@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

Wow! Woken up by massive thunder and lightning and as expected @ACTFibernet line has gone down. Wasn’t even cloudy or bumpy near Chennai last night at 10PM when we landed! There were strong winds though.

@ACTFibernet Internet is down for last 48 hours. Work has come to a halt. Whose going to compensate for this? Ticket id is SR10176731009534 @tgspdcl There should be planned way of cutting wires. This is not the way. At the end normal people are suffering.

@ACTFibernet My internet is still down, despite ETR of 9:00 PM IST (Ticket ID: SR11076745808204). This is the 2nd outage in 4 days, and previous fixes took longer than promised ETR. Poor service is causing me losses. Fix it on time or let me know to switch ISP! #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I ve dmed, please check. It is a constant monopoly and struggle for us, worst service we are getting from ACT in our society. Specifically your people Adbul and his on ground team is fully useless, never they pick calls and no way to raise issue.

Dear @ACTFibernet, why are you ignoring my mails? Customer support disconnects calls midway. You are indirectly forcing me to disconnect. Charged ₹706 for shifting + ₹647 monthly, but no technicians visit. I’ll file a consumer complaint with proof if I don’t get a refund.
