    @ACTFibernet This is happening every month, apart from frequent internet disruptions we are raising tickets only if outage is more than 4 hours. See below last few ticket submissions with significant downtime 14th Jan 2022 28th Dec 2021 26th Nov 2021 17th Nov 2021 #ActInternetIssues

    @ACTFibernet I am not asking your company anything impossible. Just give me the internet speed that was advertised for 549/- plan & that is 40 mbps not 38 mbps or anything less. And please tell your employees to be respectful to customers If you can't then I won't be your customer for long.

    @ACTFibernet ur team at ground sucks!They just don't pickup calls after receiving payment.We've dropped you before due to filthy ur service.Did a big mistake again by choosing @ACTFibernet. Since 2 days my router has not been installed after giving connection. SR10163908123884

    @ACTFibernet Hi , Ticket number SR10463903077964 registered for internet issues from today morning. Customer care executive is saying issue has been resolved around 6:30PM but we are not seeing internet working. #CustomerService #ActFibre
