    @ACTFibernet I have nvere seen this kind of service. You have most worst services being provided. From past 1.5 months your executives are not able to solve a small problem and is been disconnecting my account again and again. I have around 40 SR tickets with me.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC don't want to be part of act now the above ticket is closed and yesterdays new ticket closed again if call customer care now again they open new ticket is this is the way u treat ur customer not even a single tech called i will close my subscription do it

    Hey Act support Hyderabad, I was contacting you guys for a help regarding my network at bowenpally. I have a plan of 100mbps, and i get speed of not even 50mbps and the upload speed is 10-15mbps. Which disturbs my business @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD hoping for a quick reply.

    @ACTFibernet Please please help🙏🙏🙏🙏 From the morning I am trying to coordinate with the local team but I don't have the number of the senior executive and the junior staff isn't that much concerned. Our whole office work is hampered as the internet connection is linked with server.
