    @ACTFibernet what's going on? Is there anyone to look into the issue? More than 48hrs no update, just keep on sending revised resolution date n time. Very bad service never expected this.

    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

    @ACTFibernet We are fed up with your Wi-Fi service; frequent connection outages have become the norm, and we are suffering losses every day because of this. If you cannot provide proper service, why don't you just shut down your company?

    @PrestonSte33640 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet has the most horrible service. Low speeds and every month at least for 2 days their internet is down. I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.

    @ACTFibernet We contacted the local ACT technicians regarding service availability. They informed us that extending the network to our location would require the installation of two additional poles and approval from higher level. Considering the growing demand and potential customer base
