    Why the shifting process in @ACTFibernet sucks...it's totally irresponsible engineer working ...not even a link was proper to raise the shift request ..the irony is the shift place for connection is just 30m away from my current location..I do have late might meeting Idkwhattodo

    @ACTFibernet There is no update on cresit transfer. Let me know if I have to process through sonsumer forum channels, this is a harassment. For selling a new connection you sell it in 5 minutes and att3nd the customer asap but for this I have tweeted, emails, called 100 times but no response

    @ACTFibernet The service person came directly and told me it will be fixed within the next 10 mins yesterday evening and post which he ignored all my calls and still not fixed.. Lost my 2 days pay as I'm working from home. Thanks ACT

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I raised a ticket few days back , instead of resolving it your team closed it without any solution. This is really pathetic 😡. Unable to reopen the ticket also. Ticket No SR10280892583664 . Please help
