@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

@airtelindia The worst Network provider in India with untrained employees who don’t even know .com spelling to update email address. They ask me to wait for 5 days just update an email I’d and on 5th day they said email address was not mentioned correctly by their own cust agent
