@airtelindia i opt for airtel because of poor Internet speed of @reliancejio. But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Remove the illegitimate charges included in our bill for the International Roaming daily pack - which was neither requested nor used.Already paid the normal bill amount for the period 11-Sep-2022 to 11-Oct-2022, do not disconnect the service.

But I am asking @airtelindia, why have you put my service in safe custody, when I asked for complete cancellation of service. I was also informed by the customer executive that this had happened due to an error from the backend team.

@airtelindia my family's work's struggling for past two weeks because of no WiFi strength and we've tried registering a complaint both telephonically and via app but to no avail. And the 1 visit by technicians have also not bore any fruit. Please I request you to look into this🙏

@airtelindia Pathetic service First improve your 4g and coustomer care services Even your calling service is worse. After doing recharge unable to use the service I paid for , what else you want form your coustomer their property. Worse worse worse.

@airtelindia i recently took connection but not installed yet. If company doesn't know if ports are available in bldg then they shldnt take money. Time is imp for WFH & delay is causing mental stress. Fix fast or refund! #patheticairtel #airtelservicesucks
