@airtelindia i opt for airtel because of poor Internet speed of @reliancejio. But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

@airtelindia Pathetic service support mechanism that too in a metro like Chennai. FEDUP and migrating to @reliancejio Fibre. Unsurprisingly, Airtel don't mind losing a decade old customer and they are least bothered in addressing a simple BB issue. BYE hopesles @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nit getting internet for last 1 week. Continuosly calling, but no response. Finally found airtel people only have cut and taken away main wire, as they want to force our apartment to shift to fiber. Need immediate fix, CANT WORK FOR A WEEK!
