There is no grievance escalation portal. Just talk to them or write a mail and no resolution but continue. Need to take it to fianality.

Harsh Thakur (@_harshaholic) reported@airtelindia What are the issues with your Air Fiber? Every now and then it has speed issues, giving speeds in kbps. Can’t even do simple scrolling. Changed plan from 100 Mbps to 40 Mbps and speed went from 340 kbps to 1.3 Mbps. What the heck?
