    Paid for a mesh plan expecting better connectivity, but it’s been a nightmare. 2 engineers visited, no resolution, one promised a router replacement and vanished. No response, no fix. This is unacceptable. SR10280050779324 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I stay in Srila Park Pride, Hydernagar, water works road, Opp to Calvary temple, Hyderabad. Internet is not working since 24 hours and there is no resolution nor intimation. Service is becoming pathetic day by day.

    @genz_corp_baba @ACTFibernet For real.. they have been keeping it pending since 6 days for me now. Whenever I appeal to discontinue the service they say they will send the technician right away but till now no progress. Pathetic service and no way I am going to continue now. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Mymonthly electricity bill waiver of ₹100 was supposed to be processed. Your customer care informed me that it would be resolved within 24–48 hours, but it is still pending. Kindly look into this and resolve it at the earliest. Acc no 101004710659 #ElectricityBill

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet FYI I spoke to a Pawan Kumar who said a technical staff will get back to me at 6 pm when I called at 5:30.He raised a so called PRIORITY internal ticket. No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!

    We've not had internet since Monday evening, nothing has been done and there is no way to speak to customer care reps (other than an AI chatbot which is of no use) - don't want to drag you like this but this reels of incompetence. Do better @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet ,@ACTFibernetHYD I need a solution to this as your tech team said if I am upgrading to 100 mbs with dual band router I will get connectivity but still I am having the same issues, take your router back I am not going to pay the bill.

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely rubbish service, it’s been 5 days and still no proper response. Everyday same lies that it will be fixed today, before 9 am, then 11 am or by 12 pm and then a message comes pushed back to another 24 hours. Ridiculous!

    @ACTFibernet My Internet connection is not working since 30-Apr-26. A ticket was raised and the resolution date keeps changing, every 24 hours, but no sign of resolution by the Technical Team. The Call Centre has no clue whatsoever

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for shift connection 5days back and your ETA as per ticket is May 02. Till now no technician contacted me. Your customer care support is pathetic and always say we will address in 24hrs. You guys have very frustrated process.
