The resolution time of more than 24 hours for a known link failure by @ACTFibernet doesn't feel it is meant for working professionals. Also the no urgency behaviour displayed by customer support is like asking your customers to look for other service providers. SR10263007055502

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC this is to inform you that I had the worst service from your team, I have been giving repeated complaints for 1 year that my connection always gets disconnected or else low speed despite me being on 150mbps line I get a speed of 80mbps.
