    @ACTFibernet This is not the first time I have faced this issue. Whenever I call any person from your company they never respond or don't give satisfactory answer. If such things will continue I would apply for disconnection. This is the worst broadband connection I have ever got.

    @ACTFibernet Issue is resolved now. The technician (Charan) came home and fixed the broken cables. He was very polite and assured the same issue wouldn't recur again. Thanks again!!

    I'm New Customer. Payment process also done on 13.09.2021 and also said i dont need for box to my home. All i need is only connection. They are keep calling from 13.09.2021 and asking box is the only one solution if they can't give connection only do refund. @ACTFibernet DM sent

    @ACTFibernet I have been raising SR to fix one simple issue which your technician is not able to resolve . I don’t understand why I get same person to fix the issue each time he says issue is fixed and closes the SR ticket. I want someone to look into this asap SR10262242453492

    I just lost complete faith on act custumer service they are not at all responding to our complaint this is not the first time. They are not even connecting customer with service provider. so please kindly look into this. I hope you resolve my problem ASAP. @ACTFibernet
