@ACTFibernet Even after multiple calls and discussion none of my issues got resolved. Got a SMS on 18th March regarding a payment wavier but not yet credited to account even after 24 hrs later reminding the customer care. Everything is delayed from your end. No proper support.

@ACTFibernet All my issues with @ACTFibernet are due to multiple accounts on same mobile number? Why shud I face problems becoz of you ??? Have requested you a lot of times to delete the older account. You guys keep flooding with the SMSs to my mobile number to reactivate older account.

@ACTFibernet I need an immediate call back and a resolution today. I'm unable bear your lack of common sense, Inefficient processes& people. Will be proceeding ahead with alternate ISP connection, regulator complaints in second half if there's no update by then
