This is my sincere request from @ACTFibernet that plz upgrade my router, it has been 4 days since no action has been taken, as a customer I feel sad that such a fast working company is making a delay in this process, so plz I request you to don't make a delay and take the action.

@ACTFibernet My problem hasn't been solved. I've applied for new connection on 12th Feb which is promised to be done within two days. Still I've waited for the resolution period which was 19th Feb 6:38:20 pm. They're not answering my call from last 4 days.

@ACTFibernet We have installed ACTfibernet 3 weeks ago and since then we are facing so much internet issues. We have already registered complaint about that alot of times but in every 1-2 days we face the same problem again and again. Last ACT Fibernet Ticket no:SR11052712768802.

@SandyMohanG Sir .. The @ACTFibernet which is located in Bengaluru Karnataka.. It doesn't have any kannada knowing customer support staff.. If I choose kannada option they will try to answer in all other languages except kannada... Clarify on this issue...
