Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , why are you having such a poor customer service who doesn't know what an invoice and bill is ? Simply saying cannot provide invoice for installation, and in ThanksApp invoice couldn't be generated, if this not sorted, I'll disconnect airtel.
