@ACTFibernet @MMH12169799 Manipulation of csat in act. If they get low scoring in csat they call customer on sunday they harrase and bang phone. They call from spam number. Something is not right with act.

@ACTFibernet My issue has not been resolved yet. I got a call around 10 days back that my router is Basic which is why I am getting slow speed and which will be replaced within some time but till now there has been no action. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Please do not bother. The internet has been made functional. It is not a problem when it is working, it gets traumatic when it doesn't. How come you have such a low count on ground crew?

@ACTFibernet with the kind of Effing service that you had provided, I had asked for disconnection and it was deactivated. Can you please enlighten me why there's a bill sent to me for June 2022 when the connection ended in May 2022.

@ACTFibernet Stop giving false promises. Ask your staff to treat customer properly first. A person called yamini from chennai branch office called customer on Sunday and harrased need explanation justice. What is need for her to harrase a customer calling voluntarily on Sunday.

@ACTFibernet : What a pathetic service. Every month the connectivity is down and you take around 24 hours to fix it. Sorry to say, This is not what a customer expects. Customer support doesn't have an escalation email ID or escalation point.
