And there is also a network issue with airtel in my building on lower floors which is not with jio cause without internet our phone is dead.and i am thinking to switch to jio and jio fiber for my convenience. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Dear @airtelindia This number is deactivated 9162959333 request to activate this number . As we are residing in Delhi and will not be able to go to Bihar to activae this number. Have send a relative to airtel office in Bihar but were rude in solving the problem.

Yesterday I raised the request to port out from @Airtel_Presence to @JioCare. I have been getting calls from @airtelindia and they are saying if you want your number activated in jio then you will have to send CANCEL 97********1 to 1900 (misleading). Repeat calls.

@airtelindia what a pathetic customer support, I have registered a complaint multiple times, they said they will forward your concern and it will resolve by tomorrow, next day they said same things and keep me in this loop totally frustrated. You guys are worst.
