    @ACTFibernet Yes, thanks - the box has been removed. But a new problem cropped up, can you arrange for internet connection with alternative option? 4 houses are without internet and we will be forced to move to new provider like Airtel or Jio if this can’t be addressed

    @BalaMalladi @ACTFibernet Since 3 weeks 4th ticket raised due to connectivity issue and now ita over 2 days, no resolution yet. Productivity is affected badly. What kind of customer focus its! Am appalled.
