    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very much annoyed now with airtel internet tv connection issue. It's been a month one after the other issue. Err code CL022 can't play any internet content

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why do you expect customers to know Hindi when we raise request for DTH connection. Why is that your customer care always speaks in Hindi for DTH request. The moment we ask them to speak in other language they disconnect.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Acct Rln No 13035521. Interaction No 1168795948. For the last 2months tried multiple times calling customer care & twitter. But the problem remains as it is. NO ONE BOTHERS. Due to no feasible getting 8MBPS speed only & charged 999 plan. SOS
