    @airtelindia, there are two issues with the Airtel Business account. Once the service is suspended due to non payment of the bill on time, you need another internet service to make the payment. At least Airtel website should be allowed to use.

    @airtelindia I have recharged my IR pack of Rs 118. I am not receiving sms. The airtel app says it will be activated once I'm aboard. But i am already outside India. The WhatsApp communication is of no use and the same goes with the Help in Airtel No Thanks app .

    @airtelindia The new customer service agent when called by the user cannot see the description/issue of the complaint raised by the previous agent, due to which the user has to explain everything once again. This wastes the users time and causes delayed resolution
