No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

Can't raise a complaint, can't reach support, and the app keeps repeating the same expired "5–6 hour" ETA. This is directly impacting my WFH job and causing losses. Unacceptable service.
