multiple complaints and no resolution.I see ticket closed without resolution.Look into this issue asap.Customer since 2017.Never had such issue.Impacting my WFH.

@ACTFibernet minimum ping in ACT fibernet madurai is over 26-27ms, even in the SAME CITY. while other ISPs pings would be less than 10ms. We pay for the service. You advertise low latency. Fix the routing issue.

@ACTFibernet This is really disheartening for me to constantly complain about your poor services. Every month there are connectivity issues and top of that you have such poor customer service. I'm going to change my operator to some other network. Stop fooling your customers.
