    @airtelindia worst service from your side...Based on your Ad for Airtel black I wanted to get a connection. It has been more than 72 hrs now no person called me regarding this and is this the service you give to a customer ? Need an answer for this now ! Lost faith in u guys !

    @TRAI i am facing network related issue with @airtelindia network i have complained so many times till it’s not getting clear. Facing very bad issues always network is reconnecting I can’tuse the proper 4G data service in my city but am paying for 4G service. Please look into it

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    I didn't know if a month was needed to cancel and reimburse the money. Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (request No. 042710078685) still no refunded i call to 198 and many times to customer care but no use of it. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia #verypoorcustomerservice

    @airtelindia I am not following reg this issue from recent time, Very long time itself complain given there is no response. If @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Really supports customers means need solutions when i was gave complaint.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

    I still dont understand how airtel is the best 4G network in India....coz in the city centre the signal strength i get is hardly one single point. @airtelindia is also good at cheating people ... they say we have taken your complaint. But never respind to your complaint

    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raised request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. nothing is happening. what is the point of airtel black ?

    Very disappointed with the behaviour of the @airtelindia staff & store manager at their store in #Purnia, #Bihar. The response has been unprofessional, rude, & lacking customer sensitivity. Customers deserve timely resolution of their issues. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Please note that I opted for bundled services for my family plan, phone, WiFi and IPTV, your store person made a mistake and logged for DTH services which I never requested, this issues is going on since 25th April,26, paid 2000 INR, yet not resolved, Pl do needful.

    . @airtelindia definitely has one of the worst services! I moved from Blr last month and ofc I had to terminate/cancel my Airtel WiFi subscription. I very nicely raised a ticket and sent an email - because guess what there’s no option to directly cancel. I waited for their call back - nothing! Then the month ends and I ofc did not recharge the WiFi bill bc hellooo I ain’t using it anymore- and I’ve been getting call from Airtel representatives like clockwork daily!! I very politely asked them first 2 times that “ma’am I raised a request to cancel my connection, and I’ve received no support, please fix that first , as I have a prepaid plan and I don’t use the WiFi anymore I am not recharging again!” One of them said, “ sure ma’am we’ve put the complaint and let you know” , another one said “ma’am we don’t have cancellation services” - are you kidding me ??? What am I supposed to doooo??
