    @ACTFibernet Now that I'm left with no other option. I have to wait 15 days for my refund which you claim. What's kind of service is it. You just took money without any background check and giving false commitment. Due to which I have lost my job. It's cheating customer with false commitments

    @ACTFibernet Is it a monthly practice to have a downtime of 24 hours? I remember on 6th Oct also there was an outage and today also it is down. Why dont you declare this on your portal that your that services will be down for a day every month. #poorservices

    How classic. @ACTFibernet has now raised 2 invoices against me - Oct and Nov - after they told me in Sept that they would be cancelling the connection as they are not able to provide service in the new location. Yay!
