  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

  @airtelindia has the worst customer service. You cannot get on a call with customer service team and the airtel thanks app and itd chatbot is useless. Also, my wifi connection got over and thry have started billing me monthly without even asking me.

  @airtelindia is sach a fraud company, 1st of all their network is terrible.nd if you accidentally use more data then they automatically slow down your internet speed. The connection isn't even stable in my area;I purchased unlimited 5G plan, yet I'm only able to use 2GB per/d.
