After raising multiple tickets from the past 10 days today an engineer comes home he says sir we have done backend configuration and now in my mobile it's showing 100 mbps . I am trying to tell him the issue is still there and it's the same with my devices he never listens to . It's showing 100 on my phone and he just leaves . I call his manager to complain about the same and he is next level . He gives a reply saying technician mobile shows 100 mbps issue resolved. What kind of people you hire as managers and engineers
