    Worst service @ACTFibernet every weekend there is no internet when i call to technician they always say it will take 20 min to fix but they never fix the internet i think it's time to move from act to other net provider

    @ACTFibernet, since 4 days i was calling you people to downgrade my account. Every customer service representative is responding that it will be done in 48 hrs, when will be act fibernet 48 hrs completed can anyone tell me. Waste management not responding to customer. Bad service

    @ACTFibernet I am sorry this is not resolved yet. Please provide permanent solution, everyday facing this issue and today from morning no access to internet. Sorry to say, I am really frustrated. Planning to switch the service provider soon.

    @ACTFibernet The service is horrible.. never opt ACT.. im removing the box from my property.. u have kept it in my property and i have the right to remove it n throw the box.. u have not paid me for it.. nor replying or resolving my issue.. ive given enough time

    @ACTFibernet One day has already passed, still my internet is not working, are you guys kidding? In last 30 days this is 3rd time same situation. Will you extend my pack validity due to such interrupted service? Why such long interruption when there is no storm/rain?

    @ACTFibernet I have already informed to customer care to cancel the subscription, still they didn't do it and it's reflecting in my bill and I have not even used it. Contact was also made prior to the renewal date. This is so bad.

    @ACTFibernet how pathetic can your service be. u provided a false information to me abt deactivating my account for time being which wud cost 200 INR per month but I got a ******* bill. I wrote to u & yet didnt receive a call. Come to my location and get ur ******* connection off

    @ACTFibernet Screw ur concern. Take this off. I had to pay the bill even when I was not available here to use it. Your representative told me that 200 inr wud b the charge to keep it deactivated n cud be renewed if I wud call. I want my money back. Filing a complaint against this in the forum
