    @ACTFibernet Taken new connection paying advance payment for 3 months on 03.02.2023 & installation not completed. Sales person is not answering call & customer care is asking 24 hours time for resolution. VERY BAD SERVICE.

    @ACTFibernet Hi! From past few months i have been facing non stop issues with the internet. Every month have been filing 2-3 complaints for internet not working. Need a permanent solution else looking to change the ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Had never thought that Act will be misleading the customers and misrepresenting the fact with regards to YuppScope TV subscription. Issue No. SR10267192617005. The way of @ACTFibernet qualifies the violation of Consumer Protection Act

    Hey @ACTFibernet what is wrong with your customer service? They're picking the call but eventually don't want to speak at all? Been 3 calls on the trot now. When you want me to pay the bill, you call 15-20 times as a reminder.(1/n)

    Don't take Act fiber net connection every time I'm getting lot of problems if we gets any problem we need to wait for 24 hrs for resolution and no proper response from customer support and speaking very rudly local broadbands are far better than this @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Bangalore, This is the second time I am raising complaint for poor bandwidth speed & there is no proper resolution for this issue.. very poor customer service and people here pay money for good service and not for the buffering and error page .. #actbroadband👎🏻
