    @ACTFibernet SR10152844749157 I have raised this request 3rd or 4th time last month. Today is the last day for the resolution and everytime ticket is closed without any resolution. I called back to escalate this. Looks like nobody is bothered to resolve this.

    Hey @ACTFibernet i am usimg user connection from Aug 2020 and now i want to discontinue/deactivate your service and i m trying to connect with from 4-5 days still not any solution and there is no mention in website or anywhere that how i can discontinue your services.

    @ACTFibernet I have issue with the internet connection from last 30 days every time I have issued a complained, the service guy calls and closes the Complain Without resolving. Kindly Refund the amount so I can move to other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet - one of the poorest services and worst in responding to customer mails and concerns. 5+ mails and 10+ calls - to no avail, even the escalation mail IDs are dormant. 👎

    @ACTFibernet I got my connection disconnected on 24Jan and was told I will receive a refund of 1800rs, which never came. On enquiring i was told this cannot be refunded and can only be transferred to another ACT account as a credit.
