Customer care can we expect a final ETA when the issue will resolve? Issue still not resolved. There were 2 ETA given, both were passed. Uday not giving response or picking call.

If no technician arrives in the next 1h 45m, I am officially moving to @JioCare. Your internal branch failures in Kukatpally are not my problem.
