The associates/supervisors/technicians were on all for more than an hour. Hima bindu- customer support Prashanth, Vinay-on site repair support Lokesh- lead for above. These ppl have promised me the service by 9AM today. I dont see anything though. @ACTFibernet Hey, I see you!

@ACTFibernet Very Poor service. I have requested for relocation of connection locally in HYD. 3d over. Still not resolved or no calls or no reply. Msg recvd as Your ticket SR10165134516614 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 20-Jun (DD/MM) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT
