@charan_tweetz @ACTFibernet Gud Choice, I Was a Loyal Beam Customer For Ages All Through Until They Became ACT, In Sep 2021, I started facing connectivity issues, i Dint hav internet for 20 days yet i gav them a chance to resolve the issue they cut my calls, i just switched to Jio ! Gud Choice, Wat a Fall

@ACTFibernet people are not able to reconnect one broken wire for than 24hrs, still waiting for their God like engineer to arrive and do the needful. Lost previous hours for work because of their inability to act. Really suffering

@charan_tweetz @ACTFibernet @HathwayBrdband is no different. Even they will call multiple times asking you to renew connection or upgrade. I don’t understand why these guys have to call and ask us to renew? It’s an essential service we will renew invariably!
