@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

@ACTFibernetHYD ,@ACTFibernet : worst experiences, yet giving chance assuming one day will see services as promised, quality of internet with speeds fail. Quality of resolving issues fail. Customer support absolute fail. Collecting fee pass. Resume my internet connectivity asap.

@ACTFibernet @JioCare @Airtel_Presence I connected wth the backend team as advised by the field technician. The lady on call says that their engg needs to visit to resolve this. When I hv been raising this issue for more than a month now, why were u sending some incapable technicians whn u knw only engg can fix this?
