@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after series of complaint the issue resolved but how can I pay full Bill amount, Discount has to be given on rised bill it's fault by #Airtel has to take responsibility.

@Airtel_Presence was billed extra amount for my Airtel landline. Got to know through your customer care rep that 1800 numbers (i.e. toll free numbers) are considered Premium Numbers.This is odd considering they're called 'Toll Free' @airtelindia. @TRAI plz look into this. #airtel
