@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

@ACTFibernet, 1. No IPv6 support 2. No FTTH connections as mentioned on the website 3. No port forwarding support 4. No good OTT benefits Please tell us why someone should not choose #JioFiber or #AirtelBroadband over #ACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet what's use of internet,if we're paying but getting no service. Given complaint can't be fixed quickly. Paying for continuous months,but while trying to some random day,connectivity is not working!! Is it not a fraud??
