    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    15 years. 1 number. Linked to everything. Gone. 5 days without network because Airtel deactivated my SIM for an eSIM request and still can’t fix it. Store blames backend. Cust care blames store. Nobody solves it. Just incompetence. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #DigitalIndia
