    @ACTFibernet you are truly a terrible service. I have now not had internet for 18 hours. I have tweeted, texted, emailed, registered a complaint (13 hours ago), followed up, and had ZERO revert from your team. Really shocked at how little you care about your customers.

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 20 days I placed a request for new connection in Bengaluru,team here failed to do so,hence asked for refund of the payment, after 10 days haven't received any update, customer care is use(help)less. Any authority who will actually help here ?

    Deat ACT Fibrenet Team, you are cheating customers in the name of referrals scheme. multiple time SR has been placed and continue to close them without any updates to the complaints. Also, one has to wait 10 minutes to speak customer care. @ACTFibernet
