    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Itโ€™s been over 3 hours without internet, severely disrupting work from home. Very disappointed with the lack of proper resource management in our area to restore service quickly, leaving customers waiting for hours. Please resolve this ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

    Hey @ACTFibernet! Next month I am discontinuing your connection. The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they donโ€™t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.

    @Airtel_Presence @airte Also this building phase 3 having 96 flat. If you want miss 96 customer by pushing airfiber. We are happy le move with @ACTFibernet So they already provided fiber connection to same building.

    Really a bad experience with Act Fibernet. facing an issue from 22 aug 2026.The support guy said it is router issue so I have bought a new router and it turned out to be a issue with act internally. From then the technician will never help and extending from 4 days @ACTFibernet
