    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

    Dear @airtelindia this is 7th time in a month I am facing issue for internet. Earlier your team took 72 hrs to solve problems.2 engineers visited the area and solved after 72 hrs. Now after immediately 48 hrs, problems has again started. Now no one is picking the call

    @airtelindia @airtelpresence Why are not acting on SR 13899482518 for shifting my wifi connection? I have been calling you everyday since 9 Aug. You're trying to push Airfiber while my location has FTTH. Your service technician confirmed this. Just delaying and disservice.

    @airtelindia A new Airtel tower has been installed in our area, but 5G service is still not enabled. We are facing poor network connectivity and the signal keeps fluctuating. Please look into this and enable 5G service on the newly installed site in our area. 📶
