@JioCare Requesting you to please improve the coverage and data Speed inside the Rajiv Gandhi University campus at Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. It is currently well below standards. @airtelindia network is far better. I don't want to port out as yet.

@reliancejio it has been more than 10 hours now but there is no sight of your network here at Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Of late, this has been a regular phenomenon with Jio. I rue the day when I decided to go with Jio. It’s time to port out to @airtelindia

@airtelindia i opt for airtel because of poor Internet speed of @reliancejio. But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

@airtelindia Why you do not have broadband service in some main city area of Hyderabad? @ACTFibernet & @HathwayBrdband have better coverage in such area, where you still don't have service.

@airtelindia @TRAI I made recharge for my prepaid number 9677365632 on Oct19, 2020.The amount is debited from my account but recharge not done. So, I have another recharge on Oct20.The first recharge amount is not credited back to my account. the customer service is poor on this

@airtelindia copper is always better compared to fiber. Since we got fiber in area speed increased however frequent disconnection in wfh scenario difficult to manage. Many ppl I'm area facing issue.. pls help

Does anyone else with an Airtel SIM + iPhone XR face this issue? I tend to lose network completely on my phone once or twice a day. Need to turn the phone off and restart, and only then network returns. Wondering if it’s an issue with the sim or the phone. @airtelindia @Apple

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I purchased an airtel sim with no. 8754453635 on 29th Jan by wasting around Rs.750. Till now the E-Sim is not activated. I have visited 3 times to airtel store and called 8 times to customer care, Received verification call as well. Go to hell
