    @Airtel_Presence Day 80 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no improvement. Waiting until day 90 . After that for sure not only this number but my entire society members who are using Airtel connections will PORT to another network. You cross my patience limit.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago internet is not working on computers at home. Whule airtel says "as per update internet is working at your home". Whereas noone visited and my kids are for 5 days now without online classes. Pathetic, pathetic service by airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been bound to write you on twitter cause the Nodal Team and the Appellate Team don’t respond to the E-mails and the issues are still pending. This is not so good effective handling of issues and poor customer satisfaction.

    @airtelindia i have been using airtel extreme fiber from last month and getting on and off issues with that. I have told that it'll give 100 mbps speed but it's giving me between 10-20 mbps. And this issue not get resolved even after asked many times. Please have look.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service request- 35337768 . It’s been 4 days that i’ve contacted the customer service for replacement of my defective exstream STB remote control.I was told it would be resolved within 24 hours and now onground team is denying the stock available.

    @airtelindia today is 13th day of DTH is down at my home. And no one in the company to listen the customer plight. Today an automated message came & a Service Engineer was scheduled to visit and solve the problem by 6 pm. Just received a call from the Service Engineer that….

    @airtelindia Worst service. Set Top Box already returned (Shiprocket confirmed), yet Ekart keeps sending wrong pickup requests. My WiFi router is still not picked up. Fix this within 24 hours or I escalate to Consumer Forum. @EkartLogistics
