@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

@ACTFibernet Worst service ever seen (103724520495), caused from the day in June25 when moved to mesh. The speed is dead slow. Just closing the SR without any response. The whole amount should be refunded. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I requested urgent resolution within 24 hours, warning that i can discontinue ACT Fiber services if not restored. I also asked for a clear timeline and progress updates
