    I am ashamed to say that i an Airtel customer for 12+ year. First thing I am gonna do is to port as soon as I land in India .. being a top telecom company you don’t have minimum sense how to treat your customers ? Do you really need 1 month to get an alternate sim ? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia worst experience... Unable to use internet any time. 2GB per day not even completing 50 mb... Worst customer service.., but in advertisements 0 complaints... 0 issues.

    @airtelindia I am outside India and my sim got corrupted so requested for new sim almost a month back with all the documents but still your showroom ppl could not arrange one sim for me .. they are not even aware of the process properly..disgusting customer service fro you. cont

    Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior by @airtelindia broadband team. They called me various times for their broadband service. I was promised that installation would be done by today, so I paid ₹3560/ but unfortunately they neither installed and nor picking up calls.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Some time my airtel is not working. Sometime when I make a call to someone, it is connected to another number. Butt does not seem to be from Airtel number.

    @airtelindia Very very disturbing. No tower and were my daily data eat off without using it? U made me remember of land line when it gets dead. Sameway signal comes and goes in the heart of metro city. Worst service day by day
