    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s been 18+ days since installation of Airtel Xstream Fiber, yet IPTV not installed. Taking full payment without service = clear deficiency. Already complained on National Consumer Helpline. Last warning before consumer court.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a ticket to resolve internet connectivity issue on my corporate postpaid number. You just closed the ticket saying `Resoved`. but still i'm facing internet issues. Looks like its time to PORT to @reliancejio ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I'm airtel retailers. I can sale sims , do recharge but if customer came for sim replacement then I don't have option of sim swap. So please active my sim swapping rights as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud. My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.
