But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

You raise complaints to appellate authorities and what happens next , the ticket closes the very next day without a resolution, happened once after writing to concerned authorities and this is now second time, screenshot attached. How do they operate? You raise a ticket and you receive a sms acknowledging a ticket is open and will be resolved within 2 weeks and you wait for another email saying it resolved and you don’t receive it , you go back to app to check it is closed. You are in assumption that 2 week resolution was given and you forget and that is what they catch on to and close tickets ? Appellate authorities at Airtel are just a laughing stock bots. You send email , boom ticket is closed. Highly doubt if the individual actually exist or work to provide or to any complaints @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #Portoutairtel #airtel #nonetworkairtel

This morning I reported it to Airtel customer care. They raised a ticket and I got the technician’s contact. I spoke to the technician at 10 AM this morning and he said he’d come in 1 hour. It’s been almost 8 hours now and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. @airtelindia @airtelnews
