    How bad this new @Airtel_Presence app - Linked phone pay and reacharge mobile. Money deducted from account but @airtelindia still is not updating it's back end so mobile account is blocked. How shitty the app they created ..... Bunch of ..... #Airtel

    @idea_cares I complained and complained about the network issue I had with @Idea a several times! Everytime I get the same answer, kindly wait for 2 weeks, its been 3 times I've complained and 6 months since I've been waiting. @airtelindia I think the time has come now!

I have been #airtel customer for 10+ yrs plus w/ 3 mbl srvc. since last yr im complaining #network issues & they didn't do a shit. but prompt in disconnecting outgoing/incoming. Look up my tweets.

    @Airtel_Presence So nothing happen from @airtelindia - Signal is still very low - I will wait till 10th of this month as the lady representative told that team will work on boosting the signal strength. Otherwise #MNP is last option to #idea

After hundreds of calls, and tweets nobody literally nobody is helping. Looks like they want to go out of business by providing the worst customer services.

    @airtelindia was on office trip to kashid in Maharashtra was so sad to see there was no network.Last two days was very bad no calls no message.I would just to boost the connectivity in this region as it's a tourist spot. Jio network in this region is awesome.

    My father has recharged with 1700₹ + Rupees for the annual plan, on number 9336779026 but he is not allowed to get unlimited 5g data on his number, is this will be a way of service by your company then we will shift to another network as of now we have 6 @airtelindia connection.
