    @airtelindia Recently I shifted to airtel xstream fiber plan for broadband connection. Worst service by you ppl. Frequent downtime. I had raised a complaint but no solution. Local internet providers are far better than airtel.ticket id: 10110320892

    @airtelindia I raised two service requests to upgrade my broadband connection to fibre. It has been two weeks since the last request and no one even called me yet to resolve this. Considering Jio fibre is at my door step, ready to deliver in a day, this is atrocious!

    @airtelindia regret changing over to Airtel for fiber net. You couldn't even attend to the switch box on the St and install my fibernet but blaming some other team to attend etc. After getting customer nobody owns responsibility. Shall i cancel my order fr fibernet
