    You guys took a technology upgrade request and informed me it will be done within 24hrs on 18/8/2022 and keep on extending your timeline till now. Even yesterday your team called & informed that today service technician will be visiting so I took a leave which is LOP.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia pathetic network in our area and it's been like this for past 6 yrs, wonder what Airtel can do about it, complained numerous times and yet no action. I feel either a tower beds to be installed it tower beds to be checked for optimal performance

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have worst Broadband speed & Call network coverage in my area though its within city limits! Broadband speed is worst than the 2g data network speed & calls just keeps dropping off very frequently! Please address this concern at the very earliest!

    Absolutely sad when you treat foreigners with such hostility, .@airtelindia. Someone I met, had a horrible experience at one of the stores in Mysore today. She didn't get any support in either Kerala or Karnataka - you BEGAN her connection from the date SHE APPLIED for the visa!

    Dear @airtelindia pls spend money on giving proper network connection rather on adds, I'm frm Kanakadas Nagar Mysore, we've vry poor connection in this region, I have complained about this several times but they keep on telling same reason as tower yet add, pls do somthing.

    Really disappointed with the service of Airtel Digital TV platform prior to Airtel we were using Tata Sky which was flawless in terms of signal and had never faced issue with the signal but with airtel facing problems from day1.Nobody has solved problem till date @airtelindia

    Airtel Fraud Alert !!! I had raised a disconnection request for my @airtelindia Black connection associated with Account Number 20035840740 on 25th February 2026. The request number is 395KVX52KJ. Following the request, the device pickup was successfully completed on 7th March 2026. I had also cleared all dues up to 24th February 2026. However, despite the disconnection request and device pickup, bills are still being generated against my account till date. Additionally, I have been receiving repeated threatening calls from one of your collection agents from the number 08655474652. He has been calling me 4–5 times every month regarding bill payment recovery and has used abusive and threatening language during the calls. The exact words used by him include: “Bhosdiwale aukat nahi hai to use kyu kiya bhadwe” “Madarchod paisa bhar warna ghar ke samne aake sabke samne ghasitke sare gharwaloko marunga” Even after informing him multiple times that the disconnection request was raised on 25th February 2026 and the device pickup has already been completed, the harassment has continued. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I am no longer willing to tolerate such threats and mental harassment. I am proceeding towards filing an FIR for my safety and security. Before taking legal action, I believe it is my responsibility to officially report this matter to your team through this email. Please also note that I have already escalated this issue multiple times through customer care channels, but no resolution or proper response has been provided so far. I request you to immediately: Stop the incorrect bill generation. Investigate the conduct of the collection agent. Confirm closure of my account and outstanding issue in writing. Ensure no further threatening communication is made towards me.

Their customer care and escalation is useless.. I had so many experiences with icici, upstox.. They don't care for business anymore..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what is this nonsense?? I have recharged my prepaid number with the amt. of Rs. 548/-. It has benefits with it & one is of free airtel xstream play on the app. Now when I am claiming it, it is not getting activated. Resolve my issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia I tried porting from physical sim to esim and the porting did not work. As qr code was not working , called airtel 5 timea they can’t solve my issue, now my physical sim is blocked and my airtel number is not working , can u fix my issie in priority
