Got promised a manager call back as well. No call backs and now if i call it gets automatically cut or goes into Mute. WOW 👏🏽

Please resolve this ASAP and if you can't at least provide a timeline when are you going to fix the damn junction box for good.

Can’t a person have 2 problems at the same time. However she would share my issue with concerned team and they would get back to me tomorrow.
