    @airtelindia For all these which is shown in video...You need to have speed for internet whi h never gets. If complains..You just pass it to eachother like football. Pathetic cistomer service which is forcing to disconnect service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever I complain about the network issue; you guys have got the same excuse. You are fast in terms of collecting money but your internet speed is not that fast. If the problem continue to persist then extend my recharge date. Very bad service.

    Service of #Airtel and I have paid them for 6 month in advance. Every second day @airtelindia is down at my place. --- 8.8.8.8 ping statistics --- 33 packets transmitted, 19 packets received, 42.4% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 118.765/119.286/119.814/0.310 ms

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the fourth time I am raising a broadband complaint for poor broadband coverage. Either the complaint gets auto-resolved without any follow ups, or the customer executive shows up and asks for more money. Worst Wifi and Customer Experience.
