    @ACTFibernet Why is it not able to downgrade the plan in ACT ? It's upto the customer, to choose, which plan to use. That's is the correct support to be given to customer. But in @ACTFibernet it's not showing the option in online at all.

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to reach ur team dropping mail but issue for internet is still not resolved & no response on mail for addressing issues Second for OTT issue I never able connect to ott team just long holding hours on a call Chk DM for connection details Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Do let me know the process of cancellation and refund process and amount I'll receive as refund if I no longer want to continue with your services. No point in waiting for infinite time to get the connectivity problem resolved.

    @ACTFibernet was my last choice and unfortunately the only option available for broadband internet in my society. Their customer care team is the worst and doesn’t resolve any of my issues #ACTInternetworstinternet #ACTInternet
