    @ACTFibernet Its been 24 hrs i have raised the complaint, none of the agent taken care, just fake promises and not reliable customer service, now i am trying to reach but customer care number is not working, need to be professional and customer oriented not bill oriented

    @ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG Im not sure how many i have called to the Tech Support for a simple connection shifting request. More than 72+ hours and no proper response from @ACTFibernet . If I’m not getting a callback in next 30 mins, please have this connection closed.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care team has reached out to me saying they'd send a technican home. But no one has arrived or reached out again. It's been 2 days already. What do you want me to do ?

    @ACTFibernet This is a matter of worry for me since I am only able to WFH when I have a reliable and consistent internet connection. An issues running from last 24 hours isnt a joke. This reflects bad on your capability to restore your services. Pls get this escalates to top level

    @ACTFibernet My account has been upgraded without my permission. What do you think of your self, you people Gona upgrade customer account without out asking customer permission and asking to make payment.  How can you upgrade, who has given the authority to upgrade customer acct.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks issue got resolved. Appreciated but keep options to track ticket. For now unable to check if it is assigned to any person and contact number of engineer
