@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

Hey @airtelindia. I applied for a FASTag through the Airtel Thanks app. It's been more than 14 days but I haven't received any update on the same. It still shows status as "Validating order", and calling on 8800688006 doesn't help. Could you please help me with this issue. Thanks
