They slide into the DMs and promise callbacks which they never do. But send a message saying that they tried reaching.

  Same scenario near vasanth nagar, kphb. Raised complaint 3 times, they asked to share the location and I did. They closed the ticket after few days, saying it got resolved. Not callback to check/feedback. Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
