As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. What could the issue be ? And finally it registers after like few weeks which is weird but Jio gets registered instantly

Kindly check and refund my 15 to my DTH account. Why unnecessary amount deduction happened, This is not acceptable from one of reputed service provider .
