    @ACTFibernet within just 10 days, ur wifi is not working. Ticket raised Technician visited y'day>but no soln. Tried calling him n times>not picking calls. Customer support assured a call back>not recvd any. In app req'sted callback from engineer>But no calls>Frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst service provider ever, week back itself I bought there fiber network since then I'm facing issues yet no-one is responding service & engineering are so arrogant they don't reply nor takes your calls.. I'm regretting now

    when the connection was inactive. Poor customer support and delayed resolutions have resulted in unnecessary payments and frustration. Request an immediate review of these unfairbilling practices and a resolution for affected customers. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService #BillingIssue

    @ACTFibernet Tried contacting your customer service local office on mobile no provided on your website. No answer to calls or messages. On a working day,without access to Internet,it’s difficult. I expect an responsive answer.

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct You have the most useless wifi service It's been 5 days since the internet is down and there is 0 action on your end Neither anyone is bothered enough to address the issue nor your engineer is picking up calls. Most useless ISP.
