    @ACTFibernet My broadband is down since 2 days. I have been contacting your customer care since then. No personnel from ACT has contacted me till now neither they have updated me on the progress. Numerous false promises made by your team and ETA pushed frequently.

    @ACTFibernet No I never want to get in touch with actfibernet I have already ordered for cancellation and also your customer care is ready for accepting cancellation instead of resolving the problem nice staff response stop marketing and check your Internal problems first

    @ACTFibernet No you don't understand. I never heard that a CC does not have a process to take complain against engineer. If it's true, you guys are hand and gloves in creating bad customer experience. Just FYI, your engineer concocting my story to me for not resolving the issue..

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working (again) and it's down for over 5 hrs ... And the earlier issue related to replacement of router raised is still pending ... For all the trouble I have to face on regular basis thanks to ACT I don't think anybody should get thr services
