@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

Hey @airtelindia, are you stepsister of @vodafone because it's been a month I changed from Vodafone to @airtelindia & you are becoming incorrigible - constant call drops or network issue. Visiting ur store & complaining even didn't help.

@airtelindia Every night from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM I faced a heavy internet issue. I don't know what you are doing. Every time they took a complaint it wasn't solved. But if I recharge the pack then it will be automatically solved. Is this your plan to take money from customers?
