    @ACTFibernet I have around 10 to 15 colleagues. Will ask them to disconnect their services too. Instead of waiting such long time, no response from your team. Thank you @ACTFibernet. Will look into another service provider from next year onwards. Unfair service.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Worst customer service experience I have ever had in Hyderabad. No one responses even after we raise complaints. The team says 24 hrs for resolution but did not resolve even after 24 hrs. Facing the same connectivity issue 4 times in a month.

    @ACTFibernet In 45 days of having ACT fibernet, I've had no internet for 5 days.. check complaint history. Reason - no connectivity in our area Will you give refund for those 5 days?? Also internet has still not come back. Appalling service

    @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24hrs since I raised a complaint telling my internet is not working. The estimate time for this to get resolved was 7PM (23-8-2021). NO UPDATE TILL NOW. 🤨

    @ACTFibernet Hello, My internet isn't working. It always goes off and I have to lodge a complaint. You guys don't respond on calls or service requests. If luckily I connect to someone whom I explain my situation, they just hung up on me. I want to disconnect your services

    @ACTFibernet my Internet connection is not working since morning and I tried with local ACT representative, he is unable to do anything. Please help us , because my kids are studying online and they have exam today . I am trying to reach customer since 9 AM
