    @ACTFibernet Hi i did check all of these and my query is regarding the ticket i raised which is not being able to track. I actually got a call from your representative saying this because a wrong modem has been installed for me. So please escalate the issue and get me a modem that is meant.

    Dear ACT team , Today is the 4 th time I lost the internet connection during the last month . This is absolutely a terrible customer service . All the internet holders in my facility is able to access the internet expect me and this happens every time . # actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet - he suggested to move my modem from 1st floor to ground floor. I had asked him to help me with the wiring. He asked me to do wiring connection with the help of electrician. But promised that he will help me with the end connector piece (rj45).

    @ACTFibernet - I waited for half a day and then after losing my patience, I raised another ticket which got fixed the next day afternoon by a different service agent. Now, since I was not happy with my speed, I asked the agent how to get better speeds. He said modem placement
