    @airtelindia last one week, my data speed being very slow. Not able to work properly please help me. I tried calling to 198 . It is waste of time. And seems opening a ticket is just a formality.

    @airtelindia i don't know why your speed is very very poor. I have a plan for 1 year but i think it's my mistake to trust you. Its working like 2 G. I hope after that you cheak ur connectivity and improve that one.

    @airtelindia no one is there to resolve the issue in spite of technical visit only msg received that he is allotted to visit but no one ever came after sone time msg received for resolving the issue thanks for this type of pathetic service

    @airtelindia After a long time I joined airtel by taking its fibre connection. I thought airtel is again started rocking but it's my bad The pathetic service I experienced. I logged a complain in customer service they transfer to technical support and vice-versa

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i cannot 4G networks at my location as there is weak signal means 1 or 2 tower signals. Hence cannot use internet smoothly...Please check into this matter n provide the solution as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into your recent smart connection aka band steering. It’s creating lot of issues and WiFi freeze which your ground team is unable to fix. In age of AI they are suggesting use of wired cable. Pathetic. Complain#11028611830

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

    @airtelindia Is this your Airtel Black service ? My dth is not wotking from two days technitian time of visting was aloted today at 2pm but till the time no one has visited the technician called and asked for code and was try to tell give me code i will only be cisiting in 2 days
