Since @ACTFibernet claims to be the #1 boardband connection.We as customers also expect best from the best. I've been waiting for an answer from customer service for 14 days since I requested a change of boardband connection. Please look into this this and do the needful.

@ACTFibernet Everytime I visit native n comeback, internet stops working. This time, router was off for just 5 days. Fed up of this issue. Everytime I have to ur support person to home to fix this. Why can't u do remote restart? Why is it even stops working when router is (1/2)

@ACTFibernet recently took act Fibernet in Vijayawada.After the day of activation every third day there is disconnection issues.I took 574/ plan n paid 970/ for a month but hardly I used 10 days n my connection got disconnected permanently.Totally disappointed. f..ing provider.
