    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is very bad to see how you treat your customers! I’ve been here without my wifi connection for almost 24 hours now and still I am getting response from your customer service it’ll take more than 15 hours more for a technician to visit my home.

    @singla_parvesh @airtelindia Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    Pathetic service from Airtel. Even after purchasing International roaming pack I am facing no network since arrival. After emailing them the issue they are suggesting me to call on 121 and register the email address. how m I supposed to call when I have no network?? @airtelindia
