@ACTFibernet and @ZEE5India are pretty pathetic. I've tried disconnecting my Zee5 membership for 6 months with no success. I've asked ACT guys to do it on my behalf as they charge me Rs. 99 every month for it when I've requested multiple times to cancel it.

When can you fix the wiring for the router? The guy told me he will bring cat6 cable and install the new brought router to my bedroom so that internet remains stable around the house. Can you please help me out here? And send someone? I barely get 6mbps on my 75mbps @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet almost 5 to 6 call and keep asking the update this is how you treat your customers while payment you will be humble and keep promising and after once payment done you will ignore your customers Haan. And what kind of customers support you kept in your in call centre
