    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I called @airtelindia customer care regarding my last recharge. . The customer support executive told me to disconnect the call as there are many calls on the queue. I just spoke for only 2 minutes. But he has no interest in providing any resolution.

    @airtelindia I am extremely sorry to share my experience of 5G Broadband connection. Despite having opted for 5G upgrade where the minimum speed of 200 Mbps was promised I am getting speed of just 20 Mbps and there is no service to rectify the problem.
