@ACTFibernet Hey, please cancel my account. The turnaround time is too much. A stable internet connection is an important part of my work. I can't deal with this nonsense. I was told it would be reconnected in four hours. I am moving to a friend's house.

@ACTFibernet Dear team you need to train well your customer care executive, they should know how to talk to customer, i have discontinuation only coz of your customer care executive behaviour over call for a simple request, It may not be Big loss for you but you would lose many.

@ACTFibernet You had the chance to get it right enough times. Your customer care executive had called earlier last week and I explained the problem. I thought you were just taking time to revert. Didn't expect to have my connection cut. You ruined a whole day's work.
