@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

@ACTFibernet is the worst ISP in Bangalore. Had issues with them in HSR, now issues with them in Bellandur. They sell 300 Mbps plan and provide speed of 100 Mpbs. their customer support is even pathetic. they don't even understand the issue.

I didn't have internet connection for 7 days the past month,I had to call each of the technician(4) several times per day.On what basis are you charging me? @ACTFibernet Nearly 48hrs I raised a complaint n haven't got any response from your team yet. U hve gt the worst service!

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet my service. On 27th August I had reconnected by payingfor the balance 5 days(27th to 31st) through a link provided by Mr. SANDEEP(Reconnection Team). but still the issue has not been solved. And in September bill I have charged that amount extra

@ACTFibernet Without resolving SR10361675100042, ticket is closed saying that the issue is with router. Technician didn't bring any other router to test. On contacting ACT router support on by raising one more ticket, they say it's not the problem with the router. Never expected this frm ACT
