  @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am not getting the satisfied response from them. Previously the TAT was 12.30 PM in the afternoon but no one came or called me. I called you guys again and then the TAT was 5.30 PM but still there is no resolution. I can't call you guys again and again for a resolution. (2/3)

  @airtelindia I have been facing network issue since morning! And tried to contact customer care several times and the automated part guides to nowhere. Kindly help me out. This is some worst kind of automated service which you people have currently.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet has not been working for the last 7 days. I’ve raised multiple complaints through the Airtel Thanks app, but the tickets are being closed automatically without resolving the issue. Please arrange an engineer visit at the earliest.
