How bad this new @Airtel_Presence app - Linked phone pay and reacharge mobile. Money deducted from account but @airtelindia still is not updating it's back end so mobile account is blocked. How shitty the app they created ..... Bunch of ..... #Airtel

They never come and see what is going on. If we ask them then immediately call to police file Case against common man.

@heymriganka @airtelindia Even I have the same issue. Airtel activated Hotstar VIP for my Airtel number yesterday without my consent. When I tried to complaint the agent told to me that I have only claimed it from my end. She even disconnected the call rudely without any proper resolution.
