@ACTFibernet I want my connection to be resumed immediately. I have been your customer since 2012 and have never made a late payment. It is highly unethical of you to do this and I will be cancelling all my ACT connections if I continue to face this issue.

@ACTFibernet ever since my internet connectivity issue was resolved yesterday by your engineer, I have been getting higher ping at around 60ms. Earlier I used to get 23-30 ms constant. what is the issue? account number: 102557517207.
