    @ACTFibernet We raised a complaint regarding internet connection, the executive appointed has constantly avoided our calls. The interest act showed while creating the connection is not there when it comes to customer support.

    @ACTFibernet Recently we got requested for new connection with number:9063705990. One of ACT fibre guy interacted with us he told it will done in 24 hrs. Once i am done with payment he is not at all responding to our calls. This is very bad customer support.

    @ACTFibernet You guys are shameless creatures...have been raising this from past 1 week but not fixed yet... Engineering closes the ticket without visiting and resolving the issue. Refund my money...I don't want to continue with you guys @ACTFibernet
