    @ACTFibernet Requested for shifting 1 month ago. Still not shifted. Technicians call and ask for location only to tell me they are not in-charge for the area. Multiple requests registered. No resolution yet. Either Act has incapable staff or they just don't want to work😤

    The worst customer support I have ever experienced is from Act Fibernet. Their agents put me on hold and disconnect the call. I pray they either improve their service or train their agents properly any way I quit Act fibernet #ActFibernet Sucks #ActFibernet bye bye

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn @ActfiberC - As discussed yesterday, I have the recorded voice call of agent where he has given commitment that charges which are put will be wavied off. Please take this on serious note, if this is not working I'm happy to go other ISP
