  @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

  Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia, broadband services are down for more than 27 hours now and there’s no real commitment from Airtel customer support team. Even the area manager has switched off his mobile phone so that no one questions him. Am from Maharashtra, Ulhasnagar. Please tell whom to reach.
