Despite having a 5G unlimited plan, speeds drop so badly that I can’t even work properly on my Mac. The worst part? There’s no proper way to raise a complaint. Your AI chatbot is ineffective, and even when I try to report the issue, it doesn’t work. This is not acceptable.
