  @airtelindia I own postpaid no 9420723676 and want to convert it in prepaid number. I have contacted Airtel express house in Navshakti arcade Bhusaval. The person on hearing the case refuses to do and told my login ID is not working you may go to Jalgaon 25km away for the purpose
