    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

    Customer service is worst in Airtel Xtream Fibre. Every service company has customer care service, and @airtelindia has *customer don't care service*. service request no. 10063711668 raised on 19-07-2022 is still not solved as on 23-07-2022. We need to daily follow up them.

    @airtelindia After making payment for airtel broadband connection on time, receipt issued by Airtel, Money deducted from my credit card - Airtel status says amount due and service will be disconnected. No resolution after repeated follow up. Extremely disappointed with Airtel
