Still issue is not resolved, and if I call customer care, they are saying call is connected to Chennai branch and they can't help me to provide details. Wfh is impacting

Samrudh (@samjag123) reported@ACTFibernet I changed my plan on 2nd of January and it got changed. Previous plan was worth 10.5K and current plan is 6.5K.. My bill is due tomorrow but still the old bill amount is reflecting.. I contacted 3 times regarding this and no resolution yet.
