    @ACTFibernet INTERNET down since last 48 hrs. All complaints on the APP and on 91212121 seems to fall on deaf ears. Each call on 9121212121 take atleast 20 min to get thru and SHOCKINGLY call drops midway. N ur executive does not have the COURTESY to call back. DISAPPOINTING

    @ACTFibernet faced worst experience when reached customer support to know the plan and other account info. such a cheap way of behaving with a customer who is holding 2 ACT accounts(Guntur and Hyderabad) like me. Shame

    @ACTFibernet Internet service down since Friday morning. Raised service request on Friday evening and still no action taken. Whenever I call customer care they are saying someone looking into it. Its been more than three days not sure what they are still looking. This is pathetic

    Hello @ACTFibernet my experience in your customer care service is so poor. 1. It takes long time to talk with your customer care employee. (waited 20min+) and still couldn’t talk. 2. whatsapp customer care service only show same 8types. what if i have any other queries ? #Review
