    @airtelindia i opt for airtel because of poor Internet speed of @reliancejio. But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

    @airtelindia There is no network from last two days. My mobile no 9854188595 is fully dead.

    @reliancejio it has been more than 10 hours now but there is no sight of your network here at Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Of late, this has been a regular phenomenon with Jio. I rue the day when I decided to go with Jio. It’s time to port out to @airtelindia

    Must be highlighted for all to see. And the nonsense about 3 month plan and 6 and 1 year plan.. ur a internet service provider not Banking fixed deposit..just because some idiots pay you doesn't mean it's a. Right scheme..Atleast @airtelindia kept some transparency..Sic!

    @Airtel_Presence More than 24 hours now. Your team member even called and promised they will visit us soon to find a solution (that was a few hours back.) I am visiting from USA, and expected much better service and follow through… my 86-year old father is quite frustrated. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have upgraded a airtel wifi plan but still not updated and contacted the airtel customer care but they are still saying wait for 4 hours and its upto 24hrs still not get any conclusions. Thanks for the great service.

    @airtelindia @AirtelDth4 You guys are fraudulent. You changed the customer package by your own wish. And when talked with customer care.. there is a readymade answer "this is done from broadcast".

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am getting internet issues from yesterday and unable to use my broadband when tried reaching customer care there is no option to connect with anyone there and on the Airtel thanks app from the morning they're only providing the TAT again and again

    @airtelindia We have opted your service For Airtel Fiber on 4th march 2023. Your Executive Told by 5th march 2023 your broadband will be installed, Today is 8th March but still No Installation is happened and even your executive is not receiving call, Kindly Refund our money.
