  @ACTFibernet my internet is not working no one is answering the calls very bad service I got the information that within 10 mins field engineers are coming but no more bother to take calls I have important deliverables to complete.

  @ACTFibernet Because of this tweet your engineer came to my office yesterday evening and they resolved the issue . But within 1 hour internet gone again and now there no is switched off and no one is picking landline . Do i need to wait again for 2 months?

  @ACTFibernet SR10158474857962. This ticket is not yet resolved I have spoken to customer care many no of time still the same responding also cutting the call in the middle.. I have recorded the last call. Also visited your office twice still no technicians is even allocated.
