    @balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

    @ACTFibernet I strongly suggest you guys think twice before choosing @ACTFibernet. Unstable internet, poor service, and zero urgency in resolving issues. Paying customers deserve better than this. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reliable provider instead. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet I spoke to your customer care guys and explained the box already is there, I think there is a short due to lightning and you guys need to come to my house to actually physically fix it. There was supposed to be a visit today in the 1st half, but I have not heard anything yet

    Thanks to the wonderful high speed service provided by you, I am sitting right on the floor next to my modem to perform any internet related activities as moving 1 metre away would cause the internet to stop. My mobile data plan is simply better. @ACTFibernet
