@airtelindia I’ve taken IR pack of ₹1499 on 10th May while going to Bangladesh. After reaching there no ntwrk had seen and aftr many restarts “Robi Axiata” has cme. I could talk and sent SMS bt intrnt connctvty was not there. I’ve called CC, sent emails. Bt no resolution.

@airtelindia my question is, if both X and Y are using the same network, how come only Y got charged with an extra amount of Rs.998 and X kept using the usual pack? Just because Y had postpaid and it is easier to add up to the bill? Bravo! 🙌

I went to airtel shop for making a dummy sim. Because suddenly my sim stopped working without any specific reason. so the shopkeeper told me to make a dummy sim for that. He charged 200 Rs. for that dummy sim which costs 50 rs. rude talk.Disgusting @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
