@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for addressing the disconnection. Note the original ticket was SR10176124231314 for outage and refund. @mks200481, verify ETR on app and ensure prorata refund is included. If not resolved, escalate to TRAI.

@ACTFibernet I need my money back with disconnection. Checking ETR doesn't make sense to me, I want resolution. How can your ppl sa, in prepaid industry you don't refund money? If you can't refund money then get me a connection in my hometown Raipur, Chhattisgarh else disconnect & refund.

Poorest customer service provided by @ACTFibernet. Despite raising complaints thru app and CC call about network outage issue, no action was taken for the last two days. The worst part is not even a single response stating the cause of service failure till now. #ACTfailure
