    @ACTFibernet Hi ACT Bengaluru! May I ask how long it would take to resolve an Internet not working issue? It's not working since yesterday 7 PM. You promote yourself as a WFH enabler. Is this the enabling? Since yesterday ticket is open, but no action untill now. Fantastic!

    @ACTFibernet Still no resolution. Better I'll let go for disconnection. Will look for another ISP. Never had such bad experience with your support in last 4 years

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Hi Team, Without my permission they have installed setupbox in my premises.And caused damage to my property and I have been sending plenty of emails since 2months there is no proper action taken on this. Can you remove the setup box from my location.

    @ACTFibernet, When can I expect my issue to be resolved? how many days do you need? Your Customer service is the worst, Simply they will cut the service and when we will ask for a disconnection they won't refund our money. Paid 7681/- (6 + 1), i need refund.
