@airtelindia Guys why you don't work on your network in villages? This is reason people are moving to other carrier. Pathetic network coverage despite of network tower in my village (844102).

@sunnykarira @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Forget it Sunny. I waited for more than a year just listening to their excuses but no solution ever came. Airtel SMS doesn't arrive on VoWifi either. In the end, In moved to Jio and never looked back. Yes Jio remains mostly on VoWifi too but no SMS OTP issues on their network.
