@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

Worst experience from @ACTFibernet in Sunkadakatte for shifting router. Net has not been setup for last 5 days Inspite of constant followups. Customer care isn't responding properly and hang up phone in 2 mins. How is a person supposed to WFH?
