(3/n) @ACTFibernet I'm tired of following up & I've made up my mind. This is going to be the last. If the previous bill is not going to be adjusted, I'm going to cut the power supply to the Junction box and discontinue service. It's a pain in the neck having to ask so many times.

(1/n) Hello @ACTFibernet Chennai. I have the ACT junction box at my residence since mine was the first ACT connection in my area. You promised a Rs.50 discount in the monthly bill. But you never applied this discount unless asked repeatedly.

@ACTFibernet 4 hours since the issue started and no resolution so far. I have almost run out of mobile data. Can you tell me why the fix is taking so long @ACTFibernet ? I have called the support twice and they said it'll be done by 7:30 PM. It just doesn't make sense to me
