@ACTFibernet This is the most annoying thing. There is no internet connectivity for me for the past 5 days and even after raising numerous complaints and pleading the case the issue is not yet resolved. The one thing which is clear is that you don't value your customers.

@ACTFibernet Internet is down for more than 36 hours. Even after multiple follow-ups with CC, I am only getting false promises and nothing has been done yet. SR10163421287794. Using ACT connection since 2009, however it seems you don't care for your trusted customers anymore.
