@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

@airtelindia - Fiber Broad band issue - Every Monday it gets down - at 342008 ETA given to restore service is 1:18 PM but service still not resumed , Did Airtel deduct the amount for bill for not providing service.

@airtelindia I'm unable to talk to executive. I dial 121, follow steps, eventually leads me to Airtel App w/o getting my query resolved. None talk either. Who am i supposed to raise my issue with? I have Fibre plan of 799pm, i wanna downgrade to 499, but it's Not showing in plans

Airtel pathetic customer service for shifting connection within city. Services request 92906037 promise to shift within 24hr but even after 72hrs not even single update. I am closing the connection and now you chase me to clear my pending dues. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
