    @ACTFibernet Would help if you'd stop copy-pasting the same response to every damn complaint there is on your page. I've given you enough time to fix the connection. Please refund the pre-paid amount for 3 months because I can't have Twitter wars for something as basic as an internet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i have given you enough time to rerouting the connection, Till now none has contacted me regarding this, by tomorrow if rerouting is not done i will will cut down the fibre cables, which will lead to failure of connection to other 6 customers! Thank you!

    @ACTFibernet As per ur policy, the unused service has to be adjusted with future dates(as confirmed from customer care executive). I have been cheated over 4 months of service. I request @jagograhakjago to plz consider my request and look into this. I have all the proofs requird
