    @chode_kiran @KTRBRS @airtelindia Ameenpur municipal playing duel roll, if common ask about issue, we don’t know on this issue, we will take serious action on them, but never happens till date. They never come and see what is going on. If we ask them then immediately call to police file Case against common man.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yesterday it rained nd from then on no signal from Airtel. Very strange.. I think i have to face this when ever there r rains and its monsoon season too.. we r in advanced years still airtel throwing issues which used to happen in olden days

    @idea_cares I complained and complained about the network issue I had with @Idea a several times! Everytime I get the same answer, kindly wait for 2 weeks, its been 3 times I've complained and 6 months since I've been waiting. @airtelindia I think the time has come now!

    @airtelindia Escalation- I opted for Port out to relocate from one place to another with same network but upc not generated even after clearing due. Repeatedly getting same msg, but executive said technical issue. Need correct information on the same.

    How bad this new @Airtel_Presence app - Linked phone pay and reacharge mobile. Money deducted from account but @airtelindia still is not updating it's back end so mobile account is blocked. How shitty the app they created ..... Bunch of ..... #Airtel

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my customer id 3010302743 having airtel dth. Airtel forcing cuatomers to select the package and activating the default package on thier own with out informing customers. We still have time till march 31st & forcing us to migrate in feb itself

    @airtelindia Paid for a new Wi-Fi connection on 29 May 2026 and was promised installation by 31 May. It's now been over 4 days with no installation and no meaningful update. Support only says it's "escalated to the highest level." Very disappointing service

    @airtelindia Please refund my money immediately. Your team is still unable to install the WiFi connection and the installation keeps getting delayed again and again. I no longer wish to continue with the order. Kindly cancel it and process my full refund as soon as possible.

    They will book your order and take payment but won’t show up for installation and avoid your calls. There’s no proper helpline. The customer care centre is also clueless. It’s a mechanism of duping the customers to mint money. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @bhartiairtelfdn
