    @Airtel_Presence Anyway thanks after long long time today's evening your mobile network tower has been started hence we can pay now but people those who have lost their pack validity without use do have any compensation plan? absolutely not. @airtelindia

    Airtel Network is biggest problem in our area ( Jitwarpur , 841219) problems are going on . If airtel doesn't improve our network then 2k customer will be shifted in Jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @hharris_007 @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You will get the same in Jio, It's almost 15 days since I complained and the problem remains same. They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

    @airtelindia what a great service airtel broadband is providing to the customers of india. From 18th of Jan i have raised the request of plan change, but till now my plan has not been changed. I have talk customers executives many times they only have one execuse of server down.
