@ACTFibernet As usual, i got an SMS saying that the issue will be resolved only tomorrow. So one more working day wasted for me. It would be great if out of respect for your customer, a permanent fix be applied for this issue.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD WORST Service Ever, they take ages to fix the issue, WOW great again my internet is gone, thrice in 3 weeks, they will prioritise the issue, but for nothing, every week you will face the internet issue, PLEASE DONT GO FOR IT, PATHETIC they are. WORST

@ACTFibernet By the way, here is the recommendation for you. Please call customer, understand what the issue is and discuss the solutions. Sending mail on ticket closure with no details on what the fix is very bad way of dealing customer support.
