    @airtelindia @airtelnews My number has been closed permanently on 15 Dec 2022, i have visited Airtel Store on 16th Dec ( a week ago ) they have taken my alternate number, but yet not resolution provided. Since the time i have visited 2 times in the store but all wasted.

    @airtelindia My internet connection is down since more than 50 hours. Executives quote all random reasons, say there is problem in chandigarh, the same connection on grnd floor of my building working fine and I live on the first floor. Exec was ok with my plan to switch to JIO.

    @airtelindia - claiming to have 5G in Bangalore is an eyewash. It barely works. Only 2 or 3 areas get 5G. All others are 4G only. If I select 5G setting on my phone it becomes erratic. Poor implementation. @Airtel_Presence #5G #Airtel5G

    @airtelindia seriously that's how you treat your long term customer. I have been waiting for 3 days for a call back which was promised to me and still there is no resolution. Seems like all you care about is Money not providing resolution. Hope this will get your attention.

    In this age of digital transformation, the leading telecom brand of India, @airtelindia not accepting E-aadhar or E-PAN as document of proof, though as per government regulations, these should be the valid documents 🤔 @DoT_India if anyone can resolve the issue??
