    @airtelindia your customer service is completely collapsed. 1. Service ticket closed without any action n updates 2. App wipes out old tickets history 3. U send sms asking feedback but response to 59099 doesn't work 4. Ur cust rep. disconnect call when they don't have answer..

    Airtel xtreme is pathetic broadband service I took airtel xtreme and within one day the internet connection broke. Now I have been pleading these people to fix the network for the past 3 days.They just say they'll fix it in half an hour. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    I don't know what's wrong with u guys @airtelindia. Why are ur internet services so ****** up here in jaipur. I can't play a simple YouTube video even in 360p without buffer. Here in college we have exams from Monday and I need a good connectivity. Please solve the issue.

    @airtelindia This to update you on the service cancellation request raised 20 days ago was not done inspire if sending mail to your SBM and other heads. There was no service used on new activations done in it. Now bill in generated fir 2500 rs. Your CC, NET r incapable-9884618819
