    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's frustrating when you see a 5G signal but your data still disappears so fast! 😩 It feels like these big telecom companies, even the biggest ones like Airtel, just can't handle their networks anymore. We complain, but does anyone listen?

    @airtelindia Service Request # 31-1000013076197. Have been getting Zero Network connectivity at my Home premises. Zero Accountability by Airtel. Complaint raised multiple times, no support whatsoever. Atrocious service

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into your recent smart connection aka band steering. It’s creating lot of issues and WiFi freeze which your ground team is unable to fix. In age of AI they are suggesting use of wired cable. Pathetic. Complain#11028611830

    @airtelindia Internet in our area (Balasore) has been unusable for a long time. Despite full signal, we can’t even use basic apps or browsing. This is not temporary—it’s been like this for years. Please escalate and fix this urgently or we’ll raise it with TRAI. #AirtelDown

    @Airtel_Presence What about the compensation,wifi is down since 15 days it’s unacceptable, worst thing, if the service is down from your end why do you charge your customers, enough Is enough.     @HBhagwathi @airtelindia Are you an Airtel fibre user or SIM. Airtel fibre has a lot of issues, Jio will give you better connectivity but the problem with jio is that their wired fibre is not everywhere and their network has generally high latency.
