    @ACTFibernet I m using ur net service in Dlf ind area,moti nagar, New Delhi-15. I m using ur service since2018. U have a worst customer care in the internet industry. I called ur contact person millions times he said today or tomorrow I’m sending my boy to fix. But no internet😡

    @ACTFibernet Do I always have to tweet in order for my issue to be resolved? Second time within 30 days I am facing an internet issue. Two employees rely on the internet as they are working from home. And all we're asked to do is wait for 24h. How fair is that?

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet Contd: due to emergency we had to pay him. After that he is playing around. After waiting for 3-4 days,I had contacted and registered a compliant with your act nodal officer and he(madan) called me and said that guy was terminated last month contd.

    @HathwayBrdband Offers available on web login is not valid when we discuss with Executive. Ideally hathway is cheating its customers. where as @ACTFibernet gives same details as per the offers available for customer. So, planning to switch.

    @ACTFibernet Waiting since 11 days to get the cable upgraded from CAT 5E to CAT 6E. Following it up with your customer care almost every day and only answer I get is, it's been escalated to higher dept. May I know what it the reason behind the delay? I NEED THIS RESOLVED today.
