@ACTFibernet very Bad service. Trying to register a shifting request, called call centre and they put you to DIY mode. It just fails at the last min. Tried 8 times. Then tried chatbot. Same issue. No way to contact you guys or what. Very sad...

@ACTFibernet (1) The kind of frustration i had and faced. There is no proper response from the customer support team. I have been using #Act for the past 8 years. They have setup a box in my home and added 8 connections so far. I have been continuously requesting them to remove the box
