@airtelindia i opt for airtel because of poor Internet speed of @reliancejio. But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

@airtelindia tried reaching your customer care no. But it seems that there is only AI , no customer support executive to hear ,this is how you treat your trusted customers, very disappointing.

Very pathetic response on IVR 121. When you promise that Zero Complaints. We now know where this comes from Airtel does not provide a Complaint Number for unplanned outage which is totally against the TRAI guidelines. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
