But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

During this process I spoke to customer care for charges asked by service engineer that time I was assured no charges but now it's billed. Wake up stop such fraudulent activities.

Services stopped May 15 (Ref: 11029816096). Over 2 months later, you still haven't picked up the outdoor unit or processed my pending refund.
