    @ACTFibernet What’s the point of asking customers to send escalation emails if ur executives can’t access or read them? Paid for a 6-month renewal, still facing billing disputes, disconnection threats, & repeated requests to explain the same issue. Very poor customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It appears that the assigned personnel r not working on this matter, ur staff is unresponsive to calls. This is unsatisfactory. I am now considering to change internet . In next my msg, I will include other internet providers in this discussion to view their plans.

    @ACTFibernet We raised this issue two days ago, but it is still not rectified. Please confirm how many more days are required to resolve it. Also please do not take this lightly We have been facing the same network issue for the last three months....

    @ACTFibernet SR10280515875104 - no one has called us so far. We are WFH. How long to resolve the issue? Why does a small 15min rain disrupt your service when a tier-two city with @airtelindia wifi doesn’t get affected even after heavy rains

    @ACTFibernet such a bad experience. I have been raising the request for shifting of connection. It was supposed to be done yesterday and yet nothing has been done. The customer care is useless as well. They keep pushing for new connection without refunding my old connection money

    @ACTFibernet such a horrible experience. Paid for a fire stick and waiting since 1 month. Neither customer care nor installation team are taking any action. Ticket SR10280243384397. Seriously one of the worst experiences. I will keep posting about the progress here.
