    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I upgraded my box to xtream box on 10th and since then it is not working with alexa but issue not been resolved yet and surprisingly no one knows about the feature. No one is helping out from customer support.

    @Prateek07295704 @airtelindia @AxisBank The same thing happened to me , as per my understanding after so many call/ mail to axis customer care that - the problem arises due to tha axis airtel cc is newly issued by axis and the axis bank system is taking payment gateway name and the bank has no clue
