@CoolVed1988 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And the fun part was they were trying to reach you on a number which you are using in a dongle. Although I had provided them my alternate number but these people will not call on that number. Pathetic service. I am going to write an email to my HR that I don't need airtel.

Airtel now smartly avoiding direct calls to customer care and even we don't have Chat Bot. 121 or 198 will not solve all our problems. Earlier it was good, just wait for 10 minutes to connect to customer care . Please call back @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

@airtelindia is one of the worst post paid connections....and the sad part is there customer support is more pathetic...there is no option to raise complaint against the sale representative who misbehaved and their IVR options also sucks..

@airtelindia Hi request you to kindly disconnect my landline internet connection which is almost 17 year old now, I have taken jio after repeated complaints of you about internet disconnections while we are on office call/speed issues. Or disconnect my internet N I keep landline.
