Recently I shifted to bangalore and live in HBR layout. As there is no #airtelwifi connection here, I started #actfibernet connection again. This issue even persists in #bangalore . The power issues is not the problem anymore. The wifi goes off with the power.

@ACTFibernet I upgraded my internet account from 150mbps to 250mbps hoping for better speed. Not only has the speed become worse. It’s even slower than what it was earlier. Really saddened by your poor service. I want my money back!

Poor customer support of act fiber et in Bengaluru @ACTFibernet. When the power goes in our area internet also goes @TOIBengaluru. It's been almost a year, no proper measures have been taken so far.

@ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet , Just 10-15 days passed again since 48+ hours there is no internet. What the hell are you people doing. Customer care just say sorry sorry.... We're still working from home but unfortunately you people really do not bother at all. Worst service

Internet connection goes off for 2 days, every 10 days. Every time I chase @ACTFibernet , it feels like they're mocking n laughing behind on me for not moving out to one of other 10+ options in my area. Which is d most reliable broadband in Hyd with least issues, quick service?
