    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

    @airtelindia your service is very pathetic. I applied for a new postpaid sim and it's been a week, there is no response as well as every time your store manager comes up with a new excuse. No more AIRTEL, SWITCHING TO OTHER NETWORK WHO RESPECT CUSTOMER.
