    Hi @airtel_Presence My service request 10048822482 is pending since 9 Jun. It's been 3 days and your assigned engr hasn't contacted or visited me. I have 2 connections and I will change both of them, if this "harrasment" continues. I will switch to @jio_fiber or @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet Worst internet connection, worst customer service I have seen in my whole life. Always internet keep on disconnecting. My office work got hamperred lost my 7 days leave due to them. Not refunding money for disconnecting my connection.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic Service at ACT.. guys please don’t take ACT Fibernet.. suffering from last 2 months.. have given money for 3 months.. so can’t disconnect before that.. but definitely will disconnect after 3 Months..

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with the service. Past few days your team was not able to activate my account which was temporary deactivated. After raising multiple tickets ,which will close automatically without resolving.I had no other option apart from cancelling subscription.

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with the level of service and assurance.Since yesterday, your customer support team were not able to reinstate my internet which was temporary deactivated. Even the ETA has crossed and the reply which I receive is : We will try to resolve this asap.

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 3 days since I’ve lodged a complaint regarding a fibernet issue and I’m yet to hear back from your team. Pls ‘UP’ your level of service. You can’t close a ticket without resolving the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Internet speed is showing 40mbps and I have a plan of 150mbps speed. The issue started from yesterday. Please fix it. SR10265097375814.
