    @ACTFibernet no executive or representative has contacted us yet. It’s been days since we raised request to transfer out connection. Work is not done but I get mailed saying my issue is resolved and I have to pay 400/- and worst is they are asking a feed back for incomplete work

    @ACTFibernet i have applied for your wi-fi service, first we made payment but after that your serviceman denied to install wi-fi and told that the service isn't available. All ok but we are requested to make refund i want to know that when we get refund??

    @ACTFibernet how can u close my ticket SR10263210781768 without any resolution. How dare one of ur advisor from escalation team calling me & saying that u won't refund my pending amount and I have to return router, whereas one advisor on 7/10/21 told me that I paid for router.

    @ACTFibernet see your team has again closed the tickets (SR10263214363212,SR10263207259718,SR10263105793439) without any update and also I see that there was multiple attempts to reset password also today I have multiple mail/messages for the same which I have never requested for

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet connection and your app doesn't allow login (Incorrect Entry: 3 attempts left repeated over and over again). Not only are you crashing (again!) you're now not allowing customers to raise support tickets through the app. Excellent.

    @ACTFibernet SR10163218714964 This is around 10th time I'm complaining about same issue literally everytime. Everyday starting from 2pm to morning I'm not getting internet connection. I got fedup with your WORST service... Solve it permanently or refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service. Rude execs. Have been raising complaint since last 1 month. No rectification. Guys never ever go for ACTfibernet. It sucks
