  @airtelindia the worst network in Noida is Airtel, the revert from customer care executive is awesome. Because only a single line he knows"it will be resolved earlier" & the earlier time is 2 months. It means if we did a recharge for 3 months, they require 2 months for resolve it

  @airtelindia Why is ur customer service so bad?You made us travel back n forth 200kms thrice for a sim swap. Your sims get damaged often for no reason and to get a new sim, we have to go to that particular circle(other state)

  Jio service is so peculiar to understand! We recharge our number and they don't show it, then @JioCare fails to acknowledge even when we give proof on their WhatsApp support. Would rather like to switch, already @airtelindia is showing good indicators for the purpose. 🤔

  @airtelindia most pathetic and third rate service ,I went to your store at sector 50 noida for a sim swap today,provided my identification docs,received an alert from u guys mentioning that I need to visit again to submit docs again.ur call centre guy was most uncooperative.
