(2/3) Please see that the customer care executives just don't do the work just for the sake of doing it, but be like Ms. Vandana Kapoor who takes the issue as her own and gets it resolved. The SR took 5 days to get completed which has hurt me a lot. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
