    @ACTFibernet Dear Act I'm from Hyderabad facing no internet issue from today morning 6am and there is no customer care support through phone call, raised the ticket regarding the issue and got a msg saying tentative resolution time is 16:00 to 19:30.

    @ACTFibernet No internet since 1 day, no action is being taken,no rspnse from ACTcustomer care.If this attitude continues,ACT fibernet will soon be replaced by other service providers for sure No one is looking and trying to provide a permanent fix to my issue. SR10163839035084

    @ACTFibernet u guys r really cheating g customers..there is no option of downgrading my broadband plans in the app..when I tried to call customer care they didn't call me back when they got to know that I want to downgrade the plan..please contact me asap ! Otherwise I'll switch.
