@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

Wtf is going @airtelindia I'm hvng 262 rs in my airtel acc. nd aded 150 for the minimum balnce in morning at 7.55 and still my fastag is blacklisted, I'm paying double at tolls I wnt my money bck. Othr banks fastags get activated waiting secnds, shame on u @airtelnews @PMOIndia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia recently ported from VI to airtel. How many months I need to wait to go back to VI? One of the worst ever network please any new users don't take Airtel it's looting your money and time because they will send unwanted messages 25- 50 per day.

@airtelindia my fully functional airtel mobile number (was not registered on network for 3-4 days) on enquiry from airtel store was informed that, it has been deleted. It stopped working/deleted without any prior intimation or information. Rectify the problem at the earliest.

@airtelindia @TRAI Airtel is blocking the network connection of users for not recharging the number. Is it allowed for Telecom providers to block users from network after their current plan expires for delaying recharge for two days? Even they don't have a customer care number.
