    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 and half hours now! No one has come yet to resolve the issue! How much longer do we have to wait for internet? What is the issue? Why is it taking this long to resolve it? Have you even started working on it? Christmas is over! Have you not returned to work yet?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Can you please provide the billing team number ? So that I can contact them and know the refund status. When I am calling to customer care they are not able to resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Like i told u before, the "saga" continues, internet gone since y'day night. Reiterated for permanent resolution but it comes back every 3-4 weeks !! I'm sure the tkt wud b closed before resolving 😑
