@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

Still waiting for new Airtel DTH connection installation. Every day following up with customer care for the installation and every day they made commitments for same day. Not sure how lone it will take more days. I did not expect this type of service from Airtel. @airtelindia
