    @balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. My internet was down from yesterday morning. Two ETRs has passed still the connection is down. Helpdesk is impossible to reach. They say a support engineer will call be back in 30mins but no one called. Most reliable internet in city, my foot.

    @ACTFibernet In my Hyderabad society, almost every ACT Broadband user is facing slow internet. Despite repeated complaints, ACT keeps closing tickets without fixing issues. Looks like they’ve taken on more customers than they can handle — time to switch providers.

    @ACTFibernet This is for your information. This is the third of no inter. Three days and @ACTFibernet has not been able to fix the problem. Taken money and not providing internet

    @ACTFibernet It's best not to use @ACTFibernet . Local internet at times is better. They provide better service than @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care representative Shivam disconnecta the call when questions are asked. It's better to disconnect your service.

    @ACTFibernet wifi not working from yesterday. Raised complaint multiple times but nothing happened. Poor service.

    @ACTFibernet I have already given a request for disconnection as for three days you haven't been able to solve the problem. No updates from your side. Unprofessional service. High-handed attitude. It's better to move to jio

    @ACTFibernet Resolution time set for 3 tickets at 7.30 pm today, 1 for Internet not working, 2nd one for slow Internet connectivity another & 3rd one for refund/adjustment for non usages of @ACTFibernetHYD , but your bloody customer service ,technical team called only for ticket closure ☝🏻
