    @airtelindia On 20th Jun ,i referred a new customer to apply new Aritel DTH connection and installation also completed on 22nd Jun. But as per the offer, 200 cashbacck should be credited to both customer. But still we didn't get any cashback yet.

    @UtkarshSingh_ @airtelindia Not just during shutdowns - These ISPs MUST provided extended services for broadband outages. The services are never consistent in Goa but the plan ends on the planned end date. I have monitored joister for 12 months - it was down for over 3 months but no discount or rebate.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Surprise to see, Airtel Broadband has downgraded his service badly in India. I am struggling with my Broadband since last 4 days. I have called CC around 12+ times and always they are giving new excuse and asking for 4 hrs to fix this issue.
