  @airtelindia Airtel black is one of the biggest scam by Airtel India...they said you will get a relationship manager , but they won't call you back for days. Plus they are extremely rude, doesn't know anything about issues and resolutions.

  Dear @airtelindia , I’m using the ₹449 Postpaid plan, but there’s still no proper 5G signal. Most of the time it’s only 4G,and I even have to climb onto a building to catch a weak 5G signal. Please improve the 5G coverage. The experience doesn’t match the Airtel 5G Plus promise.

  Ordered an @airtelindia WiFi UPS on 10 July. Since then, no call or update. I contacted customer service 3 times, and each time they said they’d expedite it and someone would call within 3 working hours. Still nothing. Don’t order WiFi UPS from Airtel. Terrible customer service.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Some engineers visited around 11pm at night & they said they will fix it at night while they have some urgent cases to attend and since this is just a ripout they said they ll fix it in 2hrs. I said its fine even if its fixed before 9am in the morning. Its 11:30am now.

  Been 24hrs - and - the WiFi is yet to show up. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s of no use to get nicely worded replies when your engineers on ground don’t match up to the online messaging! Two engineers came and checked and promised it will return in 5mins and it hasn’t still. One engineer said his name is wrongly given in the customer msg and he’s not servicing our area. And there is zero accountability for customer complaint on 121.

  Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. I booked a Wi-Fi + TV plan, but only Wi-Fi was installed while I was charged ₹1,500. I paid for a bundled service that was never delivered. This feels like mis-selling.I expect an immediate resolution. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India
