Nilesh Patel (@NileshP28391464) reported@ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

Naik (@anaik1987) reported@ACTFibernet There is an intermittent Internet disconnection from last week and this is the 4th SR I am raising to get it resolved. I am fed up of this worst CS. I dropped mail to the tech lead and escalation team but till not there is no response. Again internet is not working.

Ruchi (@_4Ruffle) reported@ACTFibernet That’s pretty smart I see. Well you closed the earlier ticket cause it had 10AM eta. New ticket got 2pM next day so you get more time. I have already lost entire day worth of it, reopened the closed ticket. Why no resolution or follow up yet.
