    Hie @airtelindia I want to port into Airtel as @ViCustomerCare service is degrading day by day. I have complaint since last 3 months after recharging for whole year recharge still problem is not solving. But the problem is recharge amount is getting waste.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago IF I have paid for a service (mobile recharge) I should get a proper invoice. Everyperson in your customer service says Airtel has no policy to produce invoice copy. Is this how you are using the money? Without payment recipts?
