@ACTFibernet My internet(Act: 102016441077) is not working from 31st Dec. The complaint had resolution time of 31st dec 5pm. Field engineer came once and told some wire has cut and he cannot put it back and no other option. Please cancel and refund the 1 yr amount asap.

@ACTFibernet Relocation request raised on 24th December is still not delivered, for every customer care call they are escalating the issue, confirming the location and telling me by tomorrow. Either relocate by today or refund by today.
