    @ACTFibernet disappointed lethargic service. made online enquiry. got 29 phone calls from multiple people for enrolling.Paid 3 months subscription. Now No one bothering to respond nor got the connection. Agressive customer acquisition without support would throw away customer.

    @ACTFibernet Is something SERIOUSLY wrong at ACT? Are the field personnel doing disgrace to Customer by not allowing Customers to raise official Complaints. Worse part, they are not addressing the issue.

    @ACTFibernet My internet in not working from last 25 days Without any information and resolution the ticket got closed SR10176728931784. I have to raise new ticket SR10177098828484 again. What service you are trying to provide? If it is not possible to fix please close my conn.

    hey @ACTFibernet . On Aug 6 i paid a sum of 9K to upgrade my plan. To support high speed they need to upgrade the modem. Till now nobody has called me and whenever I call customer care , no constructive response from ur side. Worst! AC No: 102727049303
