They are just taking care of ads & promotions "baaki customer jaaye bhaad me." I am following since yesterday for line shifting but no one is turning up. Worst support.

    I have @reliancejio fiber but unable to send even text msg.Too slow internet speed. No benefit of C. care and mails to them. I am feeling forced to switch to @airtelindia. Jio convinced to get fiber for enhanced speed but now unable to text with 4G.
