    @ACTFibernet very pathetic response and very poor service. Not refunded my payment amount since last 6 months for service connection not provided. One of the worst companies. Filed complaints in consumer forum.

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection is not active for more than 24 hours. The expected resolution time for my ticket has been changed 3 times now. It is very difficult to reach out to your customer care and track exact status. Very bad experience #actfibernet #Bangalore

    @ACTFibernet interent literally works for a few hours and then again it stops working. Please let me know how many times do i have to tweet or complainto get a permanent fix for this. Did not expect this kind of service. First and last time using #actfibernet 👎

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 6/6(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT It's has been already 12 days and still a day to add how should we work ??
