@balamalladi @ACTFibernet I Really don't know how to contact U guys except Ur waste IVR system or not useful customer care number (not connecting at all). I've requested temp. disconnection after spending 3 days to contact ACT, still asking for bill. It's eating my precious time.

@ACTFibernet worst service I have not see this type service am raised new connection request on 20th Oct and same day payment also done and I got the message next day 21st Oct before 13 hrs your installation will be complete still non of your members are not done installation

@ACTFibernet ticket SR10366179108124 is again raised for complaint, called your technical person, very rude response from him, treat your customer as paid customer not as a freebies customer. The cable issue is 2nd time in this week, are they trained to do job well? Feedback?

@ACTFibernet From the last 6 months, your network has become worst.1st Issue Raised on 2nd May 2022.2nd Issue was Raised on 14th July.3rd Issue was Raised on 08 Sep and you closed the issue on 10th SEP.4th Issue was Raised on 21 OCT 2022.Till now not been resolved.Worst service
