    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

    @airtelindia I've been using Airtel's Voicemail service on my SIM, but for a few months now, when I dial 52555 to check it, I keep getting a message saying, "Sorry, due to some technical error, we cannot process your request right now." Kindly fix & write back asap. Thankyou.

    @airtelindia you are more poor in revolving issue than a puncture wala. It has been 7 days you people are not able to rectify my wifi and DTH issue. Complaint no.10895110942. Even a local service provider is 1000 times better than you. Won't ever use your service again.#airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been victimized by mis-selling. Your executive told me to give a fake 5G location for setup and promised it would work at my home. It doesn't work, yet I’m being charged for a service I can't use. I want an immediate refund and deactivation.
