@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

@ACTFibernet It’s been more than 40 hours post raising ticket (SR10156949125235)for no internet. Since then there has been no action on this, called customer care multiple times but no action yet. Request you to kindly cancel my connection and refund.

@Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet can you see that they are happy to welcome you and my office will reimburse installation fee as well. I am so done with your net service which goes on and off And more over for 1k you provide speed of 75MBPS and for same or less cost @Airtel_Presence gives 200MBPS

@ACTFibernet why are you people going from best to worst. Everyday there is network outage or slow speed.worse service provider, I am working from home and I am facing too many issues.If you people can't rectify this please do tell me I will change to @airtelindia or @fiber_jio
