    tried doing data recharge of 251, 3 times the payment gateway failed, and 3 coupans are showing used, till now waiting, coupans are not reverted back. 20210726547994 complain no. but still no resolution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank

    @airtelindia , I said yes but after sometimes other channel which I am watching be blank. I ask for visit and inspect where is problem. He insisted for resolution code. But I didn't share resolution code. He again call for resolution code and I ask for visit.

    @airtelindia moreover talking to customer care is also pain as there is no direct IVR which will take me there..further came to know that only 79 is the min recharge after sim crosses 180 days ..why this desc not appearing on 45rs plan which would have helped me on first instance
