  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

  @airtelindia I don't know why there is 121 and 198 as customer care numbers... Please set up the IVR properly to connect with the customers. If possible, atleast try to help the customers. I am using airtel from many years and contacted many times to support but helpless🙏
