@Vinay_Chugh @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They used to be good till i was a platinum customer but now coz of covid i had to temporarily disconnect some of my broadband and dth connections and now they can’t even read basic english in tweets!

I dialed @airtelindia customer care at 4 PM to sought out the issue and I was assured that I will get a call back. Nothing happened. After 8 PM, my fuming wife, who is without a number and works in banking sector, dialed the customer care. More misery was waiting for her.

The @airtelindia executive was of no help. Repeated the same script of taking out sim, switching phone again --tried that thrice-- but it still didn't work. My wife insisted on speaking to supervisor. After a prolong waiting, she finally spoke to him.

I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence
