  @ACTFibernet I got totally cheated by @ACTFibernet . I request all those who see this to opt for a better service provider. I paid more than ₹15,000 for a year of this, and they do not even respond to the complaint. Their links to rate the installation process, and the sales are invalid.

  @ACTFibernet looks like act team has reset my router ssid and password instead of someone else's by mistake . I am stuck with our internet for the past one day and no one is bothering to fix my issue. My account id is 103435395908 but my router is displaying something else.

  @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi. Extremely disappointing service ,well it's not the first time getting so pathetic service from ACT. But this time it was hopeless, customer care agent was so disrespectful and not even bother to listen, it feels like speaking to machine.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD : multiple complaints raised but no resolution. Your team always look in to the issues but never resolve it. One of the worst internet service provider company that I have ever came across which doesn't even resolve the customers internet issues.
