    @ACTFibernet My service number is 111010698962, and this is the third time in two weeks that I've had connectivity problems. Each time, they take a 24-48 hour buffer time to resolve the problem, and then it's the same after a day or two, pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet You've been trying to set things right since the past 2 months, nothing's been right from your end though, we're the ones suffering because of @ACTFibernet, #NeverAgain ! Your team contacted me & haven't done anything yet. Ridiculous service to say the least.

    @ACTFibernet Would you guys take the responsibility if I loose my job, because not able to complete my office task given to me. Ur TAT is also over, customer care is not supporting at all, what more do u expect from ur customer.

    @ACTFibernet Several times requested U Ppl to look into the connection problem but I'm still facing regular internet disconnection & you people do nothing about it, you can do just one job to loot peoples hard earned money. 😡😡😡 No field executive reached or tried to contact me

    @ACTFibernet it's been a week since the payment was done but still no communication from the installation team of any kind. No updates whatsoever. Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet They are the most proactive before payment is made after that no response.

    @ACTFibernet internet was down on 31st July morning for 5 hours , complaint raised & fixed. Again d internet went off yesterday night & still not resolved , wat low quality junction box u guys own!TicketNo SR10265494640354. Just waiting for @JioFiberChennai in Bangalore 560037.

    @ACTFibernet l had raised multiple tickets for same problem which is occurring very frequently why you are unable to give permanent solution every time it is taking 2 days fix the issue. I hope you will fix today SG101654968967
