I don't know Why @airtelindia is making ads like they are the No 1 network provider. You need to check the ground level instead of relying only on your employees. Your network is getting worst day by day and your services are too bad that you don't have executive to talk on.

@airtelindia on 12/11/2020 I was charged Rs 3998 twice for ir roaming pack because of airtel server problem. On 26/11/2020 i was given complaint no CONRC21112840446 with assurance of money back in 15 days.On 22/12 Miss shashikala from airtel told me no refund would be available
