    @ACTFibernet SR10263136165292 . No internet for the past 24 hours. The support guy came and left without even rectifying the issue and now they aren't picking calls on purpose. Please look into on priority and rectify, the work from home is being affected severely.

    @ACTFibernet I didn't very poor service and reckless responding from you due to poor wire laying ,truck got collided with wires then junction box got came out from wall,short circuit Happened in our house till now your team has not arrived though We did multiple calls Please 🙏

    @ACTFibernet Lately, has become a company with one of the worst customer supports. Had an issue with connectivity and raised an issue ticket after 48 hours I receive a call and later the agent confirms it be resolved in an hour.Its been half a day and I am still waiting...

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet not working since morning, raised ticket called CC multiple times. No resolution till now. Happening on a weekday in WFH times, Wonder why we have to pay bills on time if we don't get our issues resolved the same way.

    @ACTFibernet You have hired bunch full of dumb people who have zero idea of what they are doing. I have requested a refund for my service which I got cancled.but no response everytime I call they say we have escalated that's it. Whom are they escalating to Jesus!?
