    @ACTFibernet What testing team is doing? Won't you properly test the mobile app before release? In Payment History, I couldn't able to click one of the dropdowns under (Show Payment History From:) Useless crap app.

    @ACTFibernet Dear team I am facing problem since 14 days I got a call from your excutive Naresh from Banjara Hills he is retention excutive he said to pay 1500 u will get1000gb75mbs for three months now in my account showing balance 1008 rs due and I m calling customer service

    @ACTFibernet I had raised my concern on 18th Apr till now the issue not resolved today I have received an email stating that your account will be suspended. If I call to customer care they will say we have escalated and you will get a call back in 4 hrs but now 4 weeks completed

    @ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. When we loose connectivity due to your fault why don't you automatically extend the date of subscription, is your rules not allowing for it. Soon after the subscription ends you know to disconnect, but don't know to fix any issues.👏👏👏👏
