@ACTFibernet ACT TEAMBARE YOU STILL ALIVE. IS THIS THE WAY YIU WILL TREAT THE CUSTOMERS NOT EVEN RESPONDING FOR ANY CALLS, MAILS ETC. HAVE RAISED N NUMBER OF TICKETS FOR BILLING AND SPEED ISSUES STILL NOTHING RESOLVED BUT CLOSING MY TICKETS WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION.

@ACTFibernet train your call center employees to first look into the past records first and call. To my connections in Bangalore rethink before choosing @ACTFibernet. All good till you take their connection once taken you are their ex. Worst customer care

Pase note I had communicated to Ravi and sunil a week before itself that I don't want to change the plan and I won't be paying pro rata chargers and more you delay the more worse the problem happens. Revert my plan and waive off pro rata charge @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
