    @ACTFibernet Because of your worst service everyone at my home is facing issue,one needs to attend online classes,on has to work from home. I think for a pack of 6 months 1 complete month we face internet issue,waste of money,waste of energy. I wish you people respond on time🙏

    @ACTFibernet I feel this is one of the worst internet service. I made a shifting request recently it took 5 days and later on there was no connection for 2 days and from yesterday my wifi is not working,when called the executive they do not respond. Disgusting @ACTFibernet Vizag

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI SR10361618937365..I've upgrade my plan on 7.jul.21 and paid in advance for 6 months and was told will get new router within a week, its been 8 weeks and multiple follow up without resolution !!! Should I give up ???

    @ACTFibernet I placed complaint yesterday evening Problem is not solved yet. It exceeded more than 24hrs this is the poor service @ACTFibernet and notice that no technician contacted. Its absolutely poor servicing provider

    @ACTFibernet I am facing internet issues every month 4-5 times and customer service people use to transfer call on IVR without any resolution. One of the worest service for broadband for Work From Home. and again today No Internet at home.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #fraud

    @ACTFibernet it's been only a month since I got the services, and there was a lock in period of 3-4 months to avail the service (already paid). Howevr the services are stoppd due to non payment. A complaint was already registered and no action is taken frm last 2days. #pathetic

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Your team just informed me that my Wi-Fi connection will be shifted by 5/09/21 even though I had requested it for today. Internet is an essential service in the WFH era. Sticking with such an unreasonable service provider is basically pointless now.

    @ACTFibernet Haven't heard from you guys all day today. Will be forced to cancel the connection and seek a refund if this persists. Already have Reliance Jio waiting by the door.
