@ACTFibernet @visakhapatnam technicians are so irresponsible. been calling them simce morming and no one showed up till now. PATHETIC service. surely going to change to some other service. Heard @airtelFibernet is much better.

@ACTFibernet I'm fed up of your customer service nonsense. The issue is not getting resolved and no one is responding on when's the relocation will be completed. It's really frustrating that no is having courtesy to reply. Worst customer service.

@ACTFibernet why is your official App not allowing to downgrade plan ? When it comes to upgrade your App is so user friendly but to downgrade we need to connect with your Support team over a call following your IVR. In tamil we call this ECHA !!
