No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

Jio called me almost forcing me to not cancel saying there’s no guarantee that if you switch to Airtel network will be better than Jio.

Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.
