    @ACTFibernet waste services you never stick to your own timelines, your area executives are pathetic they never respond unless they want to respond. Your doesn't know your own network coverage. All i understand is Actfiber is well known for acting. I never recommend to anyone.

    @actfibernet i tried to send mail to change my current plan, i tried to call customer care but there is no option to change plan and talk to an actual person, frustrated me im trying to reach you in twitter.. could you atleast respond the mail i sent.

    @ACTFibernet It’s down for 2 whole days particularly week days. I never seen or expected this from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad. Thinking to switch other service provider as it impacts our WFH. Can’t rely on your service anymore as we don’t get resolution or proper update yet.

    @ACTFibernet Are you doing anything about this because it's been 9 he's of internet outage, thanks to ACT services.. And nobody has even responded to any of the complaints through multiple channels..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I asked for quick resolution I thought I will get internet. The agent who comes to repair is not lifting my calls from morning and there is no internet in my place from morning. Are u giving back the internet or not ?
