    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet they are bad in service and equally bad is speed and connection. They refuse to refund the amount stating that there was no service issue while I disconnected as I was paying for 150MBPS but was getting only 92-93mbps this all is a big scam.

    @ACTFibernet What's the lead time to disconnect broadband? I had informed ACT 3 days in advance. Now your "agents" are repeatedly calling me to pay the remaining amount as these people say lead time is 7-10 days! Shows pathetic customer service!

    @ACTFibernet please let's me know you are unable to provide a proper service to customers that they can switch to some other services provided. I have be registered my complain for last 3 months no action has been take and today the it many be resolved by not yet what should I do
