    @airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

    @airtelindia I have recharged for 399 plan (1.5 gb/day) for 56days using airtel bank section for my airtel app. I used 50 rupee off coupon and made payment. However I got recharge of 349 plan instead of 399, which is 2.5 gb per day for 29 days. Fix this **** or I am gonna port it

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 cust care calls 3 issue ref. nos. and 3 assurances from care rep. in last 12 days and my DTH issue still remains unattended. So much for airtel black luxury and yes the wait time on black cust care has gone to 2 minutes from 1 during this time. FYI

    If there is any fault in ur STB then why will i suffer then!! I m airtel's dth customer since 5yrs!! This is not done that u guys have chargee me for 450rs for the STB!!! Also u have again provided a repaired STB!! This is not the kind of service I expect from @airtelindia
