@hetalizer @airtelindia @JioCare Jio promised a lot but never covered kathe lane, Dwarka, manekshaw Nagar as for Airtel fibre optic the never go beyond college road in Nashik I suppose looks like a huge customer base are not cared for even after requesting jio nobody made an concrete steps to provide in here🤔?

Dear @airtelindia unfortunately i had to port my sim to jio, being your age old customer and despite repeated complaints my network issue was not solved, i am against the monopolistic nature of jio in the telecom industry, but it was in my best interest, wish u d best

@airtelindia changed my broadband from copper to optical Fibre in November. In less than three months there were six outages. The time to rectify is anywhere between 6 hrs to 4 days. I have not seen such poor service record in my 22 years of association. #shame_airtel @TRAI
