@ACTFibernet My net is not working since morning. Whatsapp chatbot says payment is due. Payment of Rs. 3951.82 has been made on 12/07/2021 for which confirmation has been sent from your side at 4:54 p.m. on 12/7/21 when due date is 15/7/21. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

@JioCare there is no point of rescheduling and providing new date. Ur executive told me that they will provide connection in two days, but it been one week and i haven't get connection. Previously i was using @ACTFibernet, they are super in customer experience.

Despite repeated complaints ACT trying to fleece clients by sending SMS as below when NO MONEY IS DUE "Your reactivation request has been processed on 13/7/2021 & a charge of Rs 324.5 will be added to your next month's bill.
