    Its been 3 days since our internet is not available, i even made a complaint but your guys does not even care to answer back to our calls is this the service what we are paying so much for? Worst service ever! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet 18days and my previous account is still not deactivated. Your agent Senthamizh was extremely arrogant over the call just now and had the audacity to ask me to escalate the issue to any level and NOT give me the refund(that was promised on last call) #consumerissues
